All of the instructors are great and provide a unique experience. Shara's flows are always fun & creative, and Nicole's are grounding & spiritual. The owner Angel genuinely cares about everyone who comes through the doors. Highly recommend this studio.

I did unlimited yoga here and here is my experience:
-They now have multiple locations for a very reasonably priced subscription you have access to all (soon to be) three locations
-Talked to the owner and she's very sweet and down to earth
-The teachers treat clients like family and are great at remembering names/faces and are always very sweet to beginners/ people struggling in class. You can tell that they go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable.
-Have the perfect mix of classes including calming and more intense classes
-The lavender towels are amazing at the end of class
-Some teachers read affirmations which I found to be nice
-They have matts specific to hot yoga that you can try there

I felt nothing but welcomed here in my time doing yoga at grit and grace. My class schedule makes it hard to justify having a subscription right now, I will be back. Doing yoga here helped keep my mind ay ease during my most stressful moments. I appreciate the peace that their yoga sessions have given me.
