Great place for expert level strength training, plus Jason helps advise me on meal planning that aligns with my current goal. This sort of personal training has made the most effective results on my body in my entire life. Heβs also helped me improve my form on all the exercises he issues in circuits. All circuits are available on a phone app. Lastly, the space itself has two bathrooms with showers.
