I am new to Yoga and trying to make it a daily practice. The owner/instructor was very welcoming. She was more my vibe than some other “influencer” like yoga studios. It’s all about trying new things and pushing your body even if it feels/looks weird. There are no large mirror walls so that you focus on how you feel rather than how you look BUT the place is still very aesthetically pleasing with the “hive” theme, super cute.
I do not live in the area so I can’t frequent as much as I would like but I will definitely drop in anytime I’m on that side of town.

Did some baby and me classes here! Loved it! Jasmine was so awesome. Beautiful space. Great instructions with modifications that gave an open and accepting environment. So nice to see baby and me yoga classes because they are not abundant.
Will take her class again in the next series.

Having been a regular student now for more than two years, I can confidently say that The Yoga Hive is a well run, beautiful studio with interested, consistent, excellent teachers. There is real care to address the needs of beginners. And there are more challenging classes available as well. More than that The Yoga Hive is a diverse community of happy people.

My husband and I both attend classes at the yoga Hive. We were talking about how lucky we were to find such a warm welcoming place to practice our yoga. Love the relaxed atmosphere, no competition, just come, enjoy and do you.

I booked this studio for the first time through class pass. I arrived 8 minutes late due to being pulled over on my way to the studio. When I arrived the door was locked, and there was a sign asking late comers not to knock. I waited to see if the instructor would notice me, waving my hands, etc.I called the phone number. They don't answer their phone, it's messages only. I eventually knocked on the door. Finally she sees me...and gives me a brief nod then nothing. Now, I understand that it's not polite to be late. I understand that we don't want to interrupt the flow. But when I stayed until the class was over to express that I felt that it was unkind of her to ignore me and that the fact that late comers are not allowed in is not readily available information, my complaints were essentially dismissed because it's policy. My intent of this review is not really to disparage the instructor, but to plead with the business itself to reconsider this policy and to warn other visitors that may be arriving late for an unexpected reason. I understand that we don't want to interrupt the flow and that "we must be considerate of others." In a perfect world no one would ever be late...unfortunately in the real world people are late for all sorts of reasons and a little grace would be much appreciated.

Rebecca (the owner) has the most amazing way of teaching yoga in an inspiring and approachable way. Her voice and always timely stories and quotes calm me so much that I still choose to take virtual classes at the hive even though I moved away from Atlanta 4 years ago. Every class at the hive is taught by an amazing teacher with a beautiful perspective and gift! You won't regret practicing here!

I am a long-time fan of Rebecca’s, and she has created an amazing community at The Yoga Hive. Every class I’ve taken has been excellent, and the studio is a beautiful and relaxing space. The Hive hosts all kinds of workshops and yoga-related field trips, and Rebecca leads yoga retreats. I went on one of her retreats in the North Georgia mountains this past fall, and it was such a great experience!

I have never felt more welcomed in a space. Often times in yoga studios I feel like they move so fast it’s easy to get lost. This studio meets you wherever you are in your skill set. The teachers are all so welcoming and the atmosphere is beautiful! My favorite teacher is Rebecca! She has a wonderful way of blending life lessons into her teachings. Love this studio

I’m so glad to have found the Yoga Hive. The staff are experienced instructors and well-trained professionals. They make me feel like part of a family. I’ve never felt judged by the more advanced and more flexible yogis. Even the advanced poses are made accessible to all. It’s a lovely decorated studio with a Sonos sound system. Competitive pricing and COVID conscious safety protocols. All staff are CPR & AED certified with an Automated External Defibrillator on site.

I am not a yoga person but when I took a class at Yoga Hive, I was surprised how relaxed I was after the class and felt great. The instructor was AWSOME, since I am not experienced , her instructions were very easy to follow and it was mix of experienced and non experienced people in the class so I did not feel intimidated by it. Great atmosphere, clean and great teachers. LOVE IT. If you are like me come and surprise yourself but if you are experienced yoga person , come for great atmosphere , meet great people and have fun. 🙏 Namaste 🌼🌼🌼🌼🌼

The will discriminate based on vaccination status and turn you away after having you drive to the studio. Very inconvenient.

This lovely studio is unpretentious and welcoming, with the most knowledgeable teachers I've yet to come across. Rebecca's Saturday morning class has become the highlight of my week. Her classes facilitate self-awareness through breath and movement while emphasizing kindness and compassion with ourselves and others. The Yoga Hive is a place in which I feel comfortable, supported, loved, and empowered. I can't imagine a better place to practice and I am better because of it.

The Yoga Hive is transformative! Rebecca’s ability to weave inspiration and spiritual guidance, as we move and extend in her Wednesday 6:00pm flow/restore class is the perfect mid week remedy. Don’t miss!

The Yoga Hive at Toco Hills teaches yoga classes for every age and body type. You'll feel welcomed and included in the rhythm of the classes. The teachers have remarkable skills and knowledge, and you'll always be comfortable and within your limits. There is a mix of class themes; some more physically difficult, some more geared toward the inner workings of connective tissue and breathing.
Yoga is a remarkable personal and public health resource. It has a 2000-year success streak. I came to yoga as a former US Army officer with plenty of wear and tear. I didn't fully appreciate yoga's subtleties until I'd practiced for some time, but immediately felt better in the muscles and nervous system.
I'm very glad I practice here.

I’ve only been to a few classes so far, but already several instructors remember my name and make me feel very at home. The classes are a perfect balance of a challenging workout and meditation. I hope to continue coming here for a long time!

I LOVE The Yoga Hive! Lori & Rebecca’s philosophy of yoga for everyBODY really encourages you to be in tune with your own body and with what you are able to do in any given class. For any given pose, variations are offered which allow you to challenge yourself or if you’re not feeling like a challenge and/or just need/want a more restful practice, that is completely encouraged as well (“there is always child’s pose”). Beyond the physical practice of poses, the teachers weave into their instruction mini-meditations on life, living, and being with ourselves and others.
Lori is the yoga teacher who I have returned to over and over again for 15 years, and I have practiced with Rebecca when she was teaching at another studio in Atlanta. I love what they have co-created with The Yoga Hive, which feels like home, community, and a caring and encouraging space. And did I mention that the space is beautiful?!? 😍
Come practice with us!

Covid safe space!! High ceilings, good ventilation, mats are spaced out and there are rules about masks until class starts. The Yoga Hive has really done and excellent job of making the studio feel extra safe during this crazy time. Lori and Rebecca are amazing teachers, and they have created a range of classes that are inclusive of all levels. I also love how the main philosophy behind this studio is teaching yoga as a true spiritual practice. Yes, you will get the physical benefits from stretching and exercise, but the real goal is to calm the mind and reap all of the many health and mental benefits of quieting the mind and moving the body in a way that releases anxiety and negative energy. I always feel like a completely different person when the session is over! Everything I was previously worried about just washes away. . .and my stiff back feels better as a bonus!!

I am a 40 something year old man who has been taking the restorative class for bad backs for over a month now. I have noticed improved range of motion, less pain in my back and hips, and I have been sleeping better. Rebecca and Lori are great and they make everyone feel welcome, even guys who have trouble getting in the beginner possess! I have even talked a few friends into trying it out and they have bought class packs because they too saw the benefits.

What a great new yoga studio! As a relative newbie, I really appreciate the low-key attitude; no pressure if I don’t know all (or many of) the poses. Perfect place to instill peace during this stressful time, and work on my balance - physical and mental.
