Sculpted Body is the best Pilates place in East Cobb Marietta. I've been going there for years and I love it. The classes are small and intimate. The instructors are all well qualified and it's fun with lovely people of all ages attending the classes.

I love the patience of Meg and Tracy! I’m new to Pilates and definitely a visual learner. You can say it 100 times, but I need to see it. They took the time to show me each move, corrected my positioning when needed, and always offered modifications without making me feel embarrassed. They kept it fun, too! I’ll definitely be back weekly.

Tracy was so friendly and welcoming! As a Lagree Instructor myself I got there early to get familiar with the machines - always recommended if it’s your first time! Her class sequence was challenging and transitions were well planned to keep the heart rate up. I really loved her energy and humanness throughout her instruction. Studio is clean and fans were a great add when it got a bit warm.

My instructor Angie was awesome! She was so welcoming and encouraging. It was my first challenging Pilates class so she made sure to pay attention to my form so I didn't feel lost as the class was going through the motions. I signed up for an 8 class pass and am hooked! The instructors are great and they pay attention to everyone to ensure their form is correct. The owner is also very kind and knowledgeable about the equipment and can answer any questions you might have. It is an excellent work out; the stretching at the end is so yummy. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for an effective and intense full body workout.

It's such a great discipline for the body and the mind. Love the instructors. Small intimate groups where people get to know each other. I’ve been going there for fifteen years, twice a week, and when I’m absent for more than a month, my muscles feel it when I get back. It doesn’t take long, however, for the muscle memory to recall.

Great energy in the class, fantastic workout, nice people & instructor. However, I wish it was mentioned in the MindBody app that I needed grip socks beforehand because they were more than the intro class price. If you’re reading this because you’re thinking about trying the class, definitely do it but buy a pack of grip socks on Amazon beforehand!

I love Sculpted Body! Great Pilates class with great music, friends and fabulous instructors! I have been going for many years and I notice the changes quickly after a couple of sessions. The instructors change up their routines which works different areas and use different parts of the reformer for more a more targeted workout. Try it and see!!

I have been working out at Sculpted Body for almost 2 months and love it! One of my favorite workouts of all! The classes are small, the instructors are fun and energetic and provide options for different fitness levels. The atmosphere is fun and easy with good music. The exercises on the megaformer are easy on your joints and sculpt your body more than any cardio can. The stretching throughout feels wonderful.

Hands down one of the best workouts. Small class sizes make it easy to get the personal instruction you need for a full body workout. Every instructor is so knowledgeable and can provide a wide variety of training moves so that every class is different and challenging. The studio dog “Bella” is a love too. I highly recommend!!!!

I am really enjoying these classes, I had never done Pilates or Lagree Pilates prior to this. I also have resisted group exercise for years but this is different, it feels more individual. So far all the instructors are very helpful before and during class, the owner Kathy and Michele have been great. Classes are challenging but don’t let that scare you because it is low impact, you are working all your muscles. This is Lagree Pilates which is different than typical pilates. There are only 4 studios
In Atlanta that offer Lagree so I feel lucky to have accidentally found this studio because it is great.

This is a fabulous and efficient workout. All body parts covered in 50 minutes. The instructors are fantastic and the studio size allows them to take the time to provide modification suggestions depending on each individual's ability. From the moment you walk in the door, you are greeted with a warm welcome by one of the instructors. The owner Kathy Hopper is the ultimate professional. Kathy makes it a point to remember everyone's name and if applicable physical limitations and injuries. All of the instructors are welcoming and friendly.
Lagree can be tough but it's so rewarding. I have been going to Sculpted Body since December 2022 and officially hooked. The instructors are happy to offer substitutions for exercises, and give excellent cues.
I highly recommend Sculpted Body. Not only do I get a great workout, when I through the door, I immediately feel uplifted and happy to be there.

I cant say enough positive things about Sculpted Body. I have tried alot of work out places in East Cobb, and this is the best for my body. It’s low impact but big core strength and flexibility building, and I began seeing changes within the first month. Scheduling through the app is super easy, and I’m always able to attend a class when I want because there are so many options. If you’ve been thinking about trying Pilates, I strongly encourage you to book a class for $10 and you’ll be hooked!

First, let me start by saying I do not enjoy working out...but I love coming here 3 times a week now. This is a total awesome workout. I refer to it as "pilates on steroids." During each workout, my entire body is being stretched and I'm building up muscle strength, improving balance and if my heart rate goes high enough then I'm getting in a little cardio all at the same time. Kathy (owner) and her team of teachers are AMAZING. Like most women in their 50s, I have had my fair share of surgeries and injuries. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, They suggest different moves/exercises to accommodate my needs. I just can't say enough great things about Scultped Body. The fact that I love going 3 times a week says it all .....oh AND I missed a week due to vacation and could not wait to return.

