I've been going to this studio for about 2 years and love it. Some yoga studios are a little cliquey / unfriendly, and this place is the opposite. Everyone is welcome, the instructors are great, people are friendly and encouraging, regardless of your abilities. It's a really great studio, whether you are a beginner or an expert. The only suggestion I could make is to offer more classes :-)

Gooood morning!! I wanted to give feedback for Monday night yin with Bill.

I thanked him but wanted to share with you just how much I appreciated Bill’s class and the reasons for it.

It is obvious that planning goes into his presentation, and I appreciate that.

Here are highlights:

Shades were drawn for the entire class. Soft ambient lighting along with atmospheric starry lights projected overhead was utilized. Very nice ambience.

Instrumental music only softly playing in the background.

Sound bowls were used for shavasana. Bowls had soft lights in them. I’m saying all this because his “presentation” was lovely. The room was soft and very inviting for practice.

He had gravity bags (sand bags) for folks who wanted more resistance during practice and was willing and did help position them for those who requested.

Utilizing sound bowls for shavasana at the end of a yin class was very enjoyable. He had the pattering of rain sounds prior to the bowls and after.

I actually enjoyed him getting us in a pose and then silence for the pose except instrumental music…no talking, no singing, just me in my practice!

Recently I’ve been experiencing some anxiety, but I awoke this morning peacefully. I’ve decided that I’m going to start carving out Monday evening yin again because of Bill’s thoughtfulness and preparation.

Thank you.♥️

Took the 7a Hot Yoga class, I didn't really break a sweat, I think the temp got up to around 76 degrees the entire time, BUT the Yoga stretching part was really good!

I recently moved to Marietta and after looking at the Yoga studios around my home I decided to try Sol Yoga. Being new to Georgia and not practicing Yoga for over 2 years I was a little apprehensive about getting back into Yoga. My decision to try Sol Yoga was the right decision. Everyone at Sol Yoga has been super and the studio is first class. All the instructors are very understanding and helping me get back into Yoga. A Shout Out to Paige and Emma for being great people and great instructors!

Sol is a such a warm and inviting space which is very important to me being a new yogi. Tatiana's back care class is amazing and a great place to spend my Sunday mornings. On Monday's and Tuesday's you'll find me in a class led by Paige. The instruction is 1st class and she is such a joy to be around. Any baggage I bring into the studio is long gone by the time I'm walking out. Thank you all for having such an impact on my wellbeing.

I love this studio!! I have been coming here for about 4 years now & it’s been such an anchor in my life as I evolve & grow. All of the teachers are very knowledgable & are passionate about yoga. I tend to plan my weeks around the classes if that says anything! The Vinyasa & Buti classes my favourite - I like a challenge & I love to move. There is something for everyone here :)

We recently relocated from Phoenix, AZ, and finding Sol Yoga has been a highlight of moving here. There are several yoga spots in the area, but Sol is definitely the gem of Marietta. It’s one of the few yoga studios that includes hot yoga, Yoga Nidra, yin, and aerial all under one roof. Paige is one of the best vinyasa teachers for ensuring you’re holding the perfect positions while continuing to expand and challenge your practice at every single class. Emma’s hot yoga is fantastic for putting your mind aside and going with the flow. Samantha’s aerial is ideal for anyone who wants to shake up their routine, feel weightless, and learn some inversions. And Sydney’s yin is the cherry on top when you need to stretch and relax. They also offer plenty of unique workshops to evolve your practice. I’m looking forward to seeing what they do next.

I’ve been practicing at Sol since January 2022 and I love it! The owner Belinda’s hot vinyasa classes are so fun and challenging; Tatiana’s Yoga For Back Care classes are absolutely wonderful and healing; and Paige’s Yoga for Beginners and Intro to Hot Yoga classes are the absolute highlight of my week! I can’t say enough good things about this place! It’s not your typical judgy, fancy yoga place— it’s real normal people who are easy going and are just there for some great yoga!
The only constructive feedback I have would be that I feel a need for more early evening classes later in the week. For those of us who have to be at work in Atlanta before the sun comes up, it is impossible to take a class before 5:30pm or after 8pm.

What a great place and team of instructors. I'm really grateful for Sol and it's offerings. Lifting heavy weights is a big passion of mine and I've found Yoga to be very helpful in recovery work. Not only have I found that at Sol, I've found more. Never would I have thought I'd be the type to like retreats, but now I do really look forward to them. Recharging my mind, body and soul to energetically pursue my life's passions.

