Lisa/RFY is an amazing running coach! In just the three months that I’ve worked with her, I’ve gone from limping injured trying to complete just 6 miles to running confidently over twice that distance without injury. She effectively combines strength training with an individualized running plan that is geared for success. I’ve learned so much from her and would recommend her to anyone wanting to hire a coach. In addition to being a skilled coach, she’s also just a nice, awesome person. She has an easy laugh and is a non-judgmental, genuinely kind human. I can’t say enough good things about her!! She’s the best!

I’ve been working out with Lisa since April 2021 and it has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. I have learn so much about my body in this short time and my body is getting stronger.
When I met with Lisa I told her I was looking for something fun that I could commit to and keep doing, because I always started exercise, but never kept up with it.
Lisa has helped me by bringing awareness to my body and movements. One of the things that I appreciate is that as soon as I feel an exercise doesn’t feel right she takes the time to try different things until we find the right modification for me.
Additionally, when we do those things she checks in to see how I feel after the modification or activating muscle groups.
These two things have really helped me enjoy my workout, because I am not afraid of hurting the next day and my mind is learning to associate exercise with it being a good thing because it can tell the difference between how it feels between modifications and after.
Its extremely motivating to have exercise associated to feeling good and seeing my body transform, so I look forward to every time I meet with Lisa.

I love working with Lisa because her approach to training is very well-rounded, focus on bodyweight strength training, cardio, and yoga. I've been training with her for about a month and I can already tell a difference in my performance when running or doing physical activity. She's also very attuned to how my body performs and makes according modifications.

Lisa is extremely interested in all aspects of the fitness and nutrition of her clients. She continues to learn and assimilate new information to pass it on to her clients. She is certified in FMS (Functional Movement System) assessment so that she can better determine your specific weaknesses therefore making you a customize plan to address them and balance your fitness goals. I highly recommend her services as she has your best interest at heart.

I trained with Lisa at RunFitYoga for the Georgia Jewel 37 miler and exceeded my finish time. I've improved my trail running techniques and incorporated more yoga to stay injury free. She goes above and beyond and has years of running experience.

Lisa Weinert is the best trainer i have ever worked with. I play tennis, walk and am generally active, but at age 78, my joints are giving me trouble. Her incredible knowledge of the human body has helped me bounce back and keep going! Lisa has carefully stretched me and built up muscles to keep me strong. I highly recommend her.

Meeting and working with Lisa has been one of the best parts of this year honestly! Starting with running form and mobility evaluations, Lisa was able to see what was going on with my body. It's easy to see that she loves figuring out solutions to any issues that pop up for clients. Lisa really takes the time to listen and evaluate. I feel so appreciated and supported with Lisa, even if I happen to be struggling. I no longer feel stuck with my running, or even fitness in general. Lisa is an amazing coach who goes above and beyond your needs and wants. She listens to you and helps you accomplish your goals. She holds you accountable and suggests different things if something is not working. She learns from you, the client as well, so she knows how to base her plan and goals for you. If it needs to adjust, she will adjust accordingly. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their fitness journey either started or to enhance strength and speed. She is also a yoga instructor which is an amazing bonus.
