I wish I can give this gym more than 5 stars. This is a family oriented gym Rock is very informative, this is one of the few hardcore old fashion gyms. I past so many gyms on my way here to this location. Very clean and the members are friendly and also knowledgeable as well. No contracts and you can pay month to month with no penalties.

I joined Rockhard in August of 2024. After getting a day pass and seeing it all for myself, I knew I wanted this to be my go to gym. I can confidently say Rockhard Fitness is the best gym I have ever had the pleasure of being a member of. Curtis and Rock are knowledgeable and courteous no matter who’s walking through the door. The gym itself has all the space and equipment for any fitness needs regardless of if that’s powerlifting, bodybuilding, or just trying to stay in shape. There are pieces of equipment that are better than those offered anywhere else I’ve seen as someone whose been around fitness and various gyms for over a decade. As others have pointed out, there are no hidden fees, no cancellation fees, no annual fees, none of the commercial gym nonsense. Everyone I’ve met through Rockhard is a stand up individual and have cultivated a community I’m proud to be a part of. This gym is a real blessing to be a part of, to its members and to the surrounding community. I would invite anyone considering joining to do so.

I’ve been going to Rock Hard for around 2 years or so now and I love this gym. Truly it is a gym for folks who are there to work out and better themselves, not a regular commercial gym where people go to goof around or hog equipment. Everyone is very nice and a regular that I see all the time, and they have all the equipment you could need to build your best physique! Mr. Curtis and Rock always take time to talk with me and they were welcoming from the start, I really appreciate feeling like a friend every time I come to Rock Hard. Could not recommend more, they’ll take care of you!

This gym is amazing! It has everything you could want. The owner, Curtis, is a buff dude willing to share his expertise. Way better than an LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. The way all gyms should be.

My wife and I have been going to rock hard fitness for 6 months while in Atlanta for work. I'm sad to leave. It is an excellent gym with great staff. Don't expect a big name chain gym. This is a place for anyone looking to get in shape with no judgement and they have all the equipment necessary. All the equipment is in good shape and they everything you could think of. Its never overcrowded and priced fairly. Thank you Curtis, Rock, and Barry for everything, we've loved working out here!

This place has the greatest staff you could ever come across. Always will to give you advice and will offer advice if they know you are receptive to it. I love them and the environment. Mr. Curtis, Rock and Barry. All with different style and personalities but all professional and extremely capable. Go in there and check out some of the professional pictures. Mr. Curtis is still just as impressive physically too. Great place, great clientele, and great price.

Simple but great gym- not a ton of cardio equipment but enough to keep everyone happy. Tons of weights and a section where you can do HIIT type workouts without clogging up machines. Staff is friendly and hours are great. Wont break the bank!

Great gym, this is the place you need if you want to lift weights. Not many treadmills but enough if you want to run indoors. Very friendly staff and they all know what is needed for you to get in shape. I prefer this gym over any others that are in that same price range. Which isnt high at all.
