Tried one of the reformer classes. It was fun but for the price it wasn’t worth it.

I used to go every Sunday to this Pilates studio—it was my favorite weekly spot. Unfortunately, my recent experience was very disappointing. I had booked a class for myself and my two sisters, but we arrived seven minutes late due to transportation delays. I tried to explain the situation to the front desk staff, but she showed no understanding or willingness to help.

I took an Uber for 45 minutes to get there, which was already a significant expense, and I wasn’t able to reschedule or receive any credit for the missed class. It’s very frustrating to spend that much time and money (over $105 just for the classes) with no flexibility or support.

If the studio ever updates its policy to be more accommodating in these types of situations, I’d definitely consider coming back. Otherwise, I’ll be looking for another place that values its loyal clients.🫠

Love going here Postpartum. Instructors are great- my favorites are Amber, Kenzie, Angelica, Rudi, and Nicole.

For a class located in buckhead their late policy is too strict. I got there at 10:06 on the dot, saw another lady being let into class yet I still wasn’t allowed to go in. Don’t know what difference it would’ve made if someone was walking in seconds before I did. Had a friend waiting for me in class as well. Paid $10 for nothing. Front desk lady offered for me to wait for the next class that was already full (why would I wait for something that’s not for sure). Wish they considered their location and extended late policy to 10 min. Won’t be coming back. CTRL Pilates is not located in such a congested area and will let you come in if you’re 1 min past grace period.

I had booked a private pilates session for my friends and I for my birthday and honestly the whole experience was super frustrating. I got an email confirming the time for 10:15 AM, but when I showed up on the day, the lady at the front desk told me the session was at a completely different time. They kept trying to push the time back by 3-4 hours or even get us to reschedule for the next day! I had everything planned out in advance, so that was a huge inconvenience. They had also told me the same thing happened the week prior. Eventually, they gave us the session 2 hours later but by then some of my friends had to leave early because of the change. It was just so disorganized and honestly, really disappointing, especially since I had been looking forward to hosting my event there. I expected better communication and organization from a place that offers private events.
That being said, our instructor Jefflyn was awesome, she was super welcoming and made the session fun despite the chaos. They also gave us free grip socks, which was a nice touch, and mentioned that we’d get a discounted class for everyone. But I haven’t heard back about that yet.

Beautiful place. The instructor Aly was very rude. Claims I was a minute late after using the restroom in the front area.

Too strict late policy, especially considering Atlanta metro area traffic. Arrived 6 mins after class due to having to find parking in their garage and walk to the front door from the garage. (Policy says you can’t enter after 5 mins).

There are other Pilates studios that don’t lack nuance when it comes to arrival times, and actually care about you getting a good work out. If a good workout, friendly customer service and the aesthetically pleasing studio is your vibe, I recommend the Studio Pilates in Midtown and Emory as opposed to the daily Pilates. solidcore is also a great alternative as well.

I visited this fitness studio while in town and was incredibly impressed from start to finish. I had let them know I'd be about 5 minutes late, and they were so accommodating—quick to respond via email and even followed up with a helpful text that gave me all the info I needed to find my way once I arrived. That level of communication made a big difference, especially as an out-of-town guest.

I took the Heated Sculpt class with Aly Cruz-Gil, and she was fantastic. The workout was challenging and effective—exactly what I look for when I book classes online—but Aly kept it fun and motivating throughout. Her energy made the class fly by, and I left feeling strong and recharged.

The studio itself was such a vibe—clean, modern, and welcoming. A special shoutout for the cool towels at the end of class—such a small touch but one that makes a big impact. My only minor critique is that there was just one bathroom, so I couldn’t shower after class, but it honestly wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Whether you're local or just visiting Atlanta, I’d highly recommend the Buckhead location. The team is kind, responsive, and they deliver a killer workout. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Hot mat pilates: 6/10

The studio aesthetics? Absolutely stunning. As a CPY Sculpt girly, though, this hot mat class felt like a breeze. The intensity just wasn’t there for me. The room was also very tight; barely any space between you and the next person, which made it a bit uncomfortable. That could’ve been fine if the workout pushed me, but I didn’t find the sequence all that challenging (maybe it varies by instructor).
Another downside: there weren’t any form corrections or personalized adjustments. That’s a major miss, in my opinion. If the form isn’t right, the workout loses its impact.

I’m glad I gave it a shot, but if I return to TDP, it’ll be to try one of their reformer classes instead.

