I enjoy going to Tina and Total Definition Fitness. I just came out of a rough, stressful year and my body took a toll. I like the workouts and the meal plans! I love that the meals are not the same every week and there is a lot of variety. I am still working on my goals! I know everyone loves to see the numbers on the scale go down and it’s easy to get discouraged if you are not losing the weight quick enough. Tina is there to help with that discouragement. She is there to answer any questions and tweak meal plans as needed!

Starting with Tina was the best thing I've ever done for myself. The meal plans are easy to go by and I've found many new foods that I actually love to eat. They have taught me a new way to eat. I am an active 50 year old male. My goal was to cut weight (get leaner) and have some help figuring out the best meal plans for me at my age and activity level. Tina has helped me cut 20lbs in 9 weeks. Her meal plans have been great with no drastic changes in food and with plenty of variety. Her meal planning has helped me with not only what to eat but when to eat certain macro nutrients during the day. Very happy with the results achieved through the combination meal planning and focused training sessions!

I’ve just recently started TDF, I’m in my early fifties, and very overweight, and completely out of shape in all aspects. I just didn’t want to go to the regular gym, not knowing where to start, or what equipment I needed to workout on, I also needed a nutritional food plan that would work for me. Thank God I found Tina, I met with her, discussed my issues, my weight, and where I needed to get to be healthy, and do things I’d like to do without being so tired, and out of breath. Tina gave me my own food plan, and menu, and I go workout with her 3 times a week to start. Tina’s very patient with me, she knows what training will work good on burning fat in the areas of more weight. I’ve got so much confidence in her to get this weight off of me, that we signed my teen son up, who also needs to loose weight, and weight train to burn fat, he’s also on a nutrition meal plan that Tina has planed out for him. Her workouts are never boring, and she encourages you though the whole workout. Tina has plans to choose from, which will work for anyone. I have a long way to go to get to my goal, but I’m confident Tina is going to get me there with her workouts for me, and with her nutrition plan she does for me. My son is extremely happy too that he’s found a place where he can go to workout, and have Tina help him reach his weight goal to feel better, and be healthy! He enjoys the weight training, and looks forward to going. Tina is absolutely a wonderful trainer, she’s patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Anyone interested in a real trainer, a great gym, and getting healthy needs to go check her out! You’ll not regret it, she’s absolutely the best!!

Tina at Total Definition Fitness is amazing!! I look forward to my visits there every single week. Tina is very knowledgeable about the fitness side of it as well as the nutrition side. She will develop a plan that is just right for you and what you need. I have been a physically active person my whole life and have done various activities ranging from playing tennis, softball, basketball to running 5Ks, 10Ks, and half marathons and I have to say that working out with Tina has been one of the most rewarding and satisfying. TDF is God-sent! This review is for all, but more specifically postpartum mommies that are having difficulty losing weight or just finding a better sense of well-being in a new body. I am a previous TDF client, however my resent experience is completely different as I signed on for the back to school challenge. The challenge includes in-person training, meal plan and cleanse products. All these pieces work together to target fat loss. I began the challenge well overweight at 200 pounds which was a weight I was extremely uncomfortable at and struggling to move away from due to life as a new mom. Tina gave me all the support and tools I needed to change that and in 30 days I completed the challenge almost 14 pounds lighter. I now fit into my pre-pregnancy clothing. I feel better. I can better support my family when I’m at my best and I appreciate TDF for helping me be my best self time and time again!

Tina Davis takes her business seriously and when you are a client that means she takes you seriously. She has obtained many accomplishments from her nutritional education to being one of the top 5 people in the country in wellness competitions. That combined with being in business for 10 years in her own custom facility is a one two punch I benefitted from immediately.

She customized my workouts based on my age, physical condition and pre-existing injuries. Tina keeps me safe and has been guiding my health. In 3 1/2 months I was down 45 lbs.

The inches off of me moved faster then the scale and I have dropped 10 inches off my waist alone.

