This is the best gym to work out at it offers a separate side for women to be able to work out in private and in comfort I love this gym. I love the sauna. There are so many different things that you can do at this gym 🤗🤗 I love that his wife takes the time to make sure that the woman side is comfortable, beautiful, decorated and comfy thank you so much.

Unsanitary. Carpet in the locker room, infested with bed bugs. Steroid use very prevalent and openly discussed. Not a place for your teenage kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not for asian Gym, people at the counter are all blonde and are very selective who they greet and a bit racist, if your asian they literally look down as if they dont see you. So i dnt recommend this gym to asian.

Traveled to Albany for a couple of days and wanted to find a place to train. This place is a hidden gem. If you’re a gym equipment nerd and like old school pieces you have to check this place out. They have everything from Icarian, Flex, HammerStrength, Precor and the old Nautilus chain driven machines. Had a great workout and in awe of some of the equipment they had.

Traveling through Albany and needed to get a workout in. Discovered this gem of a gym. All the equipment you would need, and more. 80s vibes with the blue and pink neon lights. Old school body building posters and pictures everywhere. The interior is a little dated but in my opinion I think it adds character. Better than the corporate chain gyms.
Awesome locker room and sauna. I wish this gym was in my home town. Great experience.

I’ve been going to Tony’s since (1992)..I love and enjoy Tony’s gym vibes‼️ Great staff, equipment, and people..Just need to renovate and update the men’s bathrooms, showers, and locker room areas.That’s minor stuff..Tony was a bodybuilder and still works out to this day.. His gym is truly legendary and iconic in Albany, Georgia..I’m proud to call it my home gym.. I’ve been working out there for over 30 years..

Tried a few gyms, this place is all around great, the people are great, and the gym is great.

So far I've seen the best progress and had the best time at this gym.
And for those with gym anxiety, I can't speak for you, but I can confidently tell you not worry, the people here are supportive and are usually just minding their business and doing their own thing.

First went there on a guest pass with my wife with no intention of joining. I have memberships at several other gyms in town. I ended up joining for the year. They have way more equipment than any of the other gyms in the area. Never have to wait on a piece of equipment for whatever you're working on that particular day. There's always another machine or plenty of free weights. Dry sauna is great but sometimes breaks down. Wish they fixed the wet sauna. All in all, the best gym in the area.

Gym is clean and organized. Staffs are generally friendly and also the gym-goers. There are sanitizing stuff for equipment almost everywhere(which is important to me!). The only thing is that some if not most of the equipments are old, though maybe it adds to the authenticity of the place.

Wouldn't allow me to use the guest pass because I was from Florida. You have to be a resident of Albany,GA to use the guest pass. So if you are visiting from out-of town for holidays you be out of luck🤨

Cool gym in Albany for athletes and people who love to train with free weights! There is a women side for women who want more privacy! They have a schedule of many classes for members to choose from. They also offer personal training and nutritional advice. I love their shakes! The Elvis is my go to burner protein shake. There's cardio machines, free weights, cable/ resistance machines and if you're not sure how to use them an employee will show you.

I really hope they don't get rid of free weights! I love coming here and doing squats, bench presses, and deadlifts with barbells and dumbbells.

The Tony's Gym facility is a great location that does take part in good customer service. The workout equipment available is endless for all forms of exercise needs. The attitude is great and gets a 4 star for the equipments age but all still in great working condition.

I've yet to find a gym that's as great as Tony's. The atmosphere is great, the staff is GREAT, plenty of choices of machines and multiple free weight areas. It's always easy to find something to work out on, no matter how busy it is. It's not an "intimidating" gym. The people that work out there are courteous, and they are usually minding their own work outs. I like to think of it as a judgement free gym-everyone is there with the same common goal. And to top it all off, they have a beverage bar, so you can get a pre-work out, and a protein shake after!!
