Great gym for someone who wants to train and not deal with the BS of the large chain clubs. Plenty of free wts, machines, dbs and cardio. Nice mix of young and old, fit and not so fit. And your shirt doesn't have to match your shorts.

Equipment looks nice and it’s not busy but it’s about impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone and in person to get a membership. I gave up and went somewhere else

This gym is like the gyms I went to when I first started lifting. It has everything needed to get in some serious training. Everything is well maintained and clean. There wasn’t a machine or piece of equipment I needed that was not available. I saw zero tripods or amateur influencers hogging machines and benches. No groups of roaming teens texting on machines. Everyone there was serious about their training. Unlike a lot of smaller chains, the owner was present and clearly took pride in his gym. This is definitely our new gym home.

Ending membership here is quite the chore and I’m not under contract. I’ve called so many times and they are rarely attending the phone. The 2 times I got someone on the phone they said I they’d text me a form and email me a form. Never happened. Now living in talking rock ga it’s a 50 minute drive for me. I hate to have to drive over but I refuse to be charged again for a service I am not receiving.

Have been going here for a while but decided to cancel my membership, called to do so and the lady sounds very passive aggressive with her responses. I told her any time I have gone in to cancel nobody has been there working and she said I am the owner I would know the hours people work. An even better reason to cancel the membership. was going to cancel because I just don’t go anymore but now it’s because of the ignorance of the owner.

I’ve been going for quite some time. I’m not much of a talker and I like being left alone most times but when the staff talk to me it’s always pleasant and I’ll get some advice in training. Never had an issue with anyone. People are nice. Wonderful gym none of that planet fitness bull.

Forgot my gym key and the worker was able to check me in from their computer. Needed to run 6 miles today and the worker was super helpful in helping me check in! Definitely the best gym I’ve ever been a member to.

Dirty gym, TV’s don’t work (even though they said they would repair) Workout equipment is old and rusty. I would not recommend this gym.
