A friend of mine and I came to Ashley 3 months ago for our first trial session and immediately booked duel sessions once a week for 3 months.

Ashley is VERY attentive, she is always watching form. She catered our training to our fitness goals that we discussed on day 1 and promised she wouldn’t make us do burpees which we hate haha 😅

Ashley immediately knew after 1 rep when I was not being challenged enough and despite my best efforts to gaslight her into thinking I was at my limit, she consistently put more weight on my bars FORCING me to get fit.

And let me say, 3 months is turning into 6 months because my body has never looked so good. I’ve lost inches off my tummy and gained inches in my ~now~ rock hard butt.

10/10 would recommend. The Training collective is a super clean and quiet gym with brand new equipment - and they offer validation for parking deck!!

I absolutely LOVE BWS! Reese gives us 4 full body workouts a week and a video on form and/or great nutritional facts once a week in our group on Facebook! One of my goals when I started with her was to do a chin up without assistance, and although I haven’t gotten there just yet, I started off using 155lbs of resistance and now I’m at 105lbs in a little less than 4 months! I feel stronger and I’m more confident in the gym b/c of her workouts! Losing weight was never my goal, only getting stronger but because of body recomposition it has your girl looking snatched! I really commend Ashley’s techniques in nutritional coaching. As someone who is a novice and interested in competing professionally in body building, Ashley provides a strict regimen to follow - which includes weighing my foods, tracking my calorie intake/meals, water intake, providing insight about my nutritional needs as it pertains to my specific goals, etc. I appreciate how supportive she has been throughout this process for me. I first found Reese on Instagram last summer, and subsequently met her on a trip to Atlanta. She has been coaching me online for about 4 months now and she is great!! She is a powerlifter which is perfect for my fitness goals, but her knowledge and expertise is well rounded to suit any focus. Whether your goal is weight-loss, body re-composition (or “toning,” which is really just fat loss combined with muscle gain), or general fitness & wellbeing, Reese will have you covered in detail! She is a certified yoga teacher & nutritional coach, so as an athlete of hers you will learn that working out is only part of the picture. I like to think of Reese as something of a life coach in that sense, as I discovered my struggles to be more with my daily routine outside the gym (getting good sleep, eating enough protein, tending to my mental health etc). Reese is always kind, thorough and thoughtful with her feedback, and she has helped me in so many ways that I would have not known how to help myself. You don’t have to do this alone! I used Reese Fitness to help me understand how to achieve an appropriate calorie count and macro balance to lose weight. I had begun a more intense powerlifting program and I found myself starving at night. After an evaluation, she helped me see I wasn't eating enough for the type of workout I was doing, but I also was not eating enough foods that would keep me satiated and assist in recovery. Once we did the final tweaks, the weight started to come off. Reese is thorough and provides explanations for your individualized approach. I highly recommend her nutritional coaching!

Reese Fitness has so far proven to be one of the best investments that I’ve made so far. I signed up for her services because I saw the results other clients had under her and my desire was to gain lean muscle, but in order to do so, I had to learn the quality of foods as I was eating as well as the quantity.

Before I signed up for nutritional coaching with Ashley, I was waking up struggling to break around 156 lbs waking up. Since signing up under her and taking her advice, I have woken up to 164.5 lbs, which is not too far off from the goals I set with her and I can’t honestly say enough good things. I made an investment in her, but I’ve come to realize that she invests just as much in you as she genuinely cares. She’ll hold you accountable, but if you take heed to her expertise and do your part, you will reach your goals and do things you may didn’t think feasible before. Ashley knows exactly how to push you past any self imposed limits in the most supportive way. Prior to training with Ashley, I consistently worked out but primarily did cardio.
