I’m not usually someone who writes reviews—mostly because I’m lazy 😊 but I really felt like I had to make an exception for Stage 3 Fitness.
This isn’t your typical fancy gym with flashy equipment and mirrors everywhere. It’s something better—it’s a supportive, tight-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who show up for each other every day and push through an intense 45-minute to 1-hour session together.
The trainers aren’t celebrity icons, but that’s the best part. They’re real, down-to-earth people who are incredibly fit and deeply knowledgeable about what they do. They motivate, guide, and genuinely care about your progress.
If you live in or around the area, joining Stage 3 is honestly a no-brainer. I’ve got a hectic work life, and this place has become my sanctuary. It’s the one hour of the day where I can disconnect, challenge myself, and feel grounded.
Big thumbs up from me. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Pilates with Evette is always fun & challenging. 30 min sessions fly by!
Personal Training with Ally - I appreciate her eye for correct form & explanation of each movement/ exercise to ensure proper form. She personalizes each session to my goals, limitations, and considerations... and knows how to challenge me.
MRT classes - every workout is different and can be as challenging as you want it to be. Everyone is encouraging. Love the community vibe here. Highly recommend.

Top notch experience! The atmosphere, cleanliness and the classes are great! Every instructor/Trainer are great! I am seeing results and continue to progress in just 3 weeks (but I know I’m still a working progress). Ive tried different gym classes and none of them matches the experience I had with stage 3.

I love this place! You will find a beautiful, well-organized, enormous, open, clean space to workout in with top of the line equipment. It is the perfect set up for ALL fitness levels. The format involves 45 minute long scheduled group classes rotating through different stations consisting of free weights, bikes, rowers, treadmills, cable machines, etc. starting as early as 5a on the weekdays with the last classes starting at 630pm M-Th. (Friday until 4:30pm). Several classes are also offered Sat morning. The workouts are custom designed to be different every single day with a friendly, down to earth trainer onsite to explain/demo the workouts, keep time, inspire confidence, ensure proper form & safety, and keep everyone motivated. If you are advanced and/or shy & feel like you don't need any help from a trainer that's ok too. You are free to rotate through the stations without interacting with staff at all. Stage 3 uses an easy app for scheduling classes. A large screen on the wall displays MyZone stats if you choose to wear a heart monitor during the workout. This place is always upgrading their space and offering additional fitness add-on options such as pilates, kick boxing, aerial and yoga classes. You can also opt for nutrition consults & in body measurements. Several voluntary challenges are also run throughout the year if you like a little friendly competition. Please give it a try if you are looking to get active and clear your head. Especially if you get bored easily and prefer lots of variety in your workouts. The same trainers have been on staff for YEARS, so you can always count on the same great people to plan the workouts and keep you on track if you are like me and need extra motivation. I am a female in my late 40s and struggle with my weight. I never feel intimidated or defeated by the workouts at Stage 3. The trainers always give modification options so you can adapt the workout just right for you. Stage 3 offers a FREE trial for new clients!!! I promise you will be pleasantly surprised if you just give it a try!!

Stage 3 Fitness is a fun, clean and safe workout environment. The trainers are knowledgeable and work with you whatever fitness level you are and if you have limitations they modify the workout so you do not hurt yourself. I love the different workouts each day, you definitely will not get bored with these workouts. If you are looking for a great place to workout Stage 3 Fitness is your place!

Other gyms talk a good game, however, Stage 3 is the shining standard for your MRT or HIIT format. Caring, dedicated, knowledge, and encouraging trainers make all the difference. Best gym in Suwanee!

I have been so happy with Stage 3 Fitness. Not only do they provide a great place to workout but it's a community. They help with more than my workouts. They make it fun and rewarding. After over 3 years I still look forward to going. How many people can say that about their gym? The work outs change everyday so you never get bored. The trainers are always there to answer questions or just give you that extra motivation to push you.

It has been along time since I have been involved in a group fitness atmosphere. The people at Stage 3 Fitness are the best. They really care about how you are doing. The trainers are always making sure that you are doing correct form. The best aspect of Stage 3 Fitness is that every workout is different NEVER the same. What a work out! It will kick your butt for sure! Love it!

Love Stage 3 fitness! They make working out fun, challenging and the instructors are awesome! I don't miss the 2 hours I used to spend at the gym trying to get my strength training and cardio in. It is a fast 45 minute workout with multiple exercises, that is different every day.

Stage 3 focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT), small class sizes (less than 25 per class) and keeping your metabolism working at max efficiency. I've been a member for about 6 months and I've seen a noticeable change in my physique, mental attitude, and nutritional habits. The instructors are great, the workouts are always challenging, and the membership prices are great compared to a one-on-one personal trainer from a mega-gym. They also offer a variety of services like nutritional consulting and personal training. It's also nice seeing the same people there every day. It kinda starts to feel like a sweaty family, and I like that. Definitely recommend.

I love this gym for many reasons. First, the classes are always different so it keeps it exciting and challenging. I have been a member of the big gym for several years and never had great results. I found out that I just was not doing what was required. I would spend 2 hours in the gym and now I am in and out in 45 mins and I am in the best shape of my life. The instructors/coaches work well with each person because they walk around to make sure that each person is keeping proper form and being challenged at their level. They also work hard to remember everyone's name. There are no contracts and there are a variety of options for how to pay for classes. The owner is focused on keeping his customers happy, healthy and providing them with great results. Everyone who is a first time guest is welcome to try out a few classes for free!
