Absolutely love this place! If you haven't signed up for classes you are truly missing out. Not only are the classes amazing but the staff are professional, kind, attentive and create a serene beautiful experience. The energy is beautiful here. And that is so important to me. I had the opportunity to take a belly dancing class and I go to open studio EVERY week. The space itself is so peaceful, serene and beautiful. Love this place! I will be going again tomorrow!!

Super nice, the sun just pours in through the windows, the wood floor absolutely glows in the sun, plus every plant is real. Really love that there’s a changing room, getting undressed publicly has always been weird to me and there’s plenty of places to set your things. There’s a mini fridge with drinks for sale in the studio and outside down the hall there’s snack vending machines.

I just really like it. The prices are affordable, they have a student discount and an unlimited membership.

After every class we wipe down the mats, the cleaning spray smells good but definitely citrusy. If you have a sensitivity or allergy I’d bring my own or call ahead.

My wife recently began attending this studio, and she absolutely loves it. She found the space beautiful and peaceful. It’s really great that a space like this exists to promote health, wellness, and a more active lifestyle among women.

Beautiful ladies only fitness studio conveniently located in East Point! I absolutely love this space! They offer a variety of pilates, yoga, and belly dance classes throughout the week. There's even an "open studio" time for regular members where you can workout on your own time or practice with instructors. They just recently opened and the staff and instructors are so kind. I hope this place gets much support because it is a true gem in the area.
