I moved to Savannah about a year ago and joining the Hub has been the best thing about moving here! While the classes can get a bit crowded, people readily make space for others, and I actually love a packed class because it provides a high energy environment. The owner is amazing at cultivating a welcoming atmosphere and since Ive joined has had so many fun opportunities to give back to the local community. The instructors are all so kind, informative and offer a unique style of teaching. I love the variety of classes and hoe the business has evolved to better accommodate members. I have never felt more strong and confident and I owe so much to the Hub for that. Highly recommend!

I’m unsure of what a previous person was referring to, I found the Hub in great condition, nothing is falling apart and it was very clean. They’ve always been very friendly, and every other studio charges for mat rental, water, etc. Actually other studios I’ve visited have 4-8 hour cancellation policies whereas the Hub only has a 2 hour policy.
As a business owner myself, I have found that instead of giving a bad review to a business, sometimes reaching out and speaking to the manager helps them as well as me.
By the way. I’m 51 with a full time job and kids.

The good:
The classes are a good workout and they have a nice location.

The bad:
Snobby yet kind of a yucky place. Everything is smelly and falling apart but they charge for everything here. For water, for any loaner equipment. Nickle and diming kind of a business.

No directions at all from instructors. They just yell vague directions out over super loud music. If you're looking for training, correction, or guidance you won't find it here.

Insane cancelation policy - have car problems or any kind of emergency? You get to hand them $15 additional dollars for the convenience of being their member. I've never dealt with a cancelation policy like theirs in 15 years of gyms and classes, it is absolutely insane.

0% worth it if ur not a 20-something with a fully open schedule

Count me among the many former regular members who was alienated in recent months by the new ownership. Concerns about scheduling, programming, prices/plans, maintenance, and community were all written off with an attitude that “breaking a few eggs” is needed. I wish the best for this place, but as one of those broken eggs it’s definitely been hard and deeply unfortunate.

I was a member at cycle bar before they closed and I decided to follow all of the spin instructors to The Hub! I’ve been a member now for about 8 months and I love the variety of classes. My favorite class is Hip Hop Happy Hour Spin with Kaitlin! Definitely check them out! I also love having the option to do strength with Nhecoll and Pilates with Juliet!

As a local nail tech, I highly recommend The Hub to all my clients and friends! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Some of my favorite trainers are Kaitlin, Nhecoll, and Mel. Kaitlin is such a vibe—her playlist is 🔥🔥🔥! I always look forward to Nhecoll’s sessions, and Mel is on beast mode in strength/weights. They all challenge you and motivate you to do your best and listen to your body.

The Hub is my happy place!

Earlier this year a very popular spin studio that I was a member of closed. We had a tight knit crew that kept me going and really kickstarted my fitness journey. I was devastated as were other members. Thankfully Kaitlin who was the lead instructor at that studio met Mel and was signed on to be an instructor at The Hub! Many other instructors from the old studio came over as well! I love all my spin instructors-Kaitlin, Kristen, David, Nhecoll and Juliet!

I started off this year thinking okay, I can continue doing spin and be happy. I was very apprehensive about taking other classes. The Hub has given me the opportunity and confidence to try new workouts and better myself. The atmosphere is very inviting and everyone is so friendly and helpful! I love the challenge that Mel provides in her strength classes. I love taking Trio and Barre with Meg! Liv has truly a meaningful yoga practice that brought me to tears!

If you’re looking for a fitness studio that offers a variety of classes with amazing people The Hub is the place to be! If you’re looking for a great class to start with I’ll always say take a Groove Ride with Kaitlin! She keeps the energy going with amazing music and challenging moves.

Hope to see you at The Hub soon!!!

I moved here to Savannah and I wanted to branch out to meet people but when I went into the hub I was immediately met with hostility and the lady at the front desk was very impolite. 10/10 would absolutely NOT recommend these snotty people to literally anyone.

I have been taking classes at the Hub consistently for about two years now. Since Melanie became the new owner the environment has transformed into one of inclusivity; welcoming for everyone. Every class feels supportive, no matter your fitness level. The instructors are encouraging and truly invested in helping you grow.
This place has completely transformed not only my body but also my mindset and mental strength. I leave every session feeling stronger, more confident, and more centered. It’s more than just a workout—it’s a space that uplifts and empowers you. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive, transformative fitness experience!!

My experience with Pilates and cycling in Savannah might be a little different from others since I book through ClassPass instead. I just like having more time slots and studio options without being locked into a 6-month contract. I’ve tried Pilates at The Collective, Otium Studios at Eastern Wharf, and Otium at Drayton Towers. The Hub is hands down my favorite studio in Savannah (and they have free parking!). So far, I’ve booked around 30 classes with them, and my experience is always amazing. My favorite Pilates instructors are Becca Wilson and Liv Austin! The front desk team is super friendly and welcoming, and their customer service overall is awesome. And my progress speaks for itself!! Will definitely keep coming back.

