Pretty good gym. Wish the basketball court was closed, too much noise from kids screaming, it’s not sound proof. Also the floors for the yoga room haven’t been swept in ages and it’s grimy in there. The yoga and Pilates instructor is great but she deserves a clean space to teach the class in.

Started my AAU Basketball 🏀 Team 16 Years ago. I remember when Fitness opened and still under Construction. My Basketball 🏀 beating everyone by 30 Points. We loved the Basketball 🏀 Gym.

Exercise equipment wasn't ready yet beautiful location to get in shape.

I returned with my players Sunday for "Summer League" Basketball 🏀 Game we Won 48 - 12. Volunteered to Referee 3 Basketball 🏀 Games. Other Referee Departed for an Emergency.

Overly disappointed, to say the least
I visited this gym for my son’s basketball practice. While here my other son decided to work out. A strange man with glasses can over an approach my son asking him if he had a gym pass ( he’s only ten and I was standing right here ) he never said anything to me only to my son. ( not that it was his business since he didn’t work there but I paid for a day pass)I grabbed my son and walked over to the desk to ask who this man was and why he was walking up talking to peoples kids. The staff at the desk said he doesn’t work there. I asked for the manager who never came to help or even check on the situation. I felt unsafe and very disregarded , so I left a review to make others aware
But the story doesn’t end there
A month later I get a call from a staff member on my son’s basketball team . She told me the gym contacted them and told them if I didn’t remove my review that they would kick the team out of the gym (they wouldn’t be allowed to practice there anymore )
I did remove it at the time to avoid it hurting our kids but this says a lots about the type of people and place this is. Blackmailing people to remove reviews. STAY AWAY

In over 15 different gyms in my life time. The Fitness Center Of lilburn has been by far the best. After the Nation being shut down because of Corv I was very weary of returning back to the gym life. But 7 months later best decision in my life. The manager Q multitasks keeping the upkeep of the gym and responding to all of members needs. I would suggest to anyone that wants to get in great shape to check out Qs Boot camp Saturdays. The Gym is hopping with motivation and fun with Qs baritone voice blasting on the speaker. 5 stars

I am very disappointed in this place. I joined this place last month to help my 15 year old special needs son to develop some interest in staying fit. ( always trying to find something that he would do regularly ). Anyway, i failed. He didn’t even go once!!! So i went in to cancel my membership and they said you have signed a contract with us for a year so nothing doing !!!
I had asked the trainer if it was month to month and she had said yes , you will be billed month to month !! I was stupid and i got duped or lets say conned !!!
Please read carefully before you sign anything. I didn’t and now i have to pay for a full tear when my son doesn’t even want to go even a single day !!!

Awesome place. Everyone is welcome. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The space is large enough that you don't feel congested. The Fitness Center of Lilburn is where I elevated my fitness journey. I love a good challenge and you will certainly get one during boot camp, and cycling class.

5 Star status.. this gym is always clean... and I'm glad to see the staff cleaning on a regular basis!
This gym is not the "typical" meat market...people that workout here mean business! and seem well focused .. there is more in this gym than meets the eye.... even a strip to run down...a room for spin class and a back wall with equipment attached... Staff are friendly..courteous and welcoming! Quinton Cole is a great trainer

Sad to report that the gym has fallen off.
Cleanliness is questionable. There used to be a cleaning crew that came in. Don't see them anymore.
It leaks when it rains
There is a musty odor
Rusty appliances
I was in treatment for cancer and due to the germs from lack of consistent cleaning I was infected and by the time I made it to the nearest hospital I had a fever of 104° and was septic. That's bad 👎
Most of the offered classes don't have modifications for beginners and that is a recipe for major injuries. Hopefully there will be upgrades and it will bounce back but I'm not holding my breath.

Close to me and has everything I need
Very clean and organized. I was very impressed with the types of equipment available for use because i used to crossfit and there are certain machines I love to use that other gyms do not ever have but i found them here. The classes are well organized and I'm very impressed with the available options to achieve healthy goals. If you really know what you are doing you'll realize this gym is a gem.

