I just finished my 212th class at River Flow, so I feel like I’ve officially earned my right to write this review.
When I first walked in, I couldn’t touch my toes. Not even close. I’m a military vet with some back issues as souvenirs, and I wasn’t exactly sure yoga was for me. Spoiler: It is. In fact, I wish I had started sooner.
This studio is magical. I mean that literally and spiritually. The space is beautiful, the props are brilliantly thought out and incredibly supportive, and the vibe is a solid 11/10. It’s clean, calming, and somehow makes you feel like a warrior and a meditating machine at the same time; strong, centered, and totally dialed in.
The instructors? World. Class. Every single one of them. They each bring something unique, but they all share the same superpower: making you feel welcome, capable, and totally seen, no matter your experience level or limitations.
Here’s the thing: anyone can do this. Seriously. I highly recommend Restore as a first class, especially if you're nervous or unsure. You don't have to be flexible, coordinated, or wear magical stretchy pants (though they help). If you can breathe, you can do Restore. It’s gentle, deeply relaxing, and perfect for dipping your toe into the yoga pool. (And then someday touching that toe, true story.)
Rooted is another great beginner option that builds up your strength and confidence without leaving you feeling overwhelmed. I’ve watched my body change, my pain lessen, and my mental health stabilize in ways that surprise me every time I roll up my mat. I’ve lost around 30 pounds since I started, not from punishment, but from consistently showing up for myself in a way that feels good. That’s the secret sauce here: consistency meets kindness.
I’ve never left a class and thought, “That was a waste of time.” Not once. Not ever. Yoga has become my reset button. It’s helped me find peace I rarely access outside of this space, and it’s something I recommend to anyone; veterans, skeptics, toe-distance sufferers alike.
Veteran approved. Soul approved. Highly recommend.

Immediately loved this studio. Everyone who works here is warm and welcoming. The space is beautiful, with great natural lighting and decor and overlooking the river. Their classes offer a bit of everything and I’ve enjoyed every one. They also offer a great intro unlimited package. Highly recommend checking them out!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. It’s more than just a yoga studio it’s a community. I’m a beginner yogi and I have always felt welcomed in every class I took here. Before you even enter you can start to feel a sense of calm and comfort. The instructors are amazing. If you let them know it’s your first time they will show you around tell you about the class and props available. Definitely recommend for yogis of all levels. They have a variety of classes and dates/times. They have mats available or you can bring your own. They have props (blocks, blankets, straps, etc). There’s a sauna and bathroom with a shower. They also offer massages. You can reserve a spot online, call, or walk in. They have different membership and drop in options. Military discount is also offered. Lots of parking. I start yoga as just another workout to try to better my physical health, but it has made an impact on physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. Love love love River flow hope their review was helpful.

The most amazing place for yoga. It has changed my life .
I'm a little older and I'm a former athlete. I still work out a lot but I wasn't feeling the way i wanted to. I came to river flow and that all changed ! It's exactly what this old chunk of coal needed to feel like a diamond 💎

My bf and I had a private session with Charlotte, and it changed our lives, lol. It was 60 minutes completely tailored to our needs. We went with a restorative style because we are both active and injured, lol. The space is stunning, and Charlotte was great. They had all of the tools (blocks, straps, etc.) Ready for us when we got there, and they also had mats to use. Highly recommend calling if you are looking for a private session. They very kindly fit me in on a Sunday, which wasn't an option online. Can't say enough good things. Next time I'm in Columbus, I'll be taking a class. I'm so excited to have found Riverflow.

Right before Christmas, my son took me to restorative yoga here. It was a delight! Charlotte led an intentional, calming class that even included candlelight meditation.
As a vinyasa yoga teacher, I spend most of my time designing classes that help students find their edges. I need mental and physical rest; We all do! This class was a great reminder to seek balance in 2024. Thank you. I will be back.

This space and the people within it enliven my soul. I arrived here from out of state trying to find somewhere to call "home" during the stress and intensity that comes from uprooting your life to move across the country for a chance to start anew. It has been through the beautiful offerings of yoga classes; events such as a full moon ceremony, Namaste 5K and Yoga in the Meadows; massages; challenges like The Alignment Challenge this year; the annual yoga retreat, and even as simple as the items in the boutique (10/10 recommend Dram water and some Nag Champa incense, by the way) that I have learned that "home" is truly within you and wherever you take, feel and experience love, joy and belonging. I experience each of these every time I get out of my car to enter this transformational space. If you're feeling called to live in your authenticity, to feel held, or to just take a yoga class, I cordially invite you to arrive here, lay out your mat and breathe. Be sure to connect on Instagram for some amazing photos and videos!

If you feel called to Riverflow: go.
Truly, it has changed my life in every single way.
I have been going for a little more than a month now, and I wanted to wait to write this (long) review so that it could be genuine and authentic to my experience.
There truly are no words for how thankful I am for being led to this studio.
The space itself is absolutely beautiful, the energy is amazing, the community of fellow yogis are friendly and welcoming, and the staff is helpful, well-educated, and powerful each in their own way.
My skin has dramatically improved. Seriously. I mean dramatically. Both my mind and body have strengthened, and my soul feels nourished and at peace. I float out of class and into my day with a lighter and more compassionate heart, and a calmer mind.
Every teacher I have ever met, or have been lucky enough to have worked with, has always said that it is me who decides to show up and do the work. They are simply providing the space for me to be whatever it is I need in that moment. However, being provided a safe space, and a truly sacred space, with a teacher that guides you through and gives you room for realization and integration, clears the path for authentic expression and radical transformation. The energy truly is powerful, and I have experienced wildly intense and cathartic healing in several classes. I've laughed, cried, and everyday again choose to show up as a more authentic version of myself, whatever that means for me that day.
My journey is mine, and I'll admit, I address pretty much everything in my life with intensity and passion. Every class, for me, is prayer and devotion to Spirit, my higher calling, and to the world. Each story is subjective, but I can part with this:
If you're spiritual, I can say that Riverflow holds space for Divine relationship and inspiration.
If you're not spiritual, I can say still that Riverflow holds space for physical refinement, nurturment, and a much deeper appreciation and understanding of the practice.
I truly have enjoyed each and every unique class by each teacher at this studio. So, if you feel called, I say go for it.
It's one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself.

The genuine warmth, vibrancy, and spiritual kindness this place brings to the community is indelibly beautiful.
Learning to heal is hard, learning to be uncomfortable is a difficulty we all know.
Riverflow Yoga transforms the pain into a meditation, experience, life and flow.
I started yoga because I’m getting older and my mobility was effecting everyday life. I was self conscious when I first started the practice but the smiles the instructors had helped me move through this process.
5/5 for owner and instructors
5/5 for location
5/5 for price
5/5 for services offered.
This is a 20 star location no doubt. Shout out to Ashley, Lauren and Dana for providing excellent beginner classes!

Had a group of friends to get a private 1 hr Yoga 🧘♀️ 🧘♂️ 😌 session on Wednesday night. The age group ranged from 20 and up. Some of us had done it years ago and even months were gettingbackintothe flow. 🙂 We all enjoyed the beautiful, relaxed, positive atmosphere when we walked in till we left. Wonderful place (self and actual) and let it ALL flow away.
