It’s hard to find the right words to describe my experience with Swadhyaya Yoga School, but I’ll try.

It all comes down to excellence, and you only get excellence through deep knowledge and exceptional practice.

There is a third component and that is the skill to transfer that knowledge to their students. And Mimi and Deepa do an incredible job at that.

I use what I learned from them every day. I highly recommend Swadhyaya to anyone considering taking their Yoga practice to the next level.

Hey, I have been going to Swadhyaya Yoga School and it’s been an amazing experience. The teachers are super knowledgeable and supportive and they really help you grow at your own pace. I have learned so much about yoga, both the physical stuff and the deeper spiritual side. The classes are really well-rounded, with a mix of yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation. I also love the community at the school—everyone is so friendly and supportive.

Swadhyaya Yoga School holds a very special place in my heart. It’s one of the best yoga teacher training programs around. I really enjoyed all of the teachers and my experience there. Some of the best teachers in Rishikesh. They are so patient and knowledgeable.
