My daughter has been with this group for over 2 years and she absolutely loves working with them. She is a softball player (slapper) that wanted to increase her speed and explosiveness out of the box. She has accomplished both with their help. Averages 2.7 home to 1st with her best time being 2.6. They will make it fun and work you hard at the same time.