Pro:
The best instructors here are Angelica, Kenedee, and Amber, and Emily because teach a smooth yet engaging work out, they enforce the foundations of Pilates, and good customer service overall. The aesthetics of the studio is really nice.
Cons:
The other instructors are pretty dry & sometimes mediocre workouts. The subscription plan is $300+ a mo for Unlimited classes, but theyre fees immediately per class missed ($35) and $15 for cancellations less than 16 hours on top of your monthly fee. 16 hours is a weird number to count the hours…
The doors lock 5 mins after class start time. I understand someone else could’ve taken the class, but I feel there should be some waivers or reimbursement for monthly subscribers. There’s no perks for the subscription at all. For example, waived fees, discount on merch, a welcome tote, or anything that makes you feel apart of their “community.”

First of all the studio itself is very well designed and Instagram worthy, BUT, be careful whose class you choose. You might end up not using your eye for a few hours.

The class I went to on 4/7/25 with Riley was mediocre. Her instruction style was kinda like a drill sergeant. You have to do exactly as she says. It’s not my cup of tea but i do understand each instructor has their own style.

What made me post here is Riley spraying the cleaning chemical in my eye and what happened after. Towards the end of the class, the instructor will usually hand out a sprayed cloth to wipe down the equipment. I don’t know what happened but this instructor SPRAYED INTO MY EYE and face on the right side instead of the cloth. Accident aside, what really irked me was the interaction after I went to wash my eye. She apologized and checked in, which was nice but after hearing me telling her my eye was burning, her response was “oh the cleaner shouldn’t be irritative. It’s non-toxic.” Ma’am, even if the cleaning chemical is non toxic, it’s still cleaning chemical and foreign liquid in my eye. Saying it shouldn’t be irritative after I just told you my eye was burning was EXTREMELY RUDE and INVALIDATING. It’s just plain inconsiderate. Feels like she’s trying to make excuses for what she did carelessly, spraying her client in the eye when she should aim for the cleaning cloth.

I 110% do not recommend her class!

I just wrapped up my third day at The Daily Pilates. I was a total newbie to reformer Pilates, clueless about everything from the jargon to how to even use the machine. Five minutes into my first class, I was already thinking, “What have I gotten myself into?!” I hadn’t worked out in a while, and the Pilates moves were like nothing I’d done before.

But by the end of that class, I was actually looking forward to the next one. Now, I am loving the challenge and picking up new things every time. Angelica Galarza has been awesome -super encouraging and giving great feedback. She’s definitely my favorite so far!

Another thing I love about this location is the Buckhead Shopping Center right next door—super chic and great for a post-class stroll. They validate parking for two hours, so I usually grab coffee at Saint Germain Cafe afterwards. Just a heads up: Peachtree Road and the whole Buckhead Lenox area can be a mess traffic-wise, and since the studio doors lock up five minutes after class starts, try to get there 20-25 minutes early, especially during rush hour. I recommend not booking times where you can't make that happen.

Looking forward to seeing where this Pilates journey takes me. Here’s to staying consistent and seeing some real changes!

I absolutely loved it here! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere is inviting, clean, and beautifully maintained, making every visit a pleasure.

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do. They take the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable and motivated, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. The classes/services are well-structured, engaging, and truly make a difference in both physical and mental well-being.

I always leave feeling refreshed, stronger, and more energized. If you’re looking for a top-notch Pilate studio I highly recommend to come here!

I scheduled an appointment through ClassPass, but upon arrival, the staff claimed they had no record of my booking. The front desk representative handled the situation poorly, displaying rude and nonchalant behavior. Despite my attempts to clarify, she repeatedly insisted that I pay. After careful consideration, I chose not to engage further or provide proof of the booking and decided to leave. While I can’t say for certain if my race influenced the interaction, the unprofessionalism of the staff was undeniable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this establishment.

They close the door of the studio five mins after class. I couldn’t enter the studio because there were almost no parking spots in buckhead village parking lot. I met the WORST instructor ever! Her name is Kalen. She is so mean, rude, negative. She does not help you nor correct you in class. She does not care what movement you did. She does not know how to communicate to people at all. When you argue with her, she blame on your attitude. She even yelled at me. That's crazy. Her class is tedious and lots of meaningless breaks. Instructions were unclear, low voice, hard to follow. Me and my neighbors were all confusing but she just ignored and continued. She seemed just want to go home instead of teaching. I was having a great day until met her. If you want a good mood, definitely do not take her class. She is NOT suitable for the job. BTW, This is my first time to come to this studio, i cannot believe they are treating a first timer like this. Still can't believe what happened to me tonight.

