The gym was exactly what I wanted. Not crowded. Clean. Easy to access and convenient. Most of all- Due to reasons outside of the fitness center control, I cancelled my membership at this location and I was impressed by how easy it was. They did not try to mess around with the cancellation. I have cancelled at other clubs previously and they made it as difficult as possible to cancel (see LA Fitness) and I ended up having to pay for a while because of the delays.

I dodn't have a good experience. I hired a personal trainer who promised certain number of classes at certain rate but did not honor it .He used to ask me to write good review /feedback about him and he would give me a free class but i never took that offer .He would unethically mark my attendance even on days when i have not taken a personal training class .When i went to the Gym and tried to confront this i was given a very cold look . I am not sure if things have changed now but i have stpped going due to this reason even though this is the most convieniently located Gym near my house.

The owner Jeff is outstanding. Very personable, keeps the gym in great condition, and always is friendly while you visit. He ensures the gym is always in top condition and wants to know if something needs to be altered to ones request (ex- television station, music over head, temperature, restroom needs, etc.)This is not a meat-head gym. This is the stay in shape, stay healthy, make the most of the time you have available type of gym. I have never had to wait to use any particular piece of equipment as there is always a fair number of people in attendance, but never jam packed. All patrons seem to be on the same wavelength which is maximize the time, appreciate the value, and look forward to the next day's visit. I am a former college football player and have been in the best of the best weight rooms. Dollar for dollar, I'd put Jeff's operation up against all that I have been in. There is simply an ease to Jeff's Snap Fitness as compared to the big box establishments. I joined this particular Snap because of the 24 hour availability, safe surroundings, monthly value, lack of the dreaded 12 month iron clad contract most places enforce, and simple warmth of the owner/patrons. I am 100% satisfied and look forward to many years to come of membership.

Snap is always clean at my arrival with all things in place to where they should be. Jeff, who owns this location runs an efficient and friendly ship. No one is a stranger here. Anthony is my trainer and is available to answer questions about technique, routines, diet, sessions, etc. to all who come in. It is never overcrowded and usually there is no wait for equipment use.

This is a great work-out place. It is small so you don't feel surrounded by the gung-ho exercise types. Jeff is very helpful with helping with the equipment. They also offer an exercise class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for a most reasonable fee that gives well-rounded workouts with a trainer. Note, this class is limited to six participants. Anthony who conducts these classes is attentive to the needs and limitations of each of the participants.
