This place is a scam. Website shows pictures of luxury spa environment and locker rooms and it is basic average locker rooms you find at planet fitness. If I could take pictures in there I would show you. I asked to see the spa, as its shown on the website and was told by front desk staff that "they dont have a spa, only private rooms that you use when you book your spa massage" completely different from what the website says and advertises. I would NOT recommend this "club" based off of false advertisement. Which is illegal by the way.

I joined Windy Hill Athletic Club last February, and it has truly been a dream come true! I found everything I was looking for, from boxing and dance to yoga and Les Mills classes. The professional staff, inviting cafeteria, and supportive community make it an exceptional place to be.
Megan at membership is absolutely amazing—always helpful and friendly, she makes the onboarding process a breeze.
I’m particularly fond of Coach Kosey’s Zumba and Ignite classes. He is an incredible coach—empowering, supportive, and genuinely caring about everyone who enters his classes. Kosey’s dedication to our well-being and his openness to feedback make a significant difference. After taking his classes and spending time with him, you truly feel like nothing is impossible and that you can achieve any goal you set. Plus, he always has the most fantastic playlists!
I also love Coach Tina’s Body Pump classes. She has a remarkable ability to motivate the crowd and helps us push through those last few challenging reps.
April, Coach Coop, and Irving are wonderful boxing coaches as well. Their kindness and encouragement create an uplifting environment for everyone.
I can confidently say that I love this community; it’s the highlight of my day to be at Windy Hill Athletic Club.
Hi everyone!
As I near the end of my second year at Windy Hill Athletic Club, I wanted to update my original review because I’ve had the chance to experience even more of what this amazing club has to offer.
Coach Patrick deserves a special shoutout. He’s an incredible BodyPump coach — full of energy, positivity, and fun. His classes are always engaging and motivating, and he goes above and beyond to support new and upcoming instructors. He helped me when I needed the most at my BodyPump journey and I only wish I could take more of his classes. He creates such a warm, uplifting environment and is genuinely kind and approachable.
I’ve also been training with Coach Agustin, who has been a big part of my BodyPump instructor journey. He’s given me invaluable guidance on presentation, stage presence, and confidence. His coaching style is empowering and encouraging, and I highly recommend his Core Blast and Boxing classes!
Coach Amon’s creativity truly stands out. His classes are dynamic, unique, and always push you just the right amount outside your comfort zone. He connects with members so naturally, and his calm, friendly energy makes every class enjoyable.
I took an Olympic lifting class with Coaches Kate, Tyler, and Ben, and it was such a meaningful experience. The intentionally small class size allowed for personal attention, and I learned so much about proper technique and form — especially for the clean and press. They helped me correct things I’d been struggling with for a long time, and I finally feel confident in every phase of the movement.
And I can’t forget April, the most amazing manager! She’s been so supportive of my BodyPump journey — taking time to help me with timing, counting, and finding the beat. She genuinely cares about members’ goals and progress, and her leadership and kindness are felt throughout the entire club. She also teaches fantastic Barre and Boxing classes (I just wish I could attend more of them!).
Coach Miraya is a wonderful coach and person — so professional, warm, and encouraging. She brings such a positive, upbeat energy to every class. I’m so grateful for her support during my BodyPump instructor journey, from staying after class to talk me through choreography and timing, to keeping me fully present.
Coach Tina has been there for me from the very start, and she’s simply amazing — a true mentor. Her love for the members, BodyPump and BodyBalance shines through in everything she does. She encouraged and helped me step outside my comfort zone with confidence.
Truly, the list could go on and on — every coach at Windy Hill is top-notch. The community, energy, and support here are unmatched. I absolutely love and respect this team and can’t recommend this club highly enough.

Think carefully before becoming a member, because afterwards, not even by paying a penalty will you be able to cancel. If you rent a house and need to move out, it will definitely be much easier than trying to do that with this club. They tie you up and do not offer equipment that matches the price we pay every month.
You can only cancel in cases of relocation or illness; any other change that may happen in your life will not allow you to terminate the contract. This is absurd. Especially because, at the time of the sale, it seems like everything will be so easy to resolve.

Kidtown is great, the teachers and activities are wonderful (no screens or TV, just crafts, coloring, and toys). Our daughter loves going there. The sauna and steam room are not working once a month or so. The cafe’s food is subpar, often missing items in salads, or out of food and/or drinks. The staff members are very friendly, and the locker rooms are always clean.

