I have watched Ms Lisa work countless hrs giving her experience to others from what she has learned while nursing her some back from a 4wheeler accident that left him with a TBI. She go above and beyond not only for her son but anyone else God puts in her path. I have watched her go from state to state with her own little money trying to coach other families on things to help their loveones come back from tragic incidents. She and her little dedicated team has even went into homes in the Atlanta, Ga area working with others and their families. Ms Lisa is an phenomenal woman that never see color..all she see is people in need. I watch all of her lives there in the gym, her kindness, dedication and drive is what motive the clients to push harder. She is so patient and client driven..she has used and exhausted all of her resources getting this gym off the ground. It's the type of gym that don't turn anyone down. I have actively followed Lisa since her story began when her son suffered a traumatic brain injury due to a motorcycle accident. Her dedication to his care, rehabilitation and her journey to help others made me a supporter of her tireless efforts to keep open the doors of ReFresh Specialty Gym. I recently saw her wish list on Amazon and I recently purchased medical items and donated to her cause. I will continue to follow and do what I can to keep those doors open.

I can’t imagine anyone more dedicated than Lisa is and I truly admire her strength to go above and beyond to care for those that are in dire need. She constantly keeps them inspired to do their best to get back more stabilized in life. I would recommend her to anyone because I know she has the capability that it takes to help others. I have followed her story since her son first had his accident via live stream. I felt as if I was apart of her family- she showed the good and the bad. The dedication, patience, and determination she had- she is in the right field. She basically gave her son hope and faith. She gave up her life to help him rebuild his. I've been following Lisa on social media for awhile now. I remember when opening the gym was just a dream of hers. She knew it would be a struggle but she didn't give up. Finally she made that dream a reality when ReFresh opened it's doors. I say all this to say Lisa and her staff brings that same determination when working with the clients. They are very attentive when working with a client. The facility is very clean and accessible. Lisa and her staff are making a difference in their clients lives. No one will be turned away.
