I’ve been working with Coach Anthony for about two months now, and it’s already been a game changer. I originally met him through a group he’s led as the trainer for over 12 years, and more recently completed his 6-Week Challenge — which officially kicked off my fitness journey.

That program taught me how to better care for myself, how to fuel my body, and introduced me to exercise routines that made a real, noticeable difference in both my strength and my appearance.

Coach Anthony is a natural motivator — not the loud, in-your-face kind, but the kind who knows exactly when and how to push you beyond what you thought you could do. He’s smart, experienced, and genuinely walks the talk. What I love most is that he makes taking care of me feel fun. His classes are something I actually look forward to — and that says a lot.

I highly recommend FitClub! No matter if you already workout regularly, or used to workout and have gotten into a slump, or have never lifted a weight a day in your life, Anthony provides a program that works for every level of fitness. This morning, a new woman joined for her first workout with the group, and after the workout she said to me "you're my goal, how long do I have to be here before I workout like you do?!" She's excited to come back for day 2 tomorrow and I'm still excited to come back after 11 years! If you want a welcoming, non-judgmental group of people and a challenging workout that changes every day, this is the group for you!

I am in the best shape of my life. Coach Anthony creates workouts and plans to keep me coming back for 6 years and counting. Walking in for the first time can be a little intimidating, but all the other members are very welcoming. If you are new to the area or tiered of traditional gyms I cannot recommend Roswell Fit Club enough!

Roswell Fit Club has completely changed my perspective on exercise and eating right! It’s truly become a lifestyle that I feel in control of and enjoy. The workouts are challenging and incorporate weightlifting in a safe and non intimidating way (started as a beginner here!) while also mixing in the perfect amount of cardio that I’m accustomed to. An ad for the six week challenge popped up on my Facebook page, and after hesitatingly signing up, I cannot tell you how happy I am now that I did it. If you are looking to make a change in your life; if you are looking to get stronger; if you are looking to find a sense of community with the least clique-ish fitness group ever; let FitClub be your new home. Anthony is amazingly kind and genuinely cares about his clients. He works with you to perfect your form, set goals, and exceed your expectations. If you're thinking about doing the challenge - do it. Stick to the plan. Stay dedicated and motivated. You'll be so proud when you do! I know it seems like forever, but it's only six weeks! No class is ever the same (except for the sweating), and you will test yourself. I cannot highly recommend FitClub and the six week challenge enough. Not only did I hit my goal of body fat % lost, but I lost weight and gained so much confidence in my mental and physical strength in addition to meeting a ton of great people. Just trust me - sign up for a class or the challenge, get your butt kicked, and join the FitClub family. It's worth it!

Amazing workout each and every time. Love the variety and challenge each workout brings…and of course the results! Trainers are there to guide you, encourage you, and push you to the next level.
