Located in a professional building on the corner of Bells Ferry Road & Bells Ferry Place. In Acworth, yet close to Towne Lake, Woodstock & Kennesaw.

Have always loved this studio. Whenever I am in town I am hitting a Pilates mat class! Kelly is so knowledgeable & I appreciate the correction & she knows just how hard to push my body. I am overweight because of health issues but I am always in good hands with her.

Update: STP follows covid safety protocols. All equipment are disinfected/sanitized before and after every class so you can workout safely. Physical distancing is observed in the studio that now operates at limited capacity. Instructors wear masks at all times. Parking space is not an issue here. If you want to workout safely during the pandemic, STP is a great choice! If you want to workout from home, STP also offers virtual classes that are great.

This is a great studio with very knowledgeable instructors. Even in group classes you get a lot of personal attention. Highly recommend STP!

Strong Tower Pilates is the BEST thing I have done for myself in years! The studio is beautiful and impeccably clean. But what sets it apart is the individual attention you receive from each instructor. They know each client’s individual health history, and they ensure the safety of each member. Each class I learn something new, and I am confident to try new things and to push myself beyond my comfort zone, because I know they β€œhave my back”. Pilates is the absolute best form of exercise/fitness I have ever experienced and Strong Tower is a studio like no other. Class size is kept small so that individual attention can be given to every client to ensure correct form and safety is accomplished. After six years of membership at Strong Tower I am stronger, more flexible, and more aware of my body and posture than I have ever been in my life. During that six years of taking at least one class per week I can honestly share that no two classes have EVER been the same! The owner, Kelly, and all of her instructors are FABULOUS! They get to know each client personally and structure their classes in ways to keep them fresh and challenging, yet reasonable for those who have limitations. Taking Pilates classes at Strong Tower is the BEST investment I have ever made for myself. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this studio, especially if you are looking for something gentle yet effective to remain (or become!) productively active even if you have health or pain issues.

Excellent Pilates studio, especially for those with joint/back issues!!! have been going to Strong Tower for over a year now and love it! It has helped me tremendously. I have a lot of joint issues-lower back, neck, hip, & both elbows. A doctor friend of mine referred me here several years ago, but I kept putting it off. When my hip pain became almost constant & the Chiropractor wasn't helping, I decided to try it. I started with 3 private lessons on the equipment & was amazed that Kelly Letalien, the owner & a Registered Nurse, knew my hip pain was due to tight muscles, and how to fix it. It helped quickly. She is also great at making sure you do the exercises correctly so you don't injure yourself. I take a mix of mat & equipment classes from multiple instructors and love them all. My strength, flexibility & posture have improved greatly!