As a member with 265 visits under my belt at this studio I feel confident saying that Melanie is doing a terrible job running what should have been a turn key investment for her. Increasing prices then justifying it with water service, which was quickly rescinded, letting the studio fall into disrepair in terms of broken mirrors, barres, and lamps, and finally eliminating the H60 program, along with hearing constant feedback from past and current work trade angels about her doubling of hourly requirements while also disallowing them from participating in classes during their shift is just unacceptable. I e Ben slowly watching all the regulars I used to live stop showing up. Where the rubber meets the road though is how you treat people when they choose to exit. My email that I wanted to cancel upon renewal was met with an immediate cancellation of my membership irrespective of the fact that I am paid through the month. This is how Melanie feels about long time customers. She's a terrible business owner. I can't wait until she fails and sells it so I can consider returning.

This is the BEST gym in Savannah by far. I started going to the worship Pilates first through Local Church and after one class became a member. I absolutely love all of the instructors! Nhecole is an icon who will have you crying with her motivation in spin! Mel is just truly the sweetest human being in the world and her worship Pilates is my absolute favorite! Juliet rocks too! I love the barre classes! I just love this place in general highly recommend!!!!!!

At first, The Hub seemed like a great , which is why I joined. But when I later had questions about my membership, the experience quickly changed. There’s a clear lack of consistency in staff training, and I was given misinformation more than once.

When I respectfully tried to get clarity in person, I was met with an extremely dismissive and unprofessional response from ownership, basically telling me not to come back or follow up. No willingness to talk, just a slam-bam attitude that was rude and unnecessary.

If you ever have an issue or simply need answers, don’t expect respectful communication. It’s unfortunate, because customers deserve better.

Disappointing experience for a first-time client. I signed up for The Hub’s intro package and was denied entry to a class for being just 3 minutes late. (Of note, this was only my 2nd class). Instead of making an exception for a newbie and respectfully explaining the rules, I was told I’d be charged a $15 fee (by the way it was actually $20)—even though no late policy had ever been communicated! I later learned it was a new rule going into effect THAT DAY, with an email sent only to “members,” not intro clients. How can you enforce a policy that no one knew about? And how can you enforce a policy for intro clients even though only “members” received the email? I guess even though I paid them my money I don’t count as a “member”??

Their own policy states the fee applies to no-shows or cancellations within 6 hours. I showed up for class—I just wasn’t allowed in. In fact, they physically locked the front doors so I couldn’t even come inside the building! The front desk girl poked her head out of the door and told me I’d be charged a late fee all while I was still standing on the dang sidewalk! Even though I expressed that I was unaware of this policy (it wasn’t on the waiver I signed that’s for sure!) and that I was a new client still learning the rules. So unprofessional and a terrible way to retain new clients.

This kind of poor communication and lack of accountability is a red flag, especially for new clients. I won’t be returning to such an unwelcoming environment. Bad vibes all around. Not worth your money!

I attempted to attend the course and arrived at 7:02, but due to limited parking, I didn’t walk into the facility until 7:04. Unfortunately, the two girls at the front desk were rude and dismissive. Rather than kindly explaining the policy or offering any understanding, they coldly turned me away for being just four minutes late.

This was my first time ever trying a class like this. It took a lot of courage for me to even show up, as I’ve been trying to face my insecurities and step out of my comfort zone. I left feeling embarrassed, hurt, and discouraged. I expected a more welcoming environment, especially from a place meant to help people grow.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on how I was treated. A little compassion goes a long way — I hope they consider hiring staff who reflect that.

The energy at The Hub is simply the best— Thanks to Melanie’s consistent guidance and motivational style, I’ve achieved significant results in my body transformation journey. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more confident.

I can’t say enough great things about Hot Pilates, specifically. I’ve been attending her classes since 2021, and from the very first session, I knew I was in for a challenge. The hot environment truly amplifies the experience, pushing you to work harder while promoting flexibility and strength.

Melanie is incredibly tough and strong, with an amazing ability to push you just enough to keep improving without overwhelming you. Plus, every trainer at The Hub is really exceptionally talented, creating a supportive atmosphere that enhances the entire experience.

I hadn't practiced yoga in years, but a friend encouraged me to try out The Hub and I'm so glad I did!
I did an hour ashtanga flow with Nicole as the instructor and it was perfect. She did a great job of leading the flow and guiding students, while still offering space for freedom of movement.
The studio is clean, parking is easy, staff is very welcoming, and the prices are reasonable.

I’ve been coming here for years and love it. It’s a safe place to work out and I love the variety of classes offered. Although I do believe it could be priced a bit lower, I definitely believe the quality is there. Leigh is the best instructor! Both staff and patrons are nice and courteous. Kickboxing kicks my butt each time and that’s what I need! It’s in a great location too. I can always find parking and can hop over to Hiranos for sushi after class. They have also supported my company’s fundraisers in the past to support local non-profits. It’s an all around great local studio! I highly recommend joining!

