Equipment pads and cardio machines are starting to become difficult to use due to cracks and walking pads are in need of repair some week or don't allow cool down just stop abruptly. Locker rooms need basic maintenance and paint, looking rough.

We love the family feel, it is small and intimate. While we are going through the most challenging season of our lives with my husband being diagnosed with a devastating disease, this little spot has become a save haven to him. Rob the new manager/owner has been incredibly kind and understanding towards us. RJ at the front desk is compassionate and supportive. We are beyond blessed to have found you guys!

There’s a $100 cancellation fee, even after your contract has been executed. It’s absurd to essentially punish someone for not remaining a member. They also charge a $25 “club enhancement fee” which I wouldn’t mind paying if they actually used it to enhance some of their outdated equipment or fix the broken water fountain which didn't work the entirety of our membership.

Absolute best gym in town if you want to workout without all the extra. I never have an issue getting on equipment in a timely manner (had this issue at every other gym in town though). Staff always acknowledges me on the way in/out every day. Gym has new and old equipment but maintained well, and 99% of the other gym goers are respectful of the equipment and other people. I have tried all of the gyms in the area, but haven’t found one better suited to what I want than here! I would recommend this gym over any others in the area. Support local businesses!

First, a place is only as good as its people. And everyone working here is kind and everyone working out displays the same kindness. They have great equipment available. Many unique machines that target those special areas you've been desiring to change. There is a pool and children are aloud and a sauna perfect for meditation. There is a loving nursery for those like myself who have little ones. Basketball and racketball. Yoga and MMA. This facility has all the essentials you'll need to get fit and healthy. Membership is like $25 (that's very cheap compared to any other gym around with what they have to offer) and you can add family member for just $15 more. This is amazing. I'm so happy with my decision to make sportsplex my home for all my health and fitness needs!

It's so clean. We came here to swim in the summer and they provide balls and other things you can use. Only $10 a person which isn't bad at all just for the day. My only complaint are the women's toilets in the locker room. You have to hold the handle down for about a minute for it to flush properly.

Equipment wise The gym is really beginning to deteriorate fast. Needs a long overdue update. The staff isn’t how it used to be. The front desk seems miserable working. This gym used to be top tier in town but now every other gym nearby seems like a better option. Also the Weekend hours are terrible.

We have been members at Sportsplex for over 10 years. They have a great staff and are willing to work with you if you need it. I'm so glad we chose this gym to take our family to. They have something for everyone, young or old. We love the water aerobic classes in the indoor pool. If you're older and disabled like myself this is the place for you. Since finding out I have congestive heart failure and having to use a walker to get around, they have been so accommodating. I don't know a lot of gyms that would go to the trouble of helping like they do. Most gyms are just there for the in shape "pretty" people. If you're looking for a place to take your family to to get healthy or continue to stay healthy this is the place for you.

I travel all across the country for work and found myself in Carrollton for a month. I was so glad to find this gym! Equipment is well maintained and plentiful, the facilities’ always spotless, and the staff is spectacular! It’s an easy going, low key atmosphere- no raging muscle heads or haughty patrons- just normal people getting fit. I was sad to leave but I cannot recommend highly enough.

Really good experience for Great NIECE'S. It would be nice if all client's followed the rules of NO Jumping from the sides and shower before entering. My 2 didn't understand why they couldn't jump and why other people didn't shower.... People need to understand that RULE'S are there for a reason.

The pool temp is always different....could be 98 degrees (a couple of weeks ago) to almost 80 yesterday. I wish they would get the pool fixed. I'm starting to consider checking into other gyms for the price of membership you would think this would be a priority for them.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Excellent rates. Facility is clean and orderly. There is a massive free weight section. An upper level with a wide range of weight machines. A cardio section with bikes, treadmills and step / climbing machines. A nursery. Racketball courts, pool, and dedicated rooms for group instruction. Definitely an overall 5-star establishment in my opinion

They claim to be handicap accessible but they are not. My husband is in a power wheelchair and can't even get in the front doors because it shuts the computer on the chair off because of the step up. They have no handicap lift to use the pool. We would have to get access through the back gate just to use the pool. Then there is no restroom to use by the pool. Very disappointed seeing my husband's insurance referred him to this place and he can't even access it.

An employee lied to me about the gym policy making me think that my account was frozen. Months later com to find out it was never frozen and I have accumulated a balance over four months! I have repeatedly tried contacting a manager for over a month and STILL have not heard a word from the manager. I have only spoken to employees and have recieved one Email from an EMPLOYEE admitting to their fellow employees mistake but telling me I still have to pay even tho they know the truth and they know I haven't used their facilities I months!! This company is horrible and unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND ROB YOU BLIND!

Just joined last week. I LOVE IT!!!
Clean and well planned. This isn't your average gym with only sweaty guys.
(eventhough there are plenty of them 'wolf whistle')
There is something for everyone... Me? Water Arobics!!! The only reason I joined.
A yoga class I plan to look into and 2 different workout zones. Woot!
I highly recommend!!!

This gym is top notch. The equipment is excellent and this is one of the rare gyms where the staff allows you to do just about whatever lifting you want to do. Nobody will ever tell you, "No power cleans in here!" or "Stop grunting when you lift!" It is expected that you will be doing some hardcore lifting and the staff totally is on board with that.
