We’ve known the Taylors for years and have always loved the energy they bring anywhere they go, and now they bring it to your workout! This place offers excellent circuit training style workouts in a very comfortable environment. The workouts are challenging and will push you to hit your goals!

Where do we start?! Kyle & Heather are FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend over and over again. :). They were great with our 17 year old daughter who was preparing for the Naval Academy physical assessment. They took on the challenge and delivered! Lacey's scores improved and so did her self confidence. We have no doubt that they can get you to your goal, whatever that might be. :). THANK YOU KYLE & HEATHER!

Been consistently working out 2-3 times a week since January! The women’s class and coed class are so fun and have become a way for me to have time for myself! I truly enjoy going and catching up with everyone each day! It’s not just a gym, they’ve become friends. I feel comfortable working out there and confident when I leave!

I have enjoyed my workouts with Kyle and Heather. They take pride in what they do and encourage each of us through the workouts. My first eight weeks are complete. I feel better and can tell that I have gotten stronger. I just signed up for my next eight weeks and I am excited in seeing the results that I know are coming! I highly recommend Taylord Fitness!

A couple of weeks ago we stumbled upon this “gem”! We love the energy, the atmosphere and the workouts! Kyle and Heather are super nice and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. They give tips and modifications to get you the most out of every workout. We LOVE this place and HIGHLY recommend! See you there?!!!

I have taken both the circuit training and the functional fitness classes at this facility as I am an older adult. Both classes can be modified to whatever fitness level you are at. The instructors are awesome and are extremely helpful in achieving your personal goals. I love attending classes here and highly recommend to all ages.
