Stick and move boxing is not just a gym but a family . I have worked with Coach Leo and his team on and off for some time now and he has been nothing but welcoming and flexible . I am in my late 20s now and was looking to get a good work out in while still progressing in my career. His gym not only taught me the basics but has given me a love for the sport . I recommend this gym to any and all fighters whether you are a beginner or on the pro level they get active and will ensure you meet your fitness goals.

Coming from a martial arts background I’ve competed and always wanted to get better as a fighter . Wrestling and boxing were on top of my list to sharpen my skills , However boxing was always difficult for me because I quickly learned most trainers simply do not teach , it’s one of those sports I found a very difficult time to get training so I was always skeptical. I met coach Leo and his enthusiasm toward the sport and energy told me all I needed and while still skeptical I gave it a shot . Months later and I can confirm he is still consistent in my growth as a fighter and we have built a great friendship. Coach has become like a big brother to me for advice and training and I highly recommend anyone who is serious about gaining knowledge and skill as a boxer to join .
