Sean provides an outstanding fitness experience in a friendly environment. He crafts highly efficient workouts which are realistic across skill and experience levels and help drive meaningful results. He also does a great job of giving each client personal coaching and attention to help work around correct old injuries and limitations, and to avoid problems that come from errors in form. You can tell that he knows his stuff inside and out - not surprising given his experience training special ops teams. Highly recommended for all fitness levels.

Snap Fitness has all the equipment that a larger gym has but without a hefty membership fee. I love that I have 24/7 access to the gym 365 days a year and never have to worry about rushing through a workout because the gym is closing. The staff is very friendly and the gym is always clean, comfortable & I never have to wait to use a machine. Snap Fitness is a great place to work out!

I love this gym. I joined in Feb of 2017 after leaving a larger gym that was more expensive and only open till 6 on weekends and 9 on Fridays. Its got everything I need for all of my workout routines at a great price and open 24/7. The owner and staff are super friendly and receptive to suggestions. Josiah is awesome at keeping this place in top condition and has recently added some nice new equipment and Shelby helps keep it spotless and in excellent shape. Its well lit, kept at a constant comfortable temperature and conveniently located.

Sean is very knowledgable in addition to being a fantastic, friendly person! He's super experienced and knows how to tailor workouts to your specific needs. He creates an environment that is fun to work out in and keeps the sessions from being boring or too repetitive!

Sean Lynch at S5 Fitness is very patient and knowledgeable. He laughs often, but keeps a watchful eye to ensure that you maintain good form. He encourages you to meet your potential but isn't a crazy die-hard muscle head that'll push you until you hate exercise. I saw good results in a few months of going 3 times a week. He constantly mixes up his program to keep you and your muscles guessing. His S5 Fitness family is encouraging and inspiring.
