I've been training with Steve for the last 2 months and his commitment to fitness is extremely high. Our workout sessions are intense and you can feel the improvement in less than 2 weeks. He is flexible with appointments which is a major plus since my work schedule fluctuates periodically as well. He even recommends what to do on days off and what to eat to stay healthy and committed to fitness goals.