3 stars because The Daily Pilates has the potential to be a great studio. It just lacks consistency- some instructors are knowledgeable, are attentive and lead a challenging work out. Others sit down, look at their phones and just tell us what to do, and which leads to a weird flow, ineffective sets and just a lackluster class. There have been several times where I attend a Sculpt class and have to double check afterwards that I didn’t accidentally book a Foundations class because the instructor basically lead us through 50 mins of just stretching. I don’t know why we would spend 15 mins of a class doing a prancing pony stretch…. As someone who’s been doing Pilates for years, I’m hesitant to purchase the steep monthly subscription because I’m afraid I’ll just get a stretching class after stretching class and won’t leave feeling like I actually accomplished something.

The studio is aesthetically pleasing, but the classes are not challenging and most, if not all of the instructors are very newly qualified so not much experience or variation is available. It would be better to have a level above ‘sculpt’ for more challenging, harder classes with more experienced instructors.

The aesthetics and decor of this place is nice but it’s where this ends, unfortunately.

During the session, amber the instructor was on her phone the entire time, and looked like she was literally looking up the moves as she was going along. I was very confused, I thought the instructors are certified?

Also, the same instructor was very off putting and gave off a snobby/ stuck up air. I get that it’s buckhead, but still. No need to act like you are better than everyone, and esp not to your paying students.

Not coming back.

Attended a Pilates class that felt like a comedy of errors led by an instructor who seemed to be making it up as they went along. The class did not flow at all and most moves went against the natural flow of my body. Instead of feeling the burn in my core or bum, I felt more like a guinea pig which was utterly disappointing given I paid for the class. If you're in the mood to waste an hour, don't mind a lackluster workout, and wasting $35, then this might be your scene. But if you actually want a good workout go somewhere else.

I've tried many Pilates studios over the years and this is by far the worst studio I've been to. It's outrageous that each class is $35, let alone a membership costing $300. I attended a recent sculpt class and the workout the instructor had us do almost broke my knee… I was shocked no one else got hurt. After this class, I looked into the teacher training provided by the Daily and realized that instructors are not nationally certified which is very alarming.

Don't let the pretty aesthetic fool you into thinking this is a real workout, it's a complete gimmick. You're better off following a FREE workout video on YouTube. I promise you'll get a way better workout compared to what's offered here.

Oh, and the cherry on top is the RUDE manager or owner. She was very off-putting and stuck up which left a really bad taste in my mouth.

I love the variety of pilates reformer classes and instructors here. The Foundations classes are great for both newbies and those who are recovering from illness or physical therapy, so that's a nice option if you have to sit out on Sculpt classes at any time! They're on ClassPass but they offer package specials throughout the year (I like to buy directly through the studio because you can book further out than if you were going through ClassPass).

done pilates in a lot of different places and this one was by far the worst. instructor was super unclear in terms of explaining, causing two people to fully fall off the reformer, which she ignored. she spent most of the class doing the exercises herself with her eyes closed, meaning she couldn't pay attention or correct anybody on the proper way to do the movements

The Daily Pilates gets a lot of positive reviews for being aesthetically pleasing, which is true. More important than aesthetics of a pilates studio where we're paying $35 per class, is the customer service. This location is set in one of the busiest intersections in Atlanta. Parking is available in a deck where the gate is frequently not operating correctly, which means that you are not only at the grace of traffic flowing in your favor but also a parking deck that's functioning properly. Yesterday I was running close to class time, pulling into the parking deck 2 minutes before the class started. The parking deck gate was not working and I was the 3rd car in line to get in. I called the studio to let them know but no one answered the phone. By the time I got to the door of the studio I was 6 minutes late to class, and the door was locked. I knocked on the glass door, the instructor saw me and ignored me. Given that I frequent this studio often and all of the instructors know me, it was beyond rude. I wrote to the studio immediately, making them aware of what had happened and asking to not be charged for a no show fee and to be able to use my class credit towards a future class. They wrote back without taking any accountability of the rude encounter and offered me 15% towards my next purchase, so less than $4.50. Best of luck to this business. I will be going back to Club Pilates where I was always treated with the utmost professionalism and grace, even when running late.

I went to this place for the first time. The class had a time frame to get there no later than 5 mins after class has started. However when uncertain situations happen they are totally non accommodating. I went to the 6:50pm class at the Buckhead location with the instructor Tamar Waxman. I was driving to the location and right before I got a chance to pull to park there was an emergency for a fire truck to the block the street. The police had the road block for several minutes so I was unable to make it right at 6:50. I arrived at the door by 6:55pm. I waved to Tamar the instructor to gain her attention, she looked directly at me outside the door and rudely ignores me. I continue waiting outside the door and she looks at me again points her finger at me the points to her hand like she had a watch on and very rudely ignores me a second time! I still wait outside the door patiently seeing if would come to the door so I explain the late arrival was from uncertain circumstances. Minutes later, she finally comes to the door doesn’t even say hello rudely points to the sign on the door that says the door automatically locks after 5 minutes of each class. I tried to explain to her what happens she cuts me off in the middle of my speech keep saying I’m sorry I can’t help you, I try to finish and she tells me I’m sorry I have to Goni have a class to teach and closes the door in my face. Before she closed the door I asked if could receive a refund she told me she couldn’t help with that. Plus a I still had to pay for parking when leaving! The Daily Pilates place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It was my first time visit and it but a very bad taste in my mouth! If you like bad customer service, rude instructors, no compassion towards their clients this the place to be. It a 0 out of 10 on my scale. DO NOT GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR GAS.

