I was calling to inquire about which instructor would be a good fit since I’ve Never been to a solid core before off rip the lady who I was speaking with on the phone was having a weird attitude and vibe. Just a tip for this business, the front desk, Associates, and those who answer the phones are supposed to set the tone for your studio so because of her nasty attitude, I will take my money elsewhere. and maybe she didn’t think she had an attitude so maybe she just shouldn’t be answering phone calls lol

Went here for my first ever intro class with Erika as the instructor! Wow amazing, she was very patient and clear with her instructions. She took the time to correct my form as needed. & not to mention she really worked me out! If you are skeptical, don’t be! This was my first time coming and I’ll definitely be returning. Can’t wait for my next class.

I started attending Solidcore with my daughter, who prefers low-cardio workouts, and I was initially skeptical as I’m picky about my exercise routine. I’m in my 50s, and prioritize lifting heavier weights for longevity, but after a couple of months at Solidcore, I was hooked! This workout tones your body, builds strength, and targets muscles you don’t typically hit in other classes. I feel incredibly strong since making it a regular part of my routine.
What I love is the flexibility—you can adjust the intensity of nearly every exercise to suit your effort level, making it as challenging or manageable as you want. The instructors are fantastic, super friendly, and create a welcoming environment. While I still supplement with heavy lifting to support bone health, Solidcore alone is enough to keep you toned and fit.
With studios nationwide and multiple locations in town, it’s super convenient. My daughter, now away at college, continues attending her local Solidcore. I’ve noticed fewer people my age at the classes I attend, which is a shame because it’s great for any age, as long as you’re moderately fit. I highly recommend giving Solidcore a try!

I went to a beginner class early today with the lovely Erika she was amazing and patient with us all. Literally guiding us making sure we are doing things correctly. The studio was clean. I came in from classpass. I personally loved my session it was hard though the 4 stars is because the door girl was super nice but a bit aggressive when I walked in the door about prices for membership I haven’t even taken my jacket off I had just walked in and she kept pushing the membership prices to me. Maybe the door people make a commission or bonus idk but anyways I’ll definitely be coming back in the future ! Thank you again Erika for your patience with me !!!

As a first timer at solidcore, I was nervous as soon as I pulled into the (free & spacious) parking lot for my 8:40 PM class. I booked the session two hours prior to arriving.. it was one of the best experiences I’ve had using ClassPass so far. I have no regrets! Devon has such a sweet spirit and is super welcoming/attentive to all members of the class. The studio is very nice and clean + in a great area if you have some down time to explore before/after your workout. 10/10 definitely recommend!

If you’re gonna go, don’t book a class with Jermaine if it’s your first time. Hes rude, passive aggressive and will only cheer on the regulars. Hes not understanding to new clients at all and at the end of my class he mentioned making sure you book classes within your skill level. Honestly worst experience with him. 0/10. I would give 0 stars if i could.

Brandee was awesome teaching the foundation50 with a mixed experience level class. Easy to follow and understand, does a fantastic job remembering everyone’s names. Facility is clean and front desk friendly. Plenty of parking. Will definitely be back!

This is the worst SC location. Be prepared to be treated like garbage. I’m usually 10/15 min early to every class but the one time there’s a car accident and I’m 9 min late the lady at the front desk Courtney doesn’t let me in. I’ve see people being a little late and the trainer is understanding and let them incorporate to the class. But I was treated differently!!!!???? I asked Courtney if she could at least squeeze me into the next class and she rudely said NO. Do Solid Core understands the meaning of costumer service???? I said well I’m already here can I at be checked in bc if I don’t Class pass will charge me $28 for “missing” my reservation. She immediately said NO. What a horrible experience I just had with y’all. All I can think of is Why was I treated differently????

Omg!! Amazing workout!!! It was my first time experiencing it and I would absolutely come back !! Reason being is 100% , KAITLYN, the AWESOME coach that teaches the Tuesday and Thursday 5:30am classes!!! She was attentive, funny, motivating, and made sure that I was comfortable the entire class!! She is the reason I enjoyed the class and got one of the best workouts!! Please give her Tuesday mornings @ Perimeter again!!!! Thank you Kaitlyn!!👏🏽👏🏽💪🏾💙

I’ve been coming to this studio for about 6 months now and thoroughly enjoy every thing about it. All of the instructors are awesome, very friendly and helpful. It’s a very inclusive environment, no matter who you are and what fitness level you’re at.
The studio is always clean, bathrooms and changing rooms are clean. I love that there are class times in the early morning and in the evening.
There’s always a challenge, no matter how long you go there. I really like that the routines are different and new exercises every now and again.
10/10 recommend this studio
