The space is modern, clean and well designed. There are always machines available and plenty of space to spread out. It never feels crowded and the gym is always easily accessible by the app. Conveniently located in a great neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Training Collective is a great gym! Frannie is an outstanding personal trainer and I would have never left TC/Frannie if I hadn't moved out of the area. She makes the training experience fun while ensuring you receive a good workout catered to your goals. Cannot recommend Frannie enough!

One thing about me is that whether I’m traveling for work or leisure, I always make it a point to find the best local gyms. And I think I’ve found it with Training Collective in Inman Park.
I was in town from NYC for a few days and picked up the $25 one-week pass. The facility is open 5 AM – 10 PM. Really well stocked for all levels of lifters and trainers. Great to see Rogue plates and equipment throughout, with plenty of space to move around whether you’re hitting big lifts or accessory work. The locker room setup is also great- options both big and small, and everything is very well kept.
If I lived in Atlanta, I’d be a permanent member in a heartbeat.

I did the week trial here, and while the gym might be a great fit for some people, I personally couldn’t justify the cost. For the price, it lacks many amenities—no showers, no sauna, and not a wide variety of standard machines you’d expect at this membership level.
They only have three power racks, which double as benches. The first couple of times I came (around 6 PM), it was relatively empty and I didn’t have to wait, so I thought maybe the cost made sense. But when I tried coming at 6 AM, I ended up waiting about 30 minutes just to squat because the racks were being used for benching. That really cuts into your workout when you’re on a time crunch before work.
On the positive side, the location is convenient and the equipment they do have is good quality. I’d definitely recommend doing the trial to see if the gym fits your schedule and needs. But for me, it’s hard to pay this much when you have to wait for key equipment and don’t get any extra amenities in return.

I'm editing my review (from 5* to 2*) after being a member for a month:
This gym is like if a holiday inn express fitness center tried to be a crossfit gym (no shade towards HIE). There is never any staff available, and if you aren't a client of theirs, the trainers are extremely inconvenienced to answer any questions. I've been trying to cancel my membership for almost a week and cannot get a response from anyone. I had high hopes for this place but alas, it was too good to be true. Stay away

Having owned a fitness facility… this is a well designed gym! It has RogueFitness barbells and bumpers! Concept 2 ski erg, rower, and bike too! Assorted dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, etc.
It is clean, easy to use, and has never seemed too crowded in the evenings. I would highly recommend if you live in the area. You won’t find this level of equipment outside of a dedicated CrossFit gym. 💪

Training Collective is amazing! I was in town for work and needed a great gym to work out in, and Katie and the whole team were super accommodating, friendly, and had all the equipment I needed. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Atlanta!

Eh if you sign up without a trainer it’s not great. Leg press machine was broken for months and trainers don’t always clean up after themselves or wipe down machines. I also have been trying to cancel my membership and nobody will return any emails or calls so I keep getting charged. When I signed up I was not contacted or given any information for terms of service or cancellation procedures as a new member. I actually had to walk in and ask someone putting together furniture (shelves) for a basic rundown of the gym because I never was proactively reached out. I wasn’t even contacted about training for at least a month after joining which makes it seem that this place has no real customer service or operations person. During a workout some trainers are courteous while other will take over areas or be rude as they focus only on their client. I get you have a job and a focus but when you’re standing where I’m trying to workout and don’t even act like you’re disrupting another person’s workout is just a bit rude in my book. At least apologize and say “excuse me” like I would if roles are reversed. Also I do understand wanting a solid stable base through the use of minimalist shoes or even socks, but knowing the gym tends to get dirty by how dusty is is and the sweat on benches; to see staff working out in bare feet is kinda gross. Many times I’ve wondered if the cleaning spray bottles had actual cleaner in them or were just scented water for appearances of being clean.
You’ll notice most high-star reviews are more about a trainer than the gym.

Spent a month in ATL and this was an absolutely perfect gym while we were here. Currently offering a first month for 25$, but even if that promotion ends, ~$100/month is totally reasonable for this place! Essentially has everything you’d want in a gym accept maybe a few machines etc you’d find at a bigger gym - but plenty of racks, free weights, and other rogue/cross training type equipment including a turf strip and sled.
The best part is it’s mostly personal trainers who all know what they’re doing and their clients, so the space is rarely busy or too packed and everyone for the most part has excellent gym etiquette and is friendly!
Highly recommend Training Collective!

