I am a 78 year old woman who, two years ago, could barely walk up a flight of stairs and was spending a lot of time doing physical therapy to regain some strength. After researching the gyms in Richmond Hill, I discovered the Forever Fit program at Studio Fit and began working with Brandon. Although I never thought I would enjoy weight training, I have found the program and Brandon to have worked "miracles." If you are hesitating about starting a fitness program, please give this one a try -- it could save your life!!

What a wonderful 3 years for both my kids! We want to thank Brandon for always taking care of my teenagers. I had them join Studio Fit many years ago because I wanted them to be properly trained in weight lifting without injury. I felt the need to have someone make sure they were always doing it correctly ( proper form) but also not overdoing it or under doing it. It was always such a wonderful time ( music blasting) small group giggles… everyone enjoyed their time and got fit! Brandon and team would even create workouts if you were on vacation. Always, making it easier to workout! My daughter will now be running for Georgia Southern and my son feels super confident in his sports! Thank you Brandon and team! Did I mention they throw the best holiday parties 💯

I highly recommend Studio Fit Personal Training. Fitness Instructor Brandon is awesome and very patient! The workouts are customized to fit your fitness level and goals. No Cookie Cutter works out here! I started working out 7 months ago with almost no knowledge of the equipment or proper training techniques. Since that time, I've lost weight, gained muscle mass, and improved my BMI in a steady and controlled way. If you want to improve your overall fitness, give Studio Fit a try!

I started at studio fit weighing 197lbs and no real understanding of weight lifting or how to lose fat and build muscle. Brandon at studio fit not only made a workout plan that started out with reasonable workouts for my experience but also gradually increased in intensity and challenged me weekly.
4 months later and I now weigh 169lbs and have not only lost fat but have gained muscle as well. With Brandon’s workout plans and nutrition advice I was able to reach my goals.

I had such an awesome experience at Fit studio! I am so thankful to Brandon for letting me guest visit with my friend whom is a member (and has nothing but great things to say about the gym).
Coaches Marysa and Ashley were super fun, knowledgeable and professional. They were able to get me signed in and set up in a very timely manner and they were so helpful and inclusive during the workout. Fit studio itself seemed on the smaller side when I first walked in but I quickly realized they have all of the equipment needed to get a full body workout/ great cardio session in, and everything is set up for optimal space utilization.
If you’re looking for a gym with phenomenal coaches that will give you individualized attention and a training plan that is tailored to meet your needs (whether you’re a novice or experienced athlete), look no further!
Side note: I really enjoy CrossFit and would say that I am in pretty decent shape, but Coach Marysa gave me a run for my money on strength day, I truly got a full-body burn! 😂

The bathroom soap smells like bubble gum but does not taste very good.
One of the cleanest, coziest, coolest gyms around! Everyone is friendly and the environment is very relaxing to work out in. The pre-written workout routines helped me a lot since I didn’t know anything about working out. Brandon is a great mentor!

I started training at StudioFit almost a year ago after a 5 year hiatus from the gym! It started as a way to just get my body moving again but has brought back my old passion for lifting and wanting to step on a stage to show off my hard work. I met Coach Dennis Brown and immediately loved his knowledge and energy that he brought to the table. After a few months of working with him 4 days a week and learning about his training style, I knew it was a match and I found the right trainer for me. I have definitely met some amazing people as well. I will say I wish there were more machines to plan more diverse training plans, but the knowledge of Dennis and the other trainers make everything work!!

I've been a member at Studio Fit for the past year with a great experience all around. I started in the Phase 1 program and about 6 months later moved to Phase 2. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and fun. They work with the individual to help meet your goals and truly express a desire to help you succeed! The facility itself is clean and inviting. One word to describe Studio Fit! Awesome! After many years trying to lose weight and not struggle to do it I decided to do the 6 week Quick Start program. I lost 20.5 pounds in 6 weeks and feel better that I have in years. This place is very clean and the staff is second to none! They have great motivational skills to help you get started. Bethany, Dennis and Brandon kept me on track with weekly weighins to track my progression. It’s a whole program with food and at your pace! Can’t say enough except I have really enjoyed coming and will continue to come. Try it you won’t be disappointed.

