About the Club

We are a Private Small Group Training Studio. We specialize in Functional Strength Training along with High Intensity Training. We uphold the importance of quality over quantity by allowing only 4 people within a training hour.
At VO2 we believe working out with others in a positive and motivational environment can lead to a longer and more consistent fitness routine.
Our 4-client maximum allows us to coach each client with the same individuality as a private training session. We make sure to modify, adjust, and challenge each client to their current capabilities.
VO2 is a group training experience with a 1 on 1 quality coaching feel.

Just had my very first session ever with the owners! I’ve been working out in a gym for 15 years and today was one of the best workouts I’ve ever had anywhere. The passion of the staff and the camaraderie of the others in attendance was amazing. Classes are smaller so the attention is focused on you and your success. Recommend to anyone!

Amazing!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would. Troy, Sara and Xander are absolutely incredible to work with. They listen to your needs, accommodate your schedule and help you meet your fitness goals. In the few weeks I have been working with Xander I have progressed further than I have in over a year of working on my own. I was nervous to commit at first because I drive over 40 minutes, 3 days a week but after starting, I can’t imagine going back. I recommend this group to everyone! They truly care about your needs and treat you like family.

NO HANS & FRANZ HERE!! Although Troy and Sara appear to have a combined body fat % of about .0034, it's crystal-clear that they've obtained these results the RIGHT way and they're wildly enthusiastic about sharing their techniques. They have a level of caring and commitment that makes you feel "safe" from your very first visit (this from a guy whose muffin top would make Otis Spunkmeyer envious). Everything is first-class, from the instruction you receive to the equipment you use. Priority One is always good form, Priority Two is encouragement. Combine this with a good clientele - the kind you wanna' go have a beer with afterwards - and VO2 rises head and shoulders above other options.

Troy is a FANTASTIC trainer. He works us hard but makes it fun and he's motivating. Every workout is different. Small gym (max 4), everyone has their own equipment which is sanitized after each use. Highly recommend VO2.

I can't say enough good things about Troy and Sara and the personal training business they run. I have never been an exercise loving person and was not physically fit, but my daughters wedding was coming up so I had to do something. So I joined thinking if I could make it 6 months that would be a huge accomplishment for me. I'm 8 months in and can't imagine not going to workout with Troy/Sara 3 times a week. I feel so much better and I'm so much stronger. The atmosphere is fun, upbeat and they challenge you every single time with new creative workouts. Extremely knowledgeable fitness experts!!! I have not been at VO2 long, but Troy and Sara have welcomed me with open arms. Their training is top notch and they work you at your appropriate level, but also know when to push you too :) They make sure everyone focuses on proper form. I have literally tried EVERY workout out there and this is, by far, the best workout! Can’t say enough great things about VO2!

VO2 is the best personal training. Troy, an owner is very educated in sport science. He has a broad knowledge about it. He calculated body mass and weight first before training. My son is 11 year old and very COMPETITIVE swimmer. He has been there only less than 2 months and I see BIG results in swimming competition. He did drop time in swimming a lot. ENDURANCE, STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY are very important in swimming. VO2 trains him very well. With the way they keep training my son, i strongly he will win BIG on the CHAMPIONSHIP day.

I have been working out at VO2 for over a year and cannot say enough about how special it is. The ownership, staff and members are really like a family, and we encourage each other in and out of the gym. Troy keeps the workouts fresh and interesting, and he tailors them for each individual based on his or her unique abilities and/or injuries. I cannot count the number of days that I would not have worked out, let alone pushed myself as hard as I have, were it not for my commitment at VO2. I have gotten physically and mentally stronger, more agile and generally more healthy. If you are looking for a gym with a trainer who is serious about fitness but does not take himself too seriously, where you fit in no matter your age or fitness level and where you look forward to showing up no matter what, VO2 is the place for you.

6 months ago when I joined VO2, I couldn't run for 30 minutes continuously. I couldn't even run for 5 minutes continuously, and I just chalked it up to getting older. This morning I decided to go for a "run". Well I ran for 30 mins no problem at all. Remarkably, I was doing what I could do at 30, and at 51 there is no better feeling than that. I don't always look forward to working out, but I do always look forward to going to VO2. There are times when I ABSOLUTELY would not work out were it not for the fact that I had an appointment with Troy and his team. If you want to transform your life, join today!

I started training with Troy and Milo about 6 weeks ago after 25 years of neglecting my health and body. I was apprehensive about going to work out again after such a long time. Milo and Troy worked with me to make the process as smooth as possible, while remaining challenging. The workouts are difficult, but do-able and Milo and Troy know how to motivate you to achieve your goals. I still have a long way to go, but am already feeling better and seeing a difference. I can't recommend VO2 Personal training enough.
