Located in Locust Grove, Ga here at Results 2.0 our aim is to educate each client on the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition in order to achieve goals both inside and outside of the gym. If your goal is to lose weight, become a better athlete, or simply live a healthier lifestyle we’re here for it!
Our focus is one-on-one, partner, and small group training, with a strong emphasis on nutrition and mental health. Our team is here to provide the education and empowerment to each client that joins the Results 2.0

Chris is an amazing personal trainer who has been able to help me achieve a goal I thought was impossible after having 2 children. From day 1 the entire group of trainers have been so informative and supportive. I started over 2 years ago not knowing anything about lifting and have never once felt intimidated or out of place. They’ve always geared sessions to my specific needs and goals and always ensure they teach you proper form and how to do each exercise correctly to prevent injuries. They’ve also helped me rehab a couple of ailments to make sure I’m at my best and to prevent further injury and worked vigorously to align my sessions to help me get back to 100 percent. They’ve always geared workouts for my specific needs and put a lot of care and thought into what they do and I couldn’t say anything better about each and every trainer here. My 15 y/o son has even started with them as well to help with strength training as an athlete. There’s nothing they can’t and won’t do. They take the time to make sure you understand nutrition and help plan your macros for your specific needs, body and goals. They’ve always helped and are the whole package. Love it here. They have seriously been a huge part in making me the strongest most confident version of myself and I’m forever grateful. I’ve been training with Chris at Results 2.0 for about a year now, and I can honestly say he’s been instrumental in helping me stay focused on my fitness journey. Even when I’ve been inconsistent or fallen off track, Chris has always been patient and knows exactly how to re-engage me mentally and get me moving again.
I’m probably one of just a few of his online clients, but I’ve always felt supported and motivated as if I were in the gym with him. What I really value is his balance of accountability and encouragement—his approach is gentle, but there are no excuses when it comes to putting in the work.
Over the past month of truly sticking with his plan, I lost 4 lbs while gaining strength and building muscle. I even crossed over into the 150s territory which has been a loooonnng time coming and I did this in just 1 month! My next goal is to drop another 10 lbs, and I feel confident I’ll get there with Chris guiding me.

I met Sean at Nike and noticed his shirt said Results 2.0 I asked what does that mean.. he explained to me that he’s apart of this gym I should come by and check it out. Showed up a couple days later they had music playing the atmosphere was just AMAZING !! I’ve been here for a couple years now!! I recommend all my girls from work to come here and we love it. Can’t say enough about the staff at Results 2.0. I’m fortunate enough to have trained with them on and off for 10+ years and to see the growth in their wisdom and understanding towards personal training is truly awesome.

I love Results 2.0 & their environment ! The gym itself has a solid setup: clean, organized, and not overcrowded, which makes workouts flow smoother.
I worked with the trainer, Sean, a couple years ago, and even back then I saw real results within just 2 months. He was professional, motivating, and knew how to push me without overdoing it.

I started my weight loss journey here back in the summer of 2022. This place has been life changing for me. The atmosphere and trainers are top tier. I started with a few days a week on the personal training side and was very consistent. I worked my way up to attending the boot camps on Saturdays as well, I love Saturday Bootcamps! Chris and his team and very dedicated, professional and supportive. They push you to become the best version of yourself. I've been a member of Results2.0 for almost 2 years now and I am still very much enjoying the experience. Results2.0 has dedicated, knowledgeable, and encouraging Trainers that pour into everyone that comes through their doors. The in-house meal prep and Protein shakes have been a much appreciated added benefit to joining, and takes the thought out of how/what to eat to get to my goals. The personal training sessions give me 1:1 time to work on form, strength train, and talk through my goals. The group classes are great for everyone, from beginners to those that are advanced in HIIT training. The trainers are always available to assist with form to prevent injury and encourage you to keep going. In group I'm personally pushed past my limits but I leave feeling so accomplished.... and the results show! I look and feel the best I have in years!

If you are looking for a personal trainer that actually cares about YOUR goals, then this is the gym for you. I have been at Results since February 2023 working with Jordan (Slim) and I have seen such a tremendous change in my weight, how my clothes fit, my energy level and how I feel overall.
This is truly a place that cares and although you may work with one trainer, all of them help you work towards your goals, correct your form if its off and encourage you to keep pushing. They also have a chef that can provide meals for you if you don't have the time to meal prep! They also offer group HIIT sessions!

