We’re proud to open a brand new, cutting-edge facility in Sandy Springs GA, where you can achieve your goals for health, strength, fitness and recovery . We are not a one-size-fits-all corporate gym where the quantity of membership is more important than quality of service. Training with Steve has been a game-changer for my tennis performance. Every session is thoughtfully designed with unique and effective exercises that directly improve my movement, strength, and overall performance on the court. What sets him apart is not just his deep knowledge of conditioning, but the way he adapts everything to my individual needs—including working around an injury without ever losing intensity or progress. Steve is the hardest working, most energetic, and knowledgable trainer I've had the pleasure of training with.

Our boys had a great time working out with Steve. Training was intense and tailored for their tennis.

My son is a competitive tennis player and has been working out with Steve weekly in a group setting for nearly two years. My son is now working out with Steve one-on-one for an additional weekly session. Steve is a gifted and talented, former professional athlete, and he brings significant motivation and positivity to his workouts. Steve designs individualized training exercises that help players to overcome their unique weaknesses and improvement areas to become better overall athletes. We like Steve because he pushes the kids to perform at a high level without risk of injury in a fun environment. Most importantly, we have seen notably improved results in my son's overall play, and more specifically with his speed, strength, rallying time and reaction time--all as a result of Steve. I have been training with the fabulous Steve Lewis for several years. I honestly do not think my psyche and body could have survived COVID quarantine without him! Working out in my garage over Zoom does not sound ideal for motivation, BUT, he made it so fun and challenging that it was the highlight of my day! It was so amazing and fun (yes fun!) to see his smiling face and share his positive energy every day. As a bonus, I got in a wonderful core workout just from our laughter! Steve has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge. He knows when to push and encourage you to be your best self. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been working out with Steve for a year and a half now along with my teenage sons. Without a doubt I can say Steve Lewis is a man of true dedication. He is a role model for setting goals and working hard to achieve them. Steve partners with all of his clients, regardless of age, to achieve their personal health goals. He will believe in you even when you do not believe in yourself. Steve’s years of experience have enabled him to design fresh and appropriately challenging training sessions tailored to each of his clients. Steve is knowledgeable, engaging and positive. He is great with all ages, including young athletes. He has the ability to push you but keep it fun. In addition to strength and conditioning, Steve is very knowledgeable of various recovery modalities and stretching. Steve leads the strength and conditioning program at our son's tennis academy. A boutique personal training shop provides tailored training (to youth athletes) to meet your personal fitness needs. Both of my boys do different sports (tennis, ice hockey & JV football in the fall). They love the programs help them work towards their own raining goals. Just a little over 2 months, they have seen the improvements to their physical strength and games. Be ready to work very hard, sweat a lot!

I have been going to Steve's Training Room for last 4 years, and that speaks for the quality itself. Steve is very knowledgeable, and makes sure you get the bang for your bucks! I never used to workout before I was introduced to Steve, and ever since I started going to STR, I NEVER felt like stopping. Steve makes sure that you don't get bored doing the same routine every week, and always changes the routine. He makes sure to motivate you when you feel like giving up. Most importantly, you see the difference in yourself. Steve is also accommodating around your schedule. He is very hardworking and funny guy, so you won't ever feel bored going to STR :) I would definitely recommend Steve to anyone who wants to see a change in their lifestyle and want to adopt a healthier one!!

My 14 year old son goes for teen group training. He learns good form and how to work each muscle group. Steve makes it fun but yet challenging. He is also a big believer in stretching and stretches each person after the workout individually. I have also gone to Steve for just stretching. Amazing and so good for your body! Highly recommend!
