I love the gym; my only complaint is that in the two weeks I've been going, I've showered three times in the same shower, and I think they never clean it. In the disabled bathroom, there are always the same clumps of hair.

It’s been a little over a year now since my previous review below. Thought I’d try the gym again. They seriously need to turn down the music some. I can’t even hear my music on my AirPods without turns it all the way up, not to mention is still straight up vulgar rap music. Such a disappointment.

They have got to up its game.There’s been so many complaints but thought I’d try it out anyways but it’s true It’s way too loud and all that’s ever playing is straight up trashy rap music rather than a good mix of genres. Seriously, this place is going to lose clients.

I went to check out this gym a couple months ago and paid for a day pass, just to check it out. It was alright, I figured I'd probably get a membership. Well, fast forward to 2 months later and I got billed randomly and I called to ask the person at the front desk what it was about, they said something about a manager issue and gave me a customer service email to email to get a refund. I did, then I got an auto reply stating they were getting a high volume amount of emails and I would be in a queue to be contacted. I waited all day for something. I realized this customer service line was for every location so I had no idea how long it would take. So, I tried to contact my location again and asked for a manager. The person at the desk said they were with a client and they could give me their email. Well, I didn't want to email someone again so I asked them to return my call. And I never heard anything back. So, I wouldn't recommend this place because what is happening there?

Tried cancelling my membership and all I get is an auto-reply. 2 weeks later no response and still charging my credit card. I called up to talk to someone and the only person working was a 30 day employee who couldn't tell me anything. It's obvious by the reviews they do this all the time. So beware when you sign up. Apparently Customer Service, the manager and a group class instructor are all the same person, yet they are never actually at the location to speak to someone.

Love this gym! The Fast Twitch classes with Dan and Jayden are fantastic - a great workout. The gym is clean and the equipment is nice. Highly recommend!

POOR!!!!!!!!!! I don't know how to tell them anymore that I don't live in Georgia I have written thousands of emails I have called they tell me the mailbox is full! They are charging me weekly from my card I don't want to be charged wrong anymore!!!!! Great, clean and well appointed gym. Going in the middle of the day, you will see lots of people taking selfies and trying to do video of their workout. This gym is owned by a professional athlete so the set up accommodates all work outs. If a blogger/fitness coach is taking up a piece of equipment not otherwise available (they have multiple of most). Just kindly ask if you can play through to get your reps in and I have never had anyone refuse.

I love this gym! Incredible, state-of-the-art equipment thats up to date/new. I especially love the upstairs “football field”, the sauna that is so relaxing, and the classes offered. Some classes have additional cost (I thought it was worth it) but they also have classes that come with the very reasonable membership price.

I love the forum! My husband and I have a membership and mostly go to the Lenox and Ponce locations. Ponce just expanded to two floors. The Halcyon location is big, beautiful, clean and new — my favorite gym. I wish we lived closer so we could go more often.

This is a great gym! I love this place. I came here from planet fitness and it was like going to gym heaven. Lots of new equipment, lots of space, great vibe! What more could you want?

I’m really disappointed because the same problem persists. It's unbelievable how many "influencers" are constantly recording themselves without any consideration for those around them, or even asking for permission to film people who are just trying to work on their bodies or clear their minds. Despite multiple complaints about this issue, the promises to resolve it are just empty words.

From people filming with wide-angle shots that capture others, to those taking off their shirts for a shirtless shoot—it’s gotten out of hand. Saturdays are the worst, where you can spot groups of up to six people training, accompanied by an entire filming crew that follows them around the gym. If you can even call it a gym at this point—it feels more like a fitness influencer studio.

Oh, and let’s not forget, some of their trainers are the first to set up their tripods and record themselves, so the claim that staff are enforcing the "no tripod" or "no Hollywood sets" policy is just false. It seems the management is being deceived by their own staff, who make them believe they’re enforcing these rules. The situation is only getting worse.

For those who find this kind of environment uncomfortable or undesirable, this is definitely not the gym to go to. It's better to look for another option.

I have given the management staff ample opportunity to communicate, but to no avail. This rating is solely based on their lack of customer service and respect for their clients, ignoring multiple emails and over 15 phone messages to date. DO BETTER.

Not cheap enough to have a bunch of machines that have been broken for months, it amazes me that this place has been open for about a year and it already has equipment in such poor condition. I’ve seen the cleaning team around and it baffles me, questionable cleaning for sure as the dumbbell racks smell like rotten animal and the locker room carpet is always as dirty as it can be. Also, are they saving energy or what? The main area in the second floor can be compared to a sauna.

i only have one complaint about this gym hence the 3 stars (i would do 5 if i could). the “influencers” filming inside. like i don’t want to be in your video or have to step around your tripod. that not only makes me feel uncomfortable, but even my friends who i bring to visit the gym as well!! like come on guys, there should be a rule for NO cameras.

HOWEVER, on the other hand, the gym is CLEAN, the music is GREAT, the machines are well maintained, the bathrooms and sauna are perfect, and even the staff is helpful.

It’s so much better than it used to be, they recently changed up the music where it’s now a pleasant mix and wide variety of genres as appose to the just straight up rap that was always played which had ruined the experience for me initially. They even brought the volume down a notch thankfully.
I’ve now returned back to the gym enjoy my workout🙂!!!

This gym is top-notch! The equipment is always spotless, and the vibe is just awesome. I especially like the spacious upstairs area with tons of natural light – perfect for getting in a solid stretch or cardio session. And if you're craving some outdoor training, they've got you covered. The bathrooms are always clean, and I've never had any issues with the sauna. Plus, the staff here is honest – they actually found and returned my wallet promptly, going out of their way to make sure I got it back. That level of service really sets this place apart. Hands down, the best gym I've ever been to! Special shout to Cade and Sam, thank yall for the wallet.

This is probably one of the best gyms I have been apart of. It has new equipment. Always clean, never insanely crowded where you have to wait for machines. Staff is extremely nice and everyone at this gym is friendly and willing to help you out. Would rate 10 out of 10 if I could.

UPDATE: So I'm glad to say that today the cleaning crew was there again, however the power of the vacuum cleaners was greatly reduced that even without headphones they were not a nuisance, kudos to management for listening!!!! thank you!! ....if you plan on going in the mornings this is not a place for you, in the mornings they have a cleaning crew with extremely loud vacuum cleaners going all around that not even with headphones you can drown out the drone noise from the vacuums, when addressing this with the front desk they said that it's easier for the cleaning crew to come during operating hours and since they are like family to them, they rather sacrifice their customers than to have a cleaning crew inconvenienced, I would prefer a place where they value a paying customer over the cleaning crew.

Beautiful, clean gym. Plan to show yourself around the facilities - staff wasn’t super friendly and no one gave us an introductory tour (I still have no idea about the class offerings). But once I familiarized myself with the layout and equipment it was a great experience.

This is a real gym. The members that work out here are serious about working out. Very clean. Great equipment. Locker room now clean and very nice. They do have a sauna. Their membership is $14 a week. Cancel anytime. You can sign up by downloading their App.

It's clean, spacious, and never too crowded - cannot recommend it enough if you want to make the switch from overcrowded gyms such as Onelife and Crunch. You certainly get what you pay for!

I decided to try out this gym Since I live relatively close to the area. Unfortunately there isn’t really anything that justifies the pricing. To try out the gym I had to pay $99 for two months.

The price is pay per week even if you are not doing classes and only amenity that is different then a lot of other gyms is the sauna.