Most gyms or bootcamps I say, don’t focus on nutrition and your form. This gym does and more, one of the trainers will discuss your goals, food intake for your goals. You don’t receive a meal plan that everyone follows.

I have officially been a member at results 2.0 for one week (and prior to that I was on their seven day free trial). I have already begun to see shift in my stamina And my motivation level!! Being able to workout in a group with others allows me to feel very motivated! My trainer Darius is great. He not only trains me but also give me nutritional guidance to help me attain my gain. So far, it’s going great. I have no complaints at all. I have been training with the Results team since October of last year. It has been one of the best decisions that I have made regarding my physical and mental health. I do both personal training with Darius and group training with all the trainers. They build personal programs for their clients in order to reach their fitness goals. I decided to sign on for a year and I'm glad I did because it has kept me being consistent. I have had a good change in the last 5 months dropping my body fat from 37% to 23% and my weight from 153lbs to a fluctuating 140-145.. We are now working on increasing my protein intake to increase my muscle mass. I am so happy I made this decision when I did. I owe a big thanks to the team for constantly pushing me to do better. I can't wait to see what my gains look like in the coming months.

I have learned so much in the short amount of time I've been there and have lost a couple inches as well. Wonderful place to go if you need that extra help!

The personal training sessions are not long enough (30 minutes). By the time you start to break a sweat the session is over. Nutrition, stretching, breaks and a cool down period are all stuffed into 30 minutes. I'm paying for it for accountability reasons only, but if you're really looking to spend some real time working out, paying for a personal trainer here may not be the best option. The gym is not a full service gym, most of the stuff they have can also be stuff you buy for your house. If you're looking for tips on how to work out at home, you'll get that here. The gym is black owned and they have the right idea in terms of programming, but I feel a bit overcharged because the sessions are just not long enough. They are also closed on the weekends & the trainers don't have a lot of availability for people who work a 9-5 work schedule.

Worth the invest , life long impact . A gym you’re truly capable of growing in. The trainers are all flexible and met you where you are to provide individualized plans . They provide all aspects needed to help you not only loose weight but become more efficient in working out and nutrition catered to you. I worked with Slim. Love my results 2.0 family! The coaches are very in tune to your specific needs and motivate you to succeed! When I found Olivia Frazier I was in a bad way physically and emotionally. Olivia made me feel comfortable and unjudged. I was met right where I stood in life and listened to. I'd been down the training road before and never felt listened to. I felt like I was doing the same workout as everyone else never something that truly designed for me. I'm 61 years old, weighed over 300 pounds, I rarely exercised during my entire life, my eating habits were horrible and I was the definition of extremely sedentary. Then I found Olivia Chante Frazier in June of this year. She started me on a macros eating plan, gradually increased my daily steps and added an exercise routine geared specifically to my abilities. I recently became a Results 2.0 member and I LOVE that I was able to find this facility. Training here has not only boosted my confidence in my abilities but has also disciplined me. I am encouraged and pushed within my limits. It is an extremely supportive environment and they will coach you through your weaknesses! The trainers offer 1 on 1 training as well as Group trainings which is AWESOME! They give you nutrition tips and they also have a chef on staff who offers meal preps. Results 2.0 is WELL WORTH the investment!

I have always enjoyed working out, but I never saw the results I was looking for...they taught me to balance strength and cardio training. I’ve been doing personal training with Results 2.0 for about 2 months so far. It’s been the best decision for my body. I have HORRIBLE knees and needed the training and guidance to achieve my goals without injuring myself. The trainers are very knowledgeable and CERTIFIED to get you were you need to be. They’ve pushed me beyond limits I set for myself, in a safe way. The team encourages you to take those steps and push yourself. They guide you in nutrition as well! I love that they don’t make you give up the foods you love but give you macros thresholds to not go over/to hit. If you aren’t ready for personal training, they also have group bootcamps you can join!
Overall, if you are looking for a great group of trainers to help you in your health/fitness journey, this is the place for you!

I have been a part of the Results family for 6 years, I love it and wouldn't change it. The gym is always a great environment, filled with trainers that offer their true support and motivation. We are pushed out of our comfort zones to do our best. At Results 2.0 it does not matter if you are new or been a member for years, you are welcomed and as long as you are willing to do the work you will see great results!!!
