The staff is very good at breaking you into a routine that fits your
beginning condition and then builds you up. The 20 minute workout addresses multiple muscle groups. You may be pushed but the two minutes per machine routine keeps enough variety into a session that a good balance is established. Staff monitors your progress in such a way that you are pushed but not beyond levels that are watched carefully. It's well worth the
challenge!

I have adult scoliosis and I have been in so much pain day in and day out. So I decided to try the exercise coach and they have tailored my program to deal with my specific issue. Since I have started going there, which has only been four sessions I feel that my muscles are getting stronger and I am not having to lift weights and spend at least an hour and a half at a gym to accomplish the same thing that my coach is helping me accomplish in just 20 minutes. When I am through with my work out I am not sore, in fact I feel better than I have in the past couple of years. And the one on one attention that I get from my coach is far superior and a lot less costly than a personal trainer that I have had in the past.