I have had a great experience working with Cristian at TC. He is extremely knowledgeable-especially concerning nutrition as well as various exercises. I am a former athlete and have sustained several injuries in the past (3 surgeries in the same knee-2 ACLs, 2 bone grafts, 1 meniscus)-so at this point I definitely prefer to workout with a trainer to avoid any further injury. I have worked with 4 trainers total-Cristian and the TC staff are by far the best from my experience. TC would be over the top if they could acquire a stair master or two :-)

I don’t like that the trainers will interrupt what you’re doing as a “self guided” person in the gym so that they can train their clients. Literally I was interrupted on 30 sec break between sets so that they could use the machine and I’m like ok cool, I’ll just go do another exercise in between, but when I went to use a machine in between a trainers sets from equipment to equipment, they stopped me and said they have more sets left, while their client was doing something else. Like clearly the TRAINING COLLECTIVE, is ALL ABOUT THE TRAINERS.

I moved to Atlanta last year and in the Inman Park area. I was a member of Equinox and was looking for a training experience similar to that. I walked by and immediately was attracted to the look and feel of the gym.
I signed up with Cristian and trained with him for a year. He not only was extremely knowledgeable about keeping me in shape, but also in regard to diet. I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for an excellent all round fitness and lifestyle trainer.

I absolutely LOVED work with Ashley Reese as my personal trainer. In her BWS program, she gave me 4 full body workouts a week and a video on form. One of my goals when I started with her was to do a chin up without assistance, and although I hadn’t gotten there just yet, I started off using 155lbs of resistance and was at 105lbs in a little less than 4 months! I felt stronger and more confident in the gym b/c of her workouts! Losing weight was never my goal, only getting stronger but because of body recomposition it had your girl looking snatched! Sooo happy I ran across her on social media! I loved her program and her as a person! It’s been a year since I’ve trained with her and I’m still going strong in the gym. Thankful she got me back in there to be able to stay consistent with my journey.

Hola!

My wife and I have been training with Mike Collins for over six months, and we both have seen great results! I took most of the last 3-4 years off from a consistent fitness routine, and Mike has been crucial in getting me motivated, focused, and back to myself. The workouts are always unique and interesting, and Mike pushes me while making sure I stay injury free and focused on proper form. I would recommend Coach Mike to anyone from a beginner to those who have had extensive sports and exercise experience.

I’ve been training with Coach Mike Collins for 3 months now and for my first experience with a personal trainer, it’s been exactly what I was looking for and more. He’s been incredibly supportive, accommodating, and motivating in pushing me towards my fitness goals. Having been pretty much a total newbie to gyms, I feel like with Coach Mike’s help I’ve been able to build a confidence and comfort in gym settings now that I’ve familiarizing myself with the many previously intimidating equipment options and how versatile they can be. The Training Collective is a beautiful environment. Its contemporary, serene, and minimalistic ambience make it feel like a unique but comforting place for working out. Never overly crowded, it’s perfect for an introverted person like myself. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to begin their fitness journey.

I’ve been training with Mike Collins for the past six months and have seen great results. I’m significantly stronger and more toned, and it have seen good gains in my yoga practice as well. Mike strikes the perfect balance of pushing you hard, keeping the workouts different, encouraging you, and making sure you keep good form. I really feel like he cares about holistic health improvement, including diet/nutrition, injury avoidance and mental health. In addition to being a great trainer, Mike is just an awesome person. My husband and I always look forward to our sessions with him which is the best thing you could ask for when trying to stay motivated. If you’re looking for a trainer that really cares about his clients and will individualize workouts for your goals, definitely consider Mike Collins, you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend this gym for learning about great techniques for getting fit. David Vernon was our personal trainer and really flexible with scheduling, understanding and patient while giving us a lot of creative exercises to work through! I highly recommend booking personal training with him.
This is a great choice if you’re looking for a gym close to fun places. I’ve met up with friends for happy hour after as it’s in Inman park near a cute strip if restaurants. Overall, it’s a great place if it works with your schedule!

I've been visiting TC for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and full of great equipment. Robert is my trainer and he has been exemplary. I am intermediate (at best) when it comes to strength training and he has been very accommodating. He listened to my fitness goals in our first meeting and has designed a plan for me to reach them. He takes the time to thoroughly explain each movement and I've never felt rushed or pushed too hard. A great dude and a very thoughtful trainer. I can't recommend this place and its people enough.

Love this new gym in Inman Park! It’s a beautiful space in a convenient location with a great selection of equipment (+ towel service and coffee bar!) so it’s awesome to workout on your own or one of their amazing trainers. Your first 30 minute training session is only $30 so it’s a really nice/affordable way to checkout the space and figure out a training schedule that makes sense before committing to a membership.
