Update: no longer is there a rack on the turf. So you have 2 squat racks and 1 deadlift platform. The temperature control is still out of hand. In the summer I had to bring sweats and a sweatshirt bc it is so cold. Now that temperature is dropping it is a SAUNA. You have to literally wear so many layers so you are warm outside but not passing out inside. I would rather have a gym without AC or heat. Which I have and it is 1000000x better. I shouldn't have to bring a bag to store my change of clothes in bc the temperature is wack.

Pros: 24-hour access, which is great, bathrooms are clean, lots of cardio equipment/DB/machines so even when it is busy you can figure out something to do, front desk staff is always welcoming

Cons: only 2 squat racks + a "rack" on the turf, lots of ppl filming themselves, temperature is never consistent and the staff doesn't have access to change it so one day it can be cold enough to do a full workout in a sweatshirt without sweating and the next day it will be uncomfortably hot where you wanna pass out if you try and get your HR up, staff doesn't have access to change TV channels so if you wanna watch a sporting event, etc while at gym good luck, equipment is more for asthetics vs functional strength

It's one of the only gyms in the area, so it's good enough comparatively. I gave the 3 stars for the reasons above. I will give props for the investment in the mobile app check in/access upgrade. I always had issues using my scan card so I have been pleased with that upgrade.

Good luck canceling your membership. We canceled on August 10th. We followed the guidelines for canceling. They continued to charge for the month after. This has been a nightmare!! I was on the account with my boyfriend and now they are hounding me for late fees!! I hate that we even went to that place!!! Beware!!

Great facility with great equipment. This is a true lifting gym, there are some locations to do Olympic style lifts but if that's your main thing then it may not be for you. Staff is friendly, owners are attentive to the facilities and members, and the trainers are great. If you're looking for a great gym in the Smyrna area you should check out this gym.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way this gym handles memberships and cancellations. I clearly informed them that I wanted to cancel my membership, but instead of processing my request properly, they continued billing me and eventually sent my account to a debt collector. I’ve been coming to this gym for close to three years now, both as a guest and a member.

They’ve cleaned it up and made it a great gym. However, don’t forget your headphones. Why? Because in an hour and a half workout, I’ve heard the same songs two or three times. Something could be done about this I think, but I really don’t know why it hasn’t.

I love this place and don’t mind the cost, but holy smokes it drives me nuts if I forget my headphones.

No complaints about the facility or equipment but this gym has the most predatory contracts I've ever seen. Canceled two months ago and since I have been charged 2 months of membership and now the yearly fee for having a membership that I canceled in person 2 months ago. There are just better options available that don't do this. I gave the gym a chance after reading other reviews stating similar problems and I regret that I did so.

Titanz is hands down the best gym I have ever belonged to. The equipment is great, everything is always clean, and I have never had any issues finding an open space to work out in. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help with any questions you might have. Every member that I have interacted with has been very kind, and the gym feels like a place where everyone knows everyone. Titanz is a serious lifting gym, so if you are looking for an environment to better yourself around like-minded people, this is the place in Smyrna to go. At the risk of oversharing, I sometimes have difficulties making friends, and I feel like I have actually made friends at Titanz, so that is an added benefit. 100% recommend.

Still no sauna (male) after 3 months. I have another gym I use but this gym was appealing because it’s closer and well used to be the sauna.

So because I normally don’t do the SM thing unless it’s warranted, hopefully you see this Titanz…my review was no way equivalent to what you stated as the sauna is a component of the gym, if a part is back-ordered as you stated maybe post that on the sauna itself versus “out of order”. The funny part is the guarantee the part isn’t back-ordered in fact please give me the part number and I’ll find it asap. This isn’t the Covid days where there were supply chain issues and a sauna is pretty simple to fix by the way. I mean you didn’t have an issue taking your “annual maintenance fee” right?

Update: I did not receive a single of the “multiple attempts of contact” you are referring to. Judging my personal responsibility due to a human mistake, is very bold of the management team to say. It talks exactly to my point that is anything BUT helpful. Two things for members to consider: 1) The high ratings on this gym are mainly because they give gifts to people that rate it 5 stars. 2) If you wish to cancel your membership for any particular reason, you need to come in person at their staffed hours.

I used to love this place because of the proximity to my house. Today was my second interaction in almost a year with the staff and I was very unpleased with the helpfulness. I am a professional that changed my credit card and forgot to update my payment method… They honestly treated me like I was a poor, irresponsible person when all there was is a misunderstanding. I’ve been at this gym for almost a year now and have had a mostly positive experience. I personally love private gyms and this one has equipment you won’t find at bigger commercial gyms. They are 24/7, have a sauna, and it’s close to my home. The gym is a lil old and could use some updates. I’ve noticed the roof leaking in certain places but it’s not a huge ongoing issue. Issues in the gym are usually resolved quickly Staff and owner are nice and overall, the gym is kept clean.

Recently, there have been a some changes I’m not too fond of. There is a back room that was an open space with some equipment and room to work out. I loved it because it was separate from the rest of the gym and they moved all the equipment out. I originally thought it would be for classes or training or something but they closed the space off to employees only and placed a locked door on it. The owner trains dogs and I’ve seen a dog kennel in there now. Not sure what the space is being repurposed for and if it’s a permanent change but I’m sad we no longer have access. The equipment that was there has been moved to the main part of the gym making it a little more cramped.

If you're an Active&Fit member, the staff have stated that they aren't accepting new Active&Fit members, even though they are still actively participating in the program. This is a breach of contract, as per what the Active&Fit customer service representative has told me. I'm sure the facility itself is great, but it's really disappointing when gyms don't follow policies for programs they're participating in. Do better. I will change my review once this issue gets resolved. For the time being, do not waste your time coming here if you are an Active&Fit member.

