The stretch was great! I got a very helpful assessment that my trainer can utilize to adjust my program & I'll continue to patronize this business because it's crucial to my range and ease of motion. We were able to pinpoint areas I didn't even know were tight or misaligned. I felt blood flow to my extremities improve during the session.

I went to my complimentary stretch with Genevieve and it was amazing. She was very informative, took her time and explained every step of what we were doing. I just had my first session here & I really enjoyed it! I was having a rough day & the experience really helped me in multiple ways. I left feeling much lighter! Elena was such a sweetheart & she helped me relieve years of tension in just the hour session. I definitely look forward to coming back more regularly!
