My husband and I looked forward to Stacy’s Tuesday evening Flow and Stretch class each week — it became our reset and grounding time together. Stacy brings such a calm, welcoming energy to her studio, and you can truly feel the care she puts into every class. As both the owner and teacher, she’s created a space that feels intentional, warm, and inclusive. We’re so grateful for our time there and will truly miss it!

This is the most amazing place. I started trying just a couple of classes and now go at least 4 days a week. The instructors the absolute best around. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I particularly enjoy Roll and Restore, Yin and Yang, Yoga Moves, and Vinyasa Pilates Mashup. If pressed to choose a favorite, it's Thursday at 1 p.m. Roll and Restore. It's like massage and deep relaxation. I highly recommend. Give it a try, I guarantee that you won't regret it.

At Sunny Street Yoga on Spaulding the Breathe, Roll and Stretch class is the best. Having arthritis all over, I came hurting and left hurt free. It’s like getting a deep tissue massage for a LOT less $$$ for the hour. Shapes the bod too. Try it!

Sunny Street is my first in person experience with Yoga and I love it. I have attended class with 5 different instructors and they are all lovely. I have had wonderful experiences and have met some really nice people. I started out two day a week. I liked it so much I’m up to four days a week. I truly can say this has been a wonderful experience.

Blake did a great job when he was teaching ashtanga on Thursday. I really enjoyed it. He's teaching it today also, it should be a great class.

I have been to many yoga studios in Atlanta and this one prob has the best instructors. I feel like I actually learn yoga, not just going to a workout class. The instructors take time teaching you all the positions and how to sync them with your breathing. They have clear instructions, do the positions with you and help you modify along the way. Amazing studio!

I am feeling very thankful that I have found Sunny Street Yoga. I met Lilian, Elissa, and Kerry. They are caring, well prepared for their classes, very engaging with their students, and fun to be around.

Stacy, I haven't met you yet but want to thank you for your kindness, your commitment with your Yoga, and for the quality of your teachers.

I've only been twice, but both times were amazing. It is a very welcoming group. I enjoy the Yin and meditation class. It does all kinds of release work bringing my feelings and repressed emotions to the surface. This is a good thing. Emotions are energy, if I don't observe and honor them they will sit in my low back or hip region and cause dis-ease or physical pain. Although not right away the next day they are there awaiting my release and acceptance. Yoga is great for more than just physical strength.

Love this studio so much. Lilian is amazing and so glad I can attend 3 of her classes out of the 4 she teaches. I would do more with her if I could. She is very focused on ensuring we adjust to what our bodies can handle and always in tune with our injuries or pain to ensure we’re not pushing past our limits. But with patience and her guidance I’ve been able to try things I never thought I’d get to. She makes ashtanga fun and not scary. I’ve also taken classes with Michelle who is fabulous, my schedule doesn’t time up with her availability but otherwise I’d take more. Really enjoyed Monique’s yoga Pilates fusion/conditioning class when they were still hosted. This studio is focused on each persons well being versus being focused on a competition and outdoing each other. Feels like a real community. - Diana

1st time, A complete melt into the floor savasana meditation after the vinyasa flow. I appreciate the guided focus on breath. I enjoyed the camaraderie and playfulness of the studio and guests. I went for a "standard" Vinyasa flow with a peak pose training progression thrown in there. I was a ClassPass visitor trying it out amd they were very welcoming. A bit far out of my driving budget. But easy chill parking, ample amenities and a fun place to go if im in my old stomping ground. Instructor Mechelle Tunstall. A+ i even forgot i wasnt home alone for a bit. Cheers

Got lost trying to find the place and called- the owner Stacy picked up and was super nice and directed me to where I needed to be. When I arrived, the lady next to me was kind and offered to grab me an extra mat and accessories. Kim, the yoga instructor was so sweet and full of good vibes, you can tell she was really into it and was super positive. She also told me she may offer Tai Chi later which is awesome. It was enjoyable, thank you.

I am so happy to call Sunny Street my yoga home!
The instructors are all amazing. They each bring their own unique style of teaching to the studio. It keeps things interesting and it helps you find the approach(es) that best suit you.
Some classes leave me feeling strong and confident, others bring peace to my mind and body, others make me laugh out loud and get outside my comfort zone. Many of the classes do all of the above!! Both the students and instructors embrace, support and welcome one another.
