We love Redline! It has been such a great experience for my son. The coaches - Sean, Dash and Gus are great with the kids and are passionate about their jobs. My son didn’t run well before and now has learned how to run correctly and faster,. He loves the speed and agility parts of the class. He has also participated in the baseball camps. He now loves to play baseball! I am very impressed with this Redline and would highly recommend it!

Staff was extremely nice, knowledgeable. They kept the kids motivated and engaged the entire session. My daughter's softball team went as a group and nobody was left out or not coached properly. Skills increase was evident at the end of the training period.

They have done a full 180 from last year. So glad to see such a great idea thriving! My son actually wants to go now as opposed to last year he dreaded it. They got rid of the garbage music, and hired new staff! Very happy!

We love this place... our daughters are learning to love this place. We decided to have them join for added speed, agility and strength. Our younger one plays soccer and the older plays tennis. After just one month, both girls have themselves commented on how their respective game playing has improved. We've also noticed improvements. The coaches conducted an initial assessment and then continue to monitor progress. The coaches are all awesome and supportive, but know how to get continued engagement from the athletes they help train. For COVID-19 precautions, the ask the kids questions about symptoms, temp check them, and make sure they use hand sanitizers before getting into the gym area. We're pleased with the results in our kids and its a great conditioning day for the girls on days they are away from their main sport.

Our son loves going to Redline Athletics Roswell! All of the coaches are super friendly and good at energizing and motivating the kids. They are professional, but still make it fun and the kids get an excellent workout every time. The gym itself is clean and safe and we feel very comfortable with the atmosphere. We highly recommend it!

Redline is helping my 10 year old get ready for football season. I bought the 10 session workout from Nick Dew. This is a first class place, he is teaching my son the fundamentals as well as strength conditioning. I 100% recommend Nick and Redline Athletics.

Highly recommended ⭐️
Trainers do a great job working with my kids. Semi-private classes have a 1:1 feel. My kids are pushed to work hard and come out of their training sessions tired. Their training gives them confidence and has helped them improve their endurance and strength.

This place is amazing. Our daughter has been doing a phenomenal job with the training that she receives here. She is progressing fast and becoming a very rounded athlete at her young age. Above all, she is enjoying it a lot.

Congratulations to all coaches!! Well done guys.

We love Redline! Most importantly my son loves it. He's 10 and plays three sports. I was adamant about finding something that would push my kid not babysit him. We were looking for something that will develop his speed, agility and core and it undoubtedly has paid off so far. You know its a good thing when your child demands to be 15 minutes early for workouts and when he leaves you can tell he worked hard. Redline is a great option for anyone that wants to help their child develop physically.

Great workouts! My son actually asks to go. Trainers take a genuine interest in the kids. Two of them took time out of their Saturday to come out and watch one of his games. Coach Nick, Coach Tyler, Coach Drew and Coach AO are awesome!

My son has been going to Redline since they opened their doors last year. In less than a year, I have seen significant improvement in his overall athleticism. I highly recommend Redline for athletes regardless of their experience or knowledge. The coaches take pride in knowing each athlete on an individual basis and customizes their training for maximum results. Another benefit of having such dedicated coaches is that they attend games and/or practices to ensure complete follow through. I can’t express how thankful we are to have Redline in the community. It truly is a phenomenal addition to my son’s life!

Special thanks to Coaches AO(b-ball) and Nick(football) for not only encouraging DJ to go harder, but always going the extra mile.

We have had two children (ages 10 & 8) come to Redline in Roswell for the past 8 months. It has been a great experience and we are so happy we joined. The trainers there are very positive, motivating, supportive and really care about the kids and their athletic performance. We cannot say enough about all them but they are doing things right here and have a great attitude working with kids. The 90 minute workouts are not easy -- they are challenging and really push the kids both physically & mentally. You will see your kids sweat as they will be working hard! At first, our kids would complain about going because they are doing exercises and conditioning that they are not doing anywhere else. The kids (and us parents) have seen so much improvement in their abilities the past 8 months that now they ask us to go as much as they possibly can. The kids are supported and taught by athletes and they have done an incredible job of building up their confidence. They keep metrics on exercises so it is nice to see how much they can do now than when they started in January. We have noticed that this has translated in the sports that they play as they are in better shape and have added muscle tone. Thank you to Coaches AO, Nick, Drew & Tyler for all your hard work, dedication, support and for being incredible role models to both of our kids. When our youngest is old enough to join we look forward to having her be a part of the Redline crew.

In late 2018, my wife and I were looking for somewhere to get some athletic/sports training for our oldest daughter who is now eight. Sports and athletics are important to us and we wanted to introduce that to our children at an early age. Redline Roswell had just opened and was not far down the road, so we decided to check it out. They have a try before you buy program where you can go for a week to see if it is a fit and then sign up if it is right for you.
My daughter loves it!!! The facility is amazing! She goes 3-4 day per week and is always excited to go. She was playing basketball for her first time and quickly became a superstar on the team scoring all baskets in one game and scoring in the championship game which they won vs the undefeated Hawks!!!
I can't say enough about the coaches. Nick, A.O., Tyler and Drew, your all amazing. All athletes from different sports, they are great at pushing the kids both mentally and physically, teaching them good form and technique, motivating them and keeping it fun too. They are like my daughter's second family.
Another really cool thing they do is a workout with parents every other Saturday. This gives you a chance to see the interaction between the coaches and kids, share in the training experience with your little athlete...and get a really good workout too. Come ready to sweat, because they are going to push you:)
If you are looking for a youth athletics program for your kids, you have to check this place out!
Coaches, thanks for being great mentors for my daughter!!! Looking forward to getting Quinn in there once he is old enough.

This was not a good experience for us. I have an athlete, and a non-athlete. I was excited for both of them, but the non-athlete has not been feeling well, so I told him to come out if he needed to stop. When he came out, he was as white as a ghost and seeing spots. He had already asked for water and a break, and was told no, and told that he was “being dramatic” —(he’s actually not.) He DOWNED 1.5 bottles of water, and felt better. The coach sent 3 kids out to tell him he “had to come back right now.”
Meanwhile, we hear someone screaming from the glassed in room. It’s another coach, screaming at 2 kids. They looked like they would cry the rest of the class, and the little girl did when she came out.
My athlete finished the class. He said that he liked it, but did not care for the coaching style. He said that he had no problems, but the coaches were harsh with the other kids, saying things like “that was a terrible jump”, instead of constructively showing the right way.
I’m not trying to hurt anyone’s business, but there’s no way I’d leave my kids with the current staff unattended. They were receptive to these issues, and hopefully can turn it around. I think it’s a great idea to both train athletes and encourage fitness for those who don’t play sports, but that’s going to take some less intense, more positive coaching.
