UPDATE: I made this post a couple years back when I started. Said I was “well on my way” and I certainly was! I’m so grateful for Brian’s patience and professionalism. This is without a doubt the best personal training studio. I’ve never been a gym person so being able to work out in a private/no judgement setting is PERFECT! I lost close to 30lbs. Feel better than I have in years!!! Can’t say enough! If you are thinking about personal training, DO IT! Best decision ever!

FINALLY!! I have been in desperate need of a personal trainer but have put it off for years because they’ve either been way to expensive or not truly “personal”! Brian is AWESOME! He is affordable and super flexible with scheduling. He’s very professional and knows the results I hope to achieve and I have no doubt I am well on my way! I have known of Brian for almost 20 years through mutual friends and have always heard of what a great guy he was. Wish I would’ve reached out sooner! Thank you, Brian, for all you do and getting this mama back in shape! You have a tough job! 😊

As a form of gratitude, I wanted to share my personal training experience with Brian Savage from Savage Personal Training Studio, because it has been a game-changer for me. This guy really knows his stuff when it comes to health and fitness.

Firstly, his expertise in various exercise routines has been incredible. He has introduced me to a wide range of exercises, which have helped me target specific muscle groups and work towards my fitness goals effectively. Not just the same O'l same O'l. His knowledge of functional training has been a game-changer for me, and I have seen significant improvements (so has my wife & friends) in my overall strength and balance.

He's introduced me to a bunch of different exercises that have helped me work towards my goals in a way that's actually enjoyable. (You're sore but not crippling sore) He's also helped me understand how nutrition plays a huge role in overall health, and has given me some solid advice on how to eat healthier without feeling like I'm depriving myself.

In addition, Brian has been excellent in helping me strengthen my lower back. I was someone who had suffered from back pain in the past, I was worried about injuring myself during my workouts. However, his knowledge and guidance have helped me strengthen my lower back, and I no longer experience any pain or discomfort during my training sessions.

Overall, Brian is just a really cool down to earth guy with a good personality. You can tell that he truly wants to see you succeed and reach your health goals, not just looking to get a paid. He's always positive, encouraging, and constantly reminds me that I can actually achieve my goals. The studio is always clean, organized and everyone there shares the same encouraging mindset. I would definitely recommend Savage Personal Training Studio or anyone in their staff to anyone who's looking for a personal trainer that really knows their stuff and is actually pretty cool to work out with and not just screaming in your face. Thank you for all your help Brian, you rock good sir! 💪🏼

From Jenna Sullivan- I have been training at Savage PT Studio for 4 years. My 64 year old mother has been training for a year and half. We both train with Brian and think the world of him! He’s patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional and very experienced in what he does. We are in the best shape we have ever been in and look forward to our sessions each week. I know Brian will listen and help you reach whatever goal you want to set. If you have health issues and are afraid of being pushed to hard Brian should be your trainer and you will be amazed at what you can do when someone who is qualified to be doing what he is doing is there coaching you to meet your goals. So whatever your goals are, weight loss, core training, body building or just learning to maintain you need to check this place out you will be glad you did.

Personal training is his gift. He pushes you to your limit and far beyond. I have some old injuries that most trainers would have let me baby, but Brian helped me rehabilitate those injuries and get stronger. I now am able to do exercises that I did know I was capable of doing.

THE best trainer I have worked with by far. Challenges me with tough workouts yet takes into consideration any conditions that require attention. I have been working out for over 30 years but deciding to train with Brian has been one of my best decisions. He keeps it fresh, rarely do we do the same thing twice, and he has written down several programs for me to follow on my own. Even on the days I am not training with Brian, I find that I push myself and strive to work harder than when I was working out on my own. There is no question that he has extensive training and knowledge and a willingness to help you out and take the time to answer any questions whether it concerns training, diet, health issues, or recuperation.

Whether you are just starting out trying to find your way around the gym, or have been at it for years, I would highly recommend Brian Savage. I intend on sticking with him for a long time. His motivation is contagious.