My 1st visit was in July 2023. I had never taken a pilates class before. It was AMAZING! I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st session. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. It was clean and smelled Good. My kind of place to get refreshed. This place is it! SOO much Zen for the WIN!! I don't live in ATL. I live in Washington, DC. They don't have anything it here in the DMV. I loved it soo much that I am going back this weekend and I'm taking a class again! The staff is friendly and very Helpful!!

I thoroughly enjoy the classes and instructors! The first class I took, I left thinking I wouldn’t be sore but I was very wrong! You will never have the same class, every instructor teaches differently which I like. And the studio itself is beautiful which doesn’t hurt!

I love this pilates studio. I found it via ClassPass several years ago when they were in West Midtown. The aesthetics are beautiful, and you’re sure to get a great workout. Instructors are helpful and will help you with your form. They validate your parking, which is a plus for Buckhead. Also, the music is great!

Love this studio, so serene. Its a blend of Pilates like movement with strength training that is accessible for every level. If you are a clasical reformer fan this is a modern twist on the practice, not every class will be the same in terms of 100, footwork etc, and it’s really interesting to move the body in new ways on this equipment. Jamie and Danni’s classes flow so well and all the intructors are super knowledgeable.

I am absolutely obsessed with this studio! Let me tell you why.. the instructors, I can’t brag on them enough, they are all so different but I love the switch up. So normally when I was going to other studios I would have to find an instructor I liked and stick with them, but here I love everyone and the music. The burn, oooo the burn is so good. This is my 3rd month here at this studio and I’ve lost 15 pounds and my abs have never looked better. I’ve changed my diet of course but this is my forever workout studio!

Source: Google

Quodarrius Toney

★ 5

I’m a male and I’ve attended these classes regularly, I appreciate the inclusivity. I feel the burn, I feel the challenge and I love the instructors. I love how they challenge me and are helping me to build my abs as well as my legs with the JUMP class. This is a true Pilates studio not Lagree like solid core which I like. I love the gradual commitment I have to make instead of the burnout at other studios. If you want to visit and find a great Pilates studio in buckhead, I would highly recommend this studio.

I experienced very very poor service here and advise everyone to Save their time and money, and just go to solid core instead. I came to this class at 2:01 today, which cameras can confirm and indicate, and the instructor was so lazy that she already had the doors locked in advance (the grace period is to 2:05). As a paying and first time customer that met the grace period, I do not appreciate this kind of service or treatment. The instructor watched me knock on the door since 2:01 and did nothing but look…. 10 minutes after standing in the hot sun she came to the door saying to just email them and she did nothing about it , nor did she agree to refund me. I would not recommend TAMAR at all she was very ugly and rude with her treatment toward me. She does not care about the customers and she is too lazy to even meet the grace period criteria. If the door was already locked at 2:01 chances are it might have even been locked before then at 1:59 or 2:00 …would not recommend at all. And if the owner is reading this I would like some sort of contact or email to explain my experience again.

I really tried to love this place. The space and location is perfect. The vibes are aesthetically there but the class is not. Some of the instructors are just unprofessional and it wasn’t a workout. I have done Pilates before and even though it is low intensity there is still a workout there with tiny burns. Additionally, some instructors were so disorganized it felt like they came in unprepared without a plan for the class and without confidence in teaching and rather just standing there and saying unconnected things. I hope that since they are new that they will work on the class because I would love to go back when the class meets the vibes of the place.

So excited that TDP has now come to Buckhead! I found this place through Classpass, and it has been my favorite studio! Not only is the atmosphere unlike any other, but also the instructors are very knowledgeable and help you every step of the way! I usually don’t write reviews but I had to comment on this amazing place. I’ve only tried pilates once before and by far the Daily Pilates has been my best experience so far. Everything from the modern esthetics to the amazing juice bar was impeccable. You can tell the owners really took their time with everything. If you’ve never really done pilates like me, this is definitely the place for you! The instructor was so patient with me and with the class size being small she made sure I was able to follow along. I will definitely be getting a membership and attending more of these classes. Can’t wait to start my pilates journey with The Daily!
