I wanted to avoid 2 medications being recommended by 2 doctors and knew the solution would be cardio and weight training, but I could never get myself started. Since I met Kelly at church, learned of her journey, and became her client, I have seen results in only a few short weeks. She has transformed my life with increased energy, a stronger core, and more motivation. I started with kelly a month ago. As of today, I am down five pounds. She meets me twice a month to workout. If I have any questions or concerns she promptly answers them. Kelly is absolutely wonderful! I have had bad experiences with trainers and going to the gym . I have just started back going to go back to the gym - where I met Kelly and spoke with her and found out she was a trainer. I really enjoyed our conversation and reached out inquiring about sessions . She is so patient and down to earth - she wants you to exceed. That means a lot to me- I look forward to working with her and am excited to go to the gym now !! I would definitely recommend her
