This Old School 24/7 gym is the perfect place to train. It’s open all day, every day, has everything you need, and the equipment is solid. The gym is clean, and the atmosphere is motivating. Great spot if you want a real gym to get results!

Best gym in Fayette county. Old school 80s iron gym, not for the faint hearted. No mirrors for you divas out there. Loud music, heavy lifting and grunting. No AC in the free weight section, Sledge hammers and tires, open doors and fresh air

Dropped in for a workout while visiting in the area. The drop-in price was very inexpensive and everyone there was super friendly. This gym is geared more towards powerlifting but the machine section was also good enough for what I needed to do (surprising how much stuff they have for the space!). Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.

Dropped in for a day while traveling and had a great experience. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and fun to talk with. The gym was clean and pretty well organized, especially considering how much is fit into the small space.

Perfect barbell gym with a great selection of equipment and 24 hour access. The owner is also taking good covid precautions, lots of available sanitizer and wipe down towels. I dropped in here while working out of town and the owner Jim gave an incredibly fair rate. Even better, with 24 hour access I was able to get in real early before work and was often the only person there.

Gym in a small area and a garage. This gym is about lifting and it shows that. It's not trying to be anything else. Great community of people in it as well, the owner is awesome