I love this studio. Eclectic classes in a super chic space. The teachers are great. Not gonna lie, Kasi is a dang revelation. I wish I had her in LA. Belinda-the owner-an amazing teacher in her own right- is skilled at vetting her teachers and making a space that is not intimidating, welcoming for all levels and makes you want to have fun. yay!!! I love all the teachers-so many I have not practiced with but Aaron, Tati and Belinda are my fave gems. Sol also has great workshops and trainings in case you are intimidated to try yoga or you want to dive deeper into it. See you soon!

I feel so lucky to have Sol yoga studio less than ten minutes from my house. In my opinion, it is the BEST yoga studio in the greater Atlanta area. I have been attending the Yin yoga classes at Sol for four years and my practice and my soul have grown stronger as a result. They even offer Live Music and Yin once a month! Sol is a safe, caring environment and when I walk through the front door, all of my worries fade away for the 75 minutes of yoga practice and meditation provided by some of the best instructors EVER. Speaking of the instructors...
Belinda's classes are ever evolving and changing. She combines her extensive knowledge of the human body from her years of nursing with her yoga training to create a safe and welcoming class for her students. She is completely tuned into the class and connects with every student that walks through the door.
Sydney's classes are the perfect way to start your week on Monday night. She doesn't hesitate to be vulnerable and share her own experiences in an effort to help others grow. She cares deeply for her students and always remembers what is going on in their personal lives.
Patti's classes are better than therapy which she happens to know a thing or two about since that is her day job. She has the most calming and soothing voice I have ever heard and you leave her classes feeling relaxed and at ease.
Tati, Bill, Emma, and Paige all teach Yin, too, and bring their own special flair to their classes.
Simply put, there is no better yoga studio out there. If you are looking to start your own practice, Sol is the perfect place to start. I bring anyone who visits me to Sol, from my 70+ year old mother-in-law to my 22 year old niece and they all love the experience. Namaste.

The BEST studio!!! I have attended this studio for 4 years. I started not long after they opened and immediately fell in love. I have been to several other studios in the past but the amazing energy and instructors set this studio apart from the rest. I found my forever yoga studio home, lol!! They have so much to offer. So many different types of yoga. They have special guests, live music, sound therapy. They offer it all. I highly recommend this studio to anyone. All ages, beginners and advanced yogis. You won't be disappointed.

The Sol team are phenomenal! The studio is such a welcoming, mindful, peaceful, healthy place. I never tried yoga but decided to attempt it with Sol’s new student one month trial option. I took 18 classes during my trial month and each class was an excellent experience with knowledgeable and encouraging instructors and fellow students. I never anticipated how much better my body would feel in such a short time or how powerfully grounding the mental benefits could be. Sol also has many cool events, retreats, and workshops. It is a special place!

Belinda and her team were so kind to allow me to celebrate my birthday there! We did an aerial yoga session and our instructor was Natalie. She was incredibly patient with my group of enthusiastic friends. She was knowledgeable and not once did we feel unsafe. Her playlist was rad with a mix of current r & b which set a vibe that relaxed us yet encouraged us to keep moving. We all enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

I have loved going to SOL in West Cobb over the past year! I mostly do morning classes because they work best with my schedule (but they offer midday and evenings too) and it is just my favorite way to start the day! I love the space and the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently found the Buti yoga class (Tuesday @9:30), which is more of a high-energy yoga/ cardio class, and I’m definitely coming back for more of that too!

I started at SOL Yoga two months ago. I highly recommend it. I’ve discovered yoga helps with stress and anxiety by immersing my mind in a mental and physical activity. It’s more mental than I thought. You forget about life’s issues both during and after practice. I’d never tried yoga before, but read about its benefits. I overcame my apprehension and just did it. Now I wish I started sooner. The instructors Belinda, Paige, Patty, Leyla, and Kyler are very supportive with focusing my mind and getting my body in the correct positions. I started with the $25 two-week beginners’ special. I tried every form of yoga class, introductory, deep stretching (Yin), yoga poses (Vinyasa, both regular and heated), and aerial. That convinced me to continue. Now I pay by the month and go about four times a week. SOL provides all the equipment, and the facility is spotless and welcoming. All I have to do is show up.

I happened upon this studio back in December and was really excited about the 2 week new student rate. I jumped right in and took as many classes as I could in the 2 week period thinking I could narrow it down to my favorites. Whelp, all of them are my favorite! The instructors are all unique with their sequencing yet follow the same structure which I love. The community is incredible too! Belinda has created a safe and creative space to practice yoga. I recently have been attending the Buti Yoga classes with Kasi and she is phenomenal too! Too much good to write in a Google review.
