Great place for working out. Classes are at 6pm during the week. Saturday starts at 8am. Great atmosphere and a very high energy with a very knowledgeable staff.

If you want to get back into working out and feel comfortable while doing it, this is the spot. Staff will work with you to accommodate what you can or can't do to physical limitations.

Tanya is amazing and has changed our family. She has an inspirational story and understands your needs.

Although I have moved away I always call this place my first home and come back to visit often!! It's a great place to workout no matter what your goals are. Matt and Tanya are amazing and what they do... Building better humans!!!

I have never been to a gym where I felt comfortable working out in front of people. The Compound gave me that confidence!! A year ago I couldn't run to my mailbox and back, now i've finished several Obstacle Course Races, a few endurance races and my goals just keep getting bigger. Matthew and Tanya have made working out fun for everyone and no matter what your fitness level they will make sure you're getting the best workouts possible. They have many different class times so you can find what fits your schedule. The best gym i've ever been to by far!! Come join us... you'll be glad you did!