Three years and over 800 classes, I am the official Sculpted Body addict. The mega former is more than a machine, it is a way of life. My mind craves the endorphins and my body seeks the challenge. If I could give this review 6 Stars - I would. Sculpted Body is a terrific work out for building strength and toning. I've been attending classes regularly for 2 months, and I'm so pleased with the results I see in the mirror. All the instructors are exceptional, and the small class size allows for individual attention. The studio is very clean and the vibe is friendly and inviting. If you are looking for a high intensity work out with low impact, look no further. Sculpted Body is the answer.

I needed a reset in my workout routine so I decided to give Sculpted Body a try. I did a trial class then purchased an 8 class package. I flew through my 8 classes and am hooked! It is so challenging without fear of injury due to impact. I have sore muscles in my core that I never even knew I had. It is an adjustment getting used to the megaformer, but confidence comes quickly. I sweat and burn just as many calories as I did in a 45 minute bootcamp!

I have always been a big "exerciser" . Now at 47 yo, it has been decades of running cycling, etc. I decided to try Sculpted Body in addition to my cardio, about 2 years ago. OMG, GAME CHANGER. Pilates on the megaformer is a workout like no other! I love that the exercises target so many different muscles, ones that are hard to engage in other types of workouts. If you’re looking to gain strength and become lean, then Pilates at Sculpted Body is the place for you. Every workout is slightly different, and yet all equally as intense and satisfying. Workouts focus on lower and upper body, and or course the core — oh how I love the results I’m seeing in my abs!

Why waste time with singular-focused classes elsewhere when you can have it all in one visit to Sculpted Body. Working out on the Megaformer has changed my shape in ways no other work out or activity has been able to accomplish. I have been routinely attending classes for over four years and continue to find every class challenging while learning new moves or techniques to match the intensity I need. The instructors are amazing at coming up with modifications to compensate for any aches and pains you may be experiencing so that you can still stay in shape while healing from an injury. Kathy and her team have done a fabulous job making modifications to the studio layout, implementing increased sanitizing protocols, mask requirements before and after class as well as taking temperatures upon entering to ensure a safe COVID-19 environment for all of us. 2020 has been a crazy year but thanks to Sculpted Body I've been able keep up with all my fitness goals.

Sculpted Body is the most amazing whole body work out with little to no impact. I could see results after just a few weeks! I have always been a runner and after multiple injuries, I needed a change of pace and something that could help strengthen my core. Sculpted Body did just that and now I'm hooked! Sculpted Body East Cobb is the best total body workout! I have gotten into better shape than I have been in quite a while. I am a runner and was looking for a way to get my core and my muscles strong. It is a tough and rewarding workout, and also helps with my tennis game Kathy and her instructors give everyone in the class the attention of a personal trainer. I highly recommend trying a class. I have been going to sculpted body for a year now. I go 8 times a month. My goals when I joined were to become stronger especially in my core, more flexible, and better balance and I feel better in all of these areas. It's a tough workout but low impact. I love the fact that I can take a class with a 20 year old and a 74 year old all at the same time. The instructors are all wonderful and all a little different. Each class is always different which is great for me because I have a super short attention span. And the owner Kathy is wonderful. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I am 6 plus years strong at Sculpted Body in East Cobb, Marietta, GA. A former mountain biker, runner, with casual light weight lifting and basic yoga at home, I had never attended classes for my workouts before SB. I love the studio size for personal attention from knowledgeable well-trained instructors, in tune to my specific needs and desires for my workout. We are always encouraged to listen to our body and modify as needed - you can amp it up or tone it down. SB is a welcoming environment. No matter how long you have been going, you are focusing on yourself, your form, your balance, your own workout. We hit practically every muscle group, engaging the core at all times. I am often a little sore somewhere a day or 2 later. I always feel like I worked hard. After 6 years, it is still always a challenge. And the owner cares about her clients. She always welcomes feedback. It amazes me - 2 hours a week is nothing, and I am always in shape when I take my week off for vacation. LOVE SB!

Must check out this great little Lagree Fitness Studio in East Cobb! I have taken 3 classes there so far and I am hooked. The classes are small with no more than 8 to a class. The instructors are the best...they are super patient and give you a lot of personal attention. They really challenge you to get a great workout. Every class has been different...I discovered muscles I didn’t even know I had and I can totally see how you can get quicker results from the HIIT workout than traditional Pilates or strength training.

Sculpted Body is by far my absolute favorite exercise class in Atlanta. I have never been challenged and lovingly pushed by a greater group of instructors. Each class is different and for the early birds, tailored to our target area requests. The workout is core focused and the results are great balance and well-defined muscles. You leave there with a good sweat for it being low impact! I would be there every day if I could!

I started going to Sculpted Body as an adjunct to gym workouts and outdoor cardio. I wanted something that was a challenge and targeted a different set of muscles. As these classes are primarily leg and core focused, I have only been doing upper body at the gym.. until today. What a difference: at 10 classes in, I have greater leg endurance, greater range of motion in squats and side lunges, and I'm able to use more weight. I'm sure a sturdier core helps as well. Get yourself to Sculpted Body if you want to see some real world gains. The only downside is that at 6'2", I feel I'm a little too tall for the reformer machine, but it still works.