To find something to clean anything with it will be 60 feet away. * if they have something to clean with. Men's toilet for handy capped doesn't really flush right and smells like Death since I have been coming here. Musty odor/Water damage signs in the steam-room. still a good place to workout just not really clean-clean-clean. Just clean-ish. Loud sometimes.

Unfortunately my son goes to this gym sometimes and i watch.. A couple days ago i witnessed a young man who i didn’t know slip and severely injure his ankle due to water on the court. This water comes from leaks in the ceiling, I know this because some days the gym will have towels and buckets to catch the water on the basketball court. This particular day they didn’t have any warning signs or towels over or near the area of the wet spot resulting in his inability to prepare for a wet area. The gym floor is also uneven and crooked and has bumps. The young man had to have his friends carry him off the court as he grimaced in excruciating pain, he nearly broke his ankle and it was very swollen. The workers didn’t even come to check in on this young man and i watched him leave with two of his friends and the owner of the gym walked away and tried to hide from the child who looked to be still in high school who sprained or maybe even broke his ankle.

If you are planning to join this gym, please read this review. This gym has several poor reviews, and I totally understand why. To be a gym owned by the church, this gym really need to ask God to teach them kindness, love and respect to their customers.
Upon joining this gym, I informed the gym that I was a contractor with the government and many times would have to leave abruptly. I asked if I had the option to cancel anytime, and I was informed that I could cancel whenever I needed too. I returned home in December of 2018 and began going back to The Fitness Center of Lilburn. I informed the staff that I would be leaving in February. As always, within the year that I have been going to this gym, whenever I informed the staff member of my last month, my account would be frozen and I would not be charged.
I left for the UK on 2/28/19. The Fitness Center of Lilburn charged my account for March. I called and spoke with a staff member who was extremely rude and who told me I would not get reimbursed since I did not tell anyone I did not want to be charged for March. I informed her that I absolutely had told the staff that I was leaving in February of 2019 and did not need the membership while I am out the country. The staff member informed me there was nothing that could be done.
I called back and spoke with another young lady who was more pleasant, but who informed me that I could not speak with the manger because the manager was busy, and I most likely would not get reimbursed since the owner would have to write a personal check to reimburse me.
With all the technology in 2019, I find it difficult to accept that the only way I could get reimbursed is with a personal check. Furthermore, it is not all about the money, it is about respect for the customer and just showing kindness. What happened to customer service? I will be reporting this gym to the Better Business Bureau.

Very surprised by some of the “unsafe” comments! This is one of the best gyms
I have ever been. Super clean, super well equipped, there is nothing unsafe about this Gym. I don’t have a regular schedule so I have been at the gym at different times ranging from 5am to 9pm and I don’t have a locker! There is nothing unsafe or suspicious! Staff members are super educated and they are constantly making sure the gym looks good and super clean.... I just wish they had a “kids club” for young kids so I could come everyday!!!! I can bring my boy, which I do but not my little one.

Nice facility, but the clientele does not respect the facility. Weights are left about and on bars/machines. Many a time people leave about towels, paper-towels, and wiping rags on the floor or on machines. The rule says no children under the age of 14 can even be out on the gym floor, yet there are - at many times - plenty of kids under that age playing around on the machines. Tonight alone, I was deadlifting and was almost hit by a basketball multiple times by 2 very young teenagers. Gym owner and other associates standing about and not doing anything about it. I've been a member for nearly 2 years, and I really want to love this gym... I did love this gym... But it has only progressively gotten worse as time has gone on.

Great gym. I've been a member over 2 years. Th equipment is state of the art, well maintained and clean. This is not a smelly gym. Safe for families, I've seen the staff politely move children from equipment and return them to their parents. Quinton and his staff are encouraging and make sure your workouts and classes are safe. They encourage you to work at your pace.
