Jonathan, is working with my son to recover from an injury. He is very dedicated to working with my sonβs specific deficiencies to get him back to optimal sports performance. The most important difference that I see is that my son reminds me about his sessions and he actually wants to go. Rather than me usually having to drag him to other places. Jonathan is very knowledgeable about fitness as well as mental health when dealing with student athletes. I am signing my college age son up for training next.

I've been working with trainer & coach Steve Collett for several months now. He's awesome. He does a detailed initial assessment and personalizes each workout. It's a smaller studio, that has everything you need to get in the best condition of your life. You don't just go in and work on weights. It's an all of the above holistic perspective including nutrition, strength, cardio and flexibility. I'm 55 years old and well on my way of being in the best overall condition I've been in my life, including my 23 years in the Army.
