So far so good. I just signed up with them. I like the flexibility of the 24 hour center. You enter with a key card. It is usually pretty quiet and machines are plenty

I've been getting charged for a year after I have cancelled service.
I have cancellation confirmation and yet over the course of this year I have been charged $40 a month, even after contesting the charges and winning that dispute through my Credit Card.
Most egregious of all, after I won the dispute, the owner Matt then charged my Credit Card for the entire amount of the dispute!!
Absolutely criminal behaviour and I am actively treating it as much.

I'm going to start off by saying this place shuts me down before I even get inside. After knocking at the door trying to get inside, I noticed that I can't get inside unless I have a member card. So I waved at this guy inside to open the door so we can work a deal. This guy has no intention to help me, he told me if I'm not a member, go away and continue to wipe equipments down. This happened early Monday. I was shocked by the way I was treated. So I called the phone listed on their website but no one even answered. I finally gave up and went to LA fitness, They worked with me and gave me a great deal, even better, they gave me a discount since I'm just visiting for a month and a member of the military. Shame on your customer service Snap Fitness, it's obvious that you need professional customer service. They are rude!!! Do not go to this gym!!!!!

I was visiting from out of town and popped into the gym. It is very clean and well laid out. As a bonus, the owner, Matt helped me jump start my car after the battery failed when leaving.

A great service! Owner Matt is a great guy and he provides an exceptional customer service. He is always extremely kind, helpful and ready to work with his clients. The faculty is extremely clean, the equipment is new, there is additional room for classes, video classes so I can do my yoga class whenever I feel like it. Also I love it that's opened 24x7 so I can come on Holidays or as late or as early as I want to. I love this gym!!

Love this gym. It has everything you could want from cardio, free weights, and calisthenic equipment you won’t find at bigger gyms. The best part is it’s never crowded so no fighting for equipment that can ruin the timing of your workout.

Reason to join here over LA Fitness, et al for me is that the place is much more well kept and equipment has the highest attention from staff compared. They also have everything you need. Staff is also friendly, along with the other members. Its a good community and can't recommend it enough.

Don't let the size deceive you. Although the gym may be a little small it's much more advanced and clean than lots of bigger gyms, and never full. Which makes it much easier to workout.