I love The Hub! Spin classes are challenging but you leave feeling so rewarded. Velyana is my favorite instructor - always amazing music choices, the weights/arms song is my favorite part of her class and she’s so nice and calming while still keeping you motivated! She’s great at making sure you know that it’s okay to not push yourself too far, but that you still need to push yourself. I’m newer to Spin and have to take a couple short breathers and you never feel judged and it’s easy to hop right back in to the rhythm. I’ve only had Leigh and Bonnie (a sub) for other classes and I think it’s really cool that each instructor has an entirely different vibe/style, so you can pick and choose which class works best for your body. Looking forward to trying the other instructors!

The Hub also offers themed spin classes which are fun, especially if it’s a theme you’re super into! It gives you that extra push.

Restorative Yoga is an amazing part of my week and my body always thanks me for it.

The only other class I’ve tried is Kickboxing, which is definitely more cardio than actual kickboxing, but still fun.

Looking forward to trying Barre or something next!

The Hub is very, very small (only 3 rooms) but they make it work. Also, the wellness bar at the front is a nice touch with very tasty options. And even though they aren’t open many hours, they run on the honor system and let you grab something and Venmo them, which is great for later classes!

Alexa is the best instructor the hub has. She’s the reason I get up at 5am to make it to a 6am yoga sculpt class. She pushes you like a coach should, encourages you to drink water and towel off at your own leisure! Her music is the best I’ve ever worked out too.

I love the hot pilates and hot yoga classes at the Hub. I have yet to take a barre class. The teachers and staff are great and the facilities are clean with appreciated extras like providing soap, lotion, and q tips in the bathrooms. Love that they have showers and keep them maintained very well. They really go out lf their way to make you feel heard, seen and part of the community. Lastly, I like that their juice bar with the snacks has opened up again. The only thing I wish they would adjust is the prices. $8 for a small pressed juice seems extreme though after trying a few they are quite tasty!

Went to the Hub for the first time today and interacted with who I believe is the owner, who is incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I first got there, I was offered a special as a new client -- the $20 I paid for the class could be applied to a new member special of $49 if I wanted an unlimited trial. The lady who offered that was great - showed me around, was very welcoming, all the good things. We talked for a few minutes about the offer, and she was very clear in her explanation. After the class, I approached an annoyed looking older, gray shorthaired woman and said I'd like to take up that offer. She was so unprofessional and rude, at one point telling me I clearly misunderstood, they would never offer that, and so on. I've rarely had someone be so condescending about something so benign as a pilates class. If the first woman offered that special in mistake, at least act like you are hearing me. Instead, I was told I was wrong and that she would not honor what the other employee told me. She's also shortsighted; she clung to that 20 dollar fee when I was trying to give her more money to be a member. Screw that. I'll never come back. Such terrible customer service, as others have pointed out in their reviews. Avoid this place. If it's run by someone like that, you're better off on your own.

I really like working out here and I hadn't worked out in a couple years when I started. I tried the 21 day intro deal and I was hooked. It was intense. They have hot yoga, hot pilates, yoga sculpt, Barre, body blasts, HIIT with weights, cycling and more. The instructors are very observant, personable and good educators. I didn't feel pressured to become a rock star in a week, but you're given variations if you want to push yourself more. When I workout here, I feel great. I've gone in with migraines before and these classes reduce the time I have one. It really helps with anxiety, fatigue and feeling low. I definitely pay attention to my breathing and posture a lot more now. When I come out of class it feels like a weight is lifted. Sometimes I go 3-4 days in a row and other weeks I just go once. It's a good place to set your own pace while still getting in a killer workout. No one is pressuring you to show up. If I have an issue with my membership I just email them and they resolve it no problem. I love how easy it is to just slip in and out of here if I'm in a bad mood or how friendly people are if I'm looking to talk. I'm definitely sticking to this one for the long haul. While I'm still doing more chunky dunkin' than skinny dippin', I can see and feel the difference in my body from three months ago and I'm happy with that. No one is going to "sell" you this gym experience, showing up is the hardest part.

I've been a member of The Hub since I moved here in May. I attend the H60 and yoga flow classes several times a week. I've really enjoyed being a member here. The instructors are all excellent, and the students are very friendly. One thing I really appreciate about this studio is that there is much more diversity in terms of gender, age, and race than most studios. The class times can be a little weird ( I would love a Saturday afternoon yoga class), but they work well for my 9-5 work schedule.

Recently, I moved to Savannah and visited the Hub to inquire about the classes and membership pricing. It was very apparent that the management was not interested in me joining the gym. I was looking to join a high-quality and high caliber gym. The Hub left a horrible first impression.

1- When I arrived to the gym, I was not greeted or acknowledged, and had to interrupt the chatter amongst the employees.

2- When the juice bar/front desk clerk finally acknowledged me. She told me that the manager was teacher a class. She didn’t offer to take my information and pass it along. When the manager finished the class, the juice bar/front desk clerk did not inform the manager that I was waiting. I had to go into the studio to find the manager.

3- When I finally did get the opportunity to speak to the manager, she did not address my specific questions or concerns. Instead, she told me that everything is online and that I should look there. The questions that I asked were not addressed online and I told her this. She said that she would need to look up the information which is fine. She was not willing to even look up the information that I asked.

It is very apparent and obvious that the Hub is not interested in my membership. I found everyone to be abrasive.