I stumbled upon Studio Fit by complete fluke, and on a whim gave Mark a call to set up a consultation. Husband and I were extremely hesitant, as we've never done the "personal trainer" thing before. Here we are one year later, and I am so grateful I made that call. I feel stronger and more confident, and look forward to seeing my gym family three times a week. We were made to feel like family almost instantly. The little things they did when I had a hardship in my personal life made me feel so loved and remembered that I didn't feel like just another client. I was one of them and they had my back.
I have gotten to work with every trainer here at least once, and while each trainer has their own different style, each is amazing in how they push you to be your best self and push you to do one more rep. I couldn't be happier, and I would recommend Studio Fit to anyone looking for a new gym. 💪

I love the atmosphere at studio fit. I tried different approaches to weight loss but studio fit gives me the lifestyle way of thinking for weight loss. They are very concern about the big picture, being healthy. Love all the trainers big shout out to Dennis always training hard but keeps you safe. If you want to increase your overall strength there is no better way than barbells. The problem with barbells is they really require extensive coaching by a specialist to do them correctly. I read Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe years ago and also watched many youtube videos and thought I had the main strength lifts nailed down. I scheduled a session with one of their trainers (Scott Acosta - Certified Starting Strength Coach) to get a form check and he pointed out some subtle things that greatly helped. There’s no substitute for a coach who specializes and competes in the these type of lifts standing right there! I started training there a few hours a week and my lifts have rapidly increased. The programming is well thought out and is fine tuned along the way. I highly recommend Studio Fit if you want to get strong.

I have a good short story to tell about Studio Fit.
In 2019 I was 65 and in poor physical shape. For many years I had planned to get in shape but had done nothing about it. I wondered if it was too late for me?
A colleague told me about his experience at Studio Fit; I was finally motivated to visit.
My first encounter with Branden and Julie was positive so I signed up for six months.
Scott must have drawn the short straw and was assigned as my personal trainer. Scott has worked with me to build my confidence and my strength; I am working with heavier weights than I thought was possible for me.
Most important, I feel great; I feel strong; I look forward to each session.
Now, six months later I have signed up for another twelve months!
I highly recommend Scott and the entire Studio Fit team to anyone who is contemplating making a commitment to getting in better shape.
They will keep you motivated to work hard to get and stay fit!

I have been working out at studio fit for about a year and I can honestly say I have never trained with a more dedicated, accountable coach than Dennis Brown. When I first started at studio fit I was hesitant to begin strength training (P2) as a woman for fear of eventually looking "too bulky." Having put on a few lbs during grad school, my ultimate goal at the time was to look lean and lose weight. Dennis curbed my fears and made a strong effort to reassure me that my wants would be met and that the plan he had for me would help me get to my goals. In addition to his hard work of helping me to attain my fitness goals over the past year, he has taught me SO much about how to eat, train, etc. for my body type and debunked so many myths I had accumulated over the years about women and weightlifting. You can be lean and strong as a woman without looking bulky through lifting heavy weights! I owe so much to Dennis and the rest of the Studio fit family over this past year. Thank you all for being such a HUGE part of my journey to regaining my life and confidence. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Dennis, he is so very talented and genuine, always striving to better himself and add to his knowledge base for his clients. I came across this personal training center on social media. I scheduled a consultation and I thought it would be intimidating but it wasn’t! Mark and Julie were extremely friendly and were willing to answer all of my questions. I left there unsure of what I wanted to do until I got a random call from Julie one day just checking on me. I knew that Studio Fit cared and were compassionate about what they do. I joined November 2017 and haven’t looked back! Now let me brag about the trainers for a minute. They are amazing! They don’t just expect you to “know” what you are doing, they take the time to teach you and make sure you are doing the exercise correctly. They are also motivating. What I didn’t think I could do, they KNEW I could do it! I definitely recommend at least sitting down with them and just listen.