Tina is quick to adapt your eating or workout protocol if you communicate with her. She is available even outside of the gym. I needed accountability, inspiration and nutritional guidance I got all three in one place and That is Total Definition Fitness.

She can even help remotely if you are on business and away. These days you get what you pay for. That being said I got so much more in a safe fun environment. If I had one knock it would be her music selection. But get this if you want to play your music go for it. Tina Davis at Total Definition Fitness has state of the art equipments that work. How many time do you go to a private facility to see great equipment that is broken. Not her place. Her equipment is maintained. The facility is clean and comfortable. Just be very afraid of that stair master lol.

I have been into fitness heavily since my late 20s. However, after age 50 not only did my energy decline, but my ability to keep doing what worked to keep me slim stopped. So I needed a change.

Tina was referred to me as the “best in the business” and it’s true.

If one follows her nutrition plan and does the workouts, results will appear. She is a firm yet caring trainer. The gym is almost like a little family of all genders, shapes, ages and sizes but we blend harmoniously. 👍 I am in a challenge at present and it’s a wholistic approach, mind, body and soul... it’s absolutely inspiring and is helping me change how I view my body!!!

I was 6 weeks post partum of my third child and wearing size 10 clothes when I started my fitness journey with Total Definition Fitness. Tina Davis asked what my goal was and I said I want to fit my wedding dress again which is a size 0/2! She told me that with 6 months with her I could accomplish it. That day was September 10th 2018. On February 4th, 2019 I fit again my wedding dress again!!!!!!!!! 5 months after! It is real!!!!!! If you need real results you NEED a professional!!!! Tina has been a tremendous help! She showed me how to eat right, good food not just salads! Meals that will fill me up and give me the energy I need! The workouts are fantastic, Tina is a great trainer, the gym is very well equipped and her clients are the nicest people, just like her, they will encourage me everytime I was struggling finishing a series of exercises, they are the best people, very supportive to each other. Also I want to add that the supplements Tina recommends are amazing, now I have a Spark drink in the morning instead of coffee and it has been great! The whey protein shake is delicious and helped me to control my appetite and the Catalyst supplement helps me to not feel sore after workouts which I feared because it had always happened to me and the Probiotics had help me to regulate my digestive system. So overall I will definitely recommend this place and Tina Davis if you want real results, feel amazing, energetic and strong.

I started going to Tina this month, Jan. 2019. I am doing the 6 week challenge. I must say I love it. The workout is hard but Tina and really everyone else is so encouraging. I workout with my daughter, son-in-law, and his mom and dad and that is a treat also. In just one week my waist dropped 2 inches. I am seeing such a difference and I feel GREAT. I suggest the challenge to everybody. She gives you a food plan and you really do eat. The first day I told Tina I was struggling to finish my lunch but once the fat started burning I was able to eat everything on the plan each week. :) Oh and TDF is for ALL ages. My daughter is 24 and I am 53. Tina designs your workout to fit your needs (and ailments) which is another thing I absolutely love. She will sit down with you before you start to see what you want to accomplish and to learn about any issues you may have. So...what are you waiting for? :)

I came to Tina at Total Definition Fitness almost 4 years ago and it changed my life. I had never been in a gym before because I was intimidated about not knowing how to use machines, weights, had no kind of a program to follow and was nervous to be judged by people who knew what they were doing. Tina made me so comfortable getting started and was so thorough about explaining how to do each exercise. I particularly enjoyed the atmosphere in the gym. Everyone was so encouraging and I never felt out of place or judged for not knowing how to do something.
Not only does Total Definition offer training, Tina also has multiple degrees in nutrition and has helped me clean up my eating habits. It really made such a difference in my fitness routine and I once I had the guidance from the nutritional aspect- I really began to see results.

I have been working out at Total Definition and Fitness for a couple years now. Last January I decided to commit to my first transformation challenge for 3 months. I told Tina what my goals were and she helped me develop a nutritional plan as well as a workout regiment with her and some I could do on my own time to achieve those goals in that time frame.
