About the Club

We help men and women over the age of 55 improve their quality of life by increasing their strength, balance, and mobility. We specialize in customized programs tailored to the 55+ community.
Every client starts with an evaluation process that determines upper body strength and range of motion, lower body strength and range of motion, core strength, cardiovascular strength and balance. We also give each of our a clients a comprehsive analysis of their body composition. The body composition analysis is so detailed we'll be able to determine the amount of muscle in their right arm versus their left arm.
With this evalution we'll be able to customize a program based on the individuals needs and health/fitness level.

I have been working with Jason at Dream Body for over a year and a half. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and explains every lift and the muscles involved. He focuses on technique to reduce the chance of injury. After an accident, I had a double fracture and had to take 2 months off. Coming back using a walker at first, we went over my physical therapy program and he built my lifting program to support my PT program. I believe combining both accelerated my recovery. Nine months later, I’m back to 100%, stronger than ever. Thanks to Jason, Seth (and Jen on some PT stuff) I’m feeling great.

I have been training with SBM for 11 months. I enjoy working with all of the trainers on staff and can tell a major improvement in my strength. The sessions are typically 30 minutes and when I finish I can tell I’ve had a good workout. The staff works with me if I go in feeling off or if I have pain. They really know how to work with older clients. I highly recommend SBM, especially if you’re just starting a workout routine. It’s an investment in a healthy future.

My wife and I, in our mid 70s, signed up last January to get us moving during the winter. She was still moving slow after a broken ankle and I have never gotten back to my running after Achilles tendinitis. We keep going because we both are feeling better; stronger; more active, and even lost an inch or so. I am back to running. We enjoy our workouts with Seth and Jayson and their team of very professional trainers.

I have always been active and started a regular exercise/workout routine over 10 years ago. But, a stage 4 cancer diagnosis at age 64 required a new approach. With cancer treatments and just getting older, I couldn’t keep up with the regimen I was on and I needed to focus more on maintaining a stronger core. Fortunately, through my membership at Twisted Cycle, I had met and occasionally trained with Seth Carver.

Talking over my treatment plan and side effects with Seth, I wanted to stay as fit as possible for the long term. He developed a new regimen for me that focused on maintaining core strength and stretching that fit perfectly into my cancer treatment plan. A lot of prayer and continued focus on staying healthy has kept me going and I continue to train with Seth regularly, now six years after my original diagnosis.

It’s rare to find a trainer with expertise in developing exercise plans for the many issues that people my age are challenged with. Seth and his team work with their clients to develop individualized plans and realistic goals. They motivate me to keep going and do everything I can to stay healthy and strong.