I can’t think of anything negative. They have equipment in here that I’ve only seen on the internet before. Everyone is very professional and the other people working out are just into fitness, very considerate, etc. I’ve been looking for this place for some time.

Update: I've been coming here for a few months now and I still love it here. I think I should mention it because it's something a lot of people are concerned about. You may see someone occasionally recording themselves BUT they're EXTREMELY respectful of your space while doing so, I left another gym bc members were clearly trying to use the gym as a studio for their big discovery and it was not only annoying but a huge violation of privacy. That doesn't happen here. It's a huge difference when people respect each other and props to the owners for making sure that respect is the dominating culture in here.

Terrible Experience at this Gym

I had a truly awful experience with this gym. They initially lured me in by promising a membership without any cancellation fees, only to pull a complete 180 when I tried to cancel. To my shock, they attempted to charge me a whopping $350 for cancellation! I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. The complete lack of consideration from the customer service and owner is a real disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a gym that actually values its members.

It is evident that the person responding here may not fully understand the principles of good customer service, which underscores my concern about this company's commitment to its members. When I initially signed up, it was for a month-to-month service. However, the individual who signed me up miscommunicated this detail. During a recent recorded conversation with your payment service company, I was informed of an amount different from what your company presented, which seemed unreasonably high. This discrepancy raises concerns of misconduct on your end and highlights a deficiency in your customer service.

I'd like to clarify that I did not attempt to engage in theft. I made multiple attempts to cancel my membership in advance, and I reached out to the gym several times with the same intent. Furthermore, I made multiple calls in an effort to address this issue fairly, as it was clear that an error had been made on your part. These conversations are all on recorded lines, and they demonstrate discrepancies between the amount communicated by your payment service company and the amount presented by your company. This raises doubts about the effectiveness of your internal processes and suggests that your business practices may not be entirely sound.

I understand that businesses may face challenges, and quotas may go unmet, but it is crucial not to resort to unnecessary overcharging. A successful business should prioritize serving its customers rather than exploiting them.

In light of these concerns, I have left a personal review and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau due to issues related to business practices and poor customer service.

I'm very glad I signed up with Crunch. I saw how unsafe this place was when I suffered a head injury due to a 25lb titan multi-grip bar falling on my head. No one on staff bothered with an incident report, leaving me with a mild concussion. Given the circumstances, I wasn't even able to break my contract early and waive the fee. They got their paperwork straight there! I am not going to miss the inadequate parking. On weeknights, the way people "improvise" spaces would make you think there was a warehouse rave nearby. It's well equipped, but you can do better and safer.

TLDR: fantastic gym, but becoming so popular there are a couple inconveniences.

Long version: The gym is super high quality and open 24/7 which is fantastic. They have been working on getting new Italian Panatta machines and you can tell the quality is top-notch. The sauna and bathrooms are very well-kept, and on top of all that the monthly membership price is very competitive. However, because it's so great the word has gotten out which is a good thing for business, but introduced some small inconveniences.

We've found it's usually very busy (at least when we're there) and there is a wait for the main racks and machines (we often refer to the shoulder fly as 'the machine which shall not be named' because as soon as we say it, someone takes it). The other issue we have is with parking - the lot usually fills up and then you have to park in the gravel which isn't the end of the world, but there is a large dip in the gravel from rainwater washing a trench. Would love to see that filled in as it continues to deepen every time it rains.

Hands down the BEST gym in the area. I am fortunate enough to have a gym membership through my medical insurance. This affords me the opportunity to pay one price, but have access to a number of gyms. It’s honestly the best gym membership out there. As such, I have worked out at LA FITNESS, planet fitness,m and Snap Fitness in the area. Titanz trumps all of these. Snap in Vinnjngs would be a close second.

What makes this the best gym?
1. It’s open 24/7.
2. It’s the cleanest gym.
3. They have machines that you will not find at the competitor gyms.
4. The members are awesome( friendly and supportive)

6. They rarely have machines that are out of order. If they do m, the my will not be out of order forever.
7. The playlist the have going is always on point! I often feel like I don’t even need my own music.

I have been working out at this gym pretty consistently lately. It is a gym for people that are serous about working out. I am not saying that you should not try this gym if you are new to working out. I actually feel like it’s a good place to work out when you are new to working out as the members will motivate you to push yourself a little harder for the results you want. I am the kind of person that enjoys working out around people that look better than me. When I am doing a set and I glacé over and see bulging biceps or 6 pack abs I am encouraged to do some additional reps!!

If you want to be severely disappointed at every turn, go ahead and stop in at this gym. The owners enjoy gossiping about members and lack professionalism. Respect is not a common practice at this gym and the cliquey environment causes friction between members. They also love to provide PEDs at an alarming rate to their athletes. Multiple people I know personally have left for fear of losing their mental sanity over being used and abused by that environment.

This is by far my favorite spot I’ve found in metro atlanta to lift. They have all the equipment you’re looking for plus some including saunas, db, press equipment with a few unique machine. There is turf with kettlebells and full racks with serval places for barbell training.

The most attractive part is the gym culture. With helpful staff, a clean environment, and a not so overcrowded feel like other gyms: Titanz stands apart. They also have 24 hours access for members with reasonable monthly and 12 month commitments.

I switched to Titanz over 5 months ago and I could not be more satisfied with the change. Aside from the 24/7 convenience, it is a serious gym for folks who are focused on training and not selfies. That staff is friendly and the they do a fantastic job keeping it clean. The ladies facilities is spotless. I do strength, HIIT and some crossfit and always find the equipment I need and/or want. Great variety for those serious about fitness.