WHAC is whack!
I’ve been a member for almost three years, and today the hot water is out yet again…the third (maybe fourth) time this year. Each time, it takes more than a day to fix. On top of that, the steam room breaks down about once a month, tiles constantly fall off and get glued back on only to fall again the first day it reopens, there’s black mold above the showers, and the toilets often don’t flush fully, leaving them unusable.
Meanwhile, membership fees keep climbing 6–12% a year while the quality keeps dropping. At this point, it’s barely better than a budget gym, and those often have more equipment. For what they’re charging, it’s creeping way too close to Life Time territory, without the Life Time quality.
They’ve been promising renovations for years. Yes, climate controlled indoor tennis is finally happening, but expect an extra fee. And let’s be honest: new treadmills aren’t “renovations.”
I’m still a member (for now), but actively looking elsewhere. For this price, you can get multiple memberships and a far better experience. Think twice before joining.

Writing this for anyone who is considering signing up here and plans to primarily work out on their own.
I've been working out here for about a year and a half now. This is the first luxury gym I've been a member of and I loved it at first. It's spacious, lots of class options, and tons of amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful.
If you are someone who primarily wants to attend classes here, then you can skip the rest of this review and ignore the two stars. I've tried many of the classes and they are a nice option, but I primarily do my own thing at the gym so this review is focused on that experience.
For as big as the space is, there actually isn't that much weight training equipment. Unless you plan to workout at the crack of dawn or right before closing, chances are a good chunk of the equipment on the turf or in the "pit" will be reserved for a class and/or in use by a personal trainer, leaving everyone else to fight over what little remains open.
There is a posted class schedule which you can look at to know when spaces you want to use will be open, but the personal trainers will often use multiple pieces of popular equipment at once to superset with their trainees and there is no predicting this.
Over time as new members have joined this problem has become exasperated. It's getting busier and busier and it's now common that I'm unable to get the more popular equipment like the squat racks or benches for more than half an hour.
There are things that are strangely missing. For example, there are no pieces of equipment dedicated to calves, which I've never seen before in a gym. It also takes forever for equipment to be repaired - one of the two smith machines has been broken for over a month now.
If you plan to use mainly cardio equipment, you should be fine as there are plenty of treadmills, stairclimbers, and elliptical machines.
Overall, I would call this a three star experience, but I'm giving it two stars because it's so pricey. Unless you are planning to take full advantage of the classes, tennis facilities, or the pool, it is NOT worth the money to workout here.
The reason I haven't cancelled my membership yet is because the only other options near here are Planet Fitness and LA Fitness. For any entrepreneurs reading this, the Cumberland area is an absolutely ripe market to open a gym.

Outdated and consistently promising things with no follow through. We’ve been told things are getting updated for well over a year and a half. Crunch has better equipment. There’s no follow through when you ask for something at the front. Charging this amount with a lack of follow up is insane to me. The weight room is one of the smallest areas in the gym and some of the trainers like to take up spaces for group training which I find very unthoughtful. Can someone please address the decline of what has the potential to be a great club - it has a good location but I wish lifetime would buy it.

I think this gym is a good fit for a specific type of person. If you play tennis, this is a great spot for you! If you do any type of strength training, you’re better off at an LA fitness or crunch for much less than $200/month. Most of the campus is tennis courts and a large basketball court in the middle. There are 3 squat racks and 2 smith machines for the entire building. As you can imagine, it’s a nightmare when they’re busy and for a gym this size, at this expense, I would expect a wider variety of strength training machines. It just isn’t well rounded. They’re very tennis focused. The interior feels very dated. I really signed up for this gym because it also had a nice dry sauna. However, an older woman fell in the sauna and they have turned off the calming infrared lights and opted for the emergency light (which is extremely bright) as the only option. It’s just not relaxing. There’s definitely a weird entitlement with a lot of the members. The vibe of this gym is mid. If you’ve ever been to Fineo or another gym with great energy, you know what I’m talking about. If you’re older, if your fitness routine doesn’t have too much strength training, and if you play tennis, this is a good gym for you. I’d say anyone under 40 would do better at the Lifetime in Buckhead. To each his own! This was just my experience.

This is a decent club. I was a member here for a year. I left for LifeTime Fitness. LifeTime is by far the better club, it's not even close. There are a lot of good things about Windy Hill, but for a $200+ gym membership, closing at 8pm on the weekends is unacceptable.

Amazing experience so far at Windy Hill! Special shoutout to Kate Lipa! As a new member, I was looking for ways to get connected and joining one of Kate's group training classes has been the best decision! Kate is an amazing Coach, always encouraging and helping me work towards new goals. Not to mention, we've unlocked new training strategies to strengthen previous injuries. Getting stronger every day!

I’m a new member, and so far I’m really pleased. The sales process was low pressure, and Corey helped us find a solution for me starting my membership before adding my husband on in the coming months. The facilities are clean, the classes (so far) are top tier without being intimidating, and evening during the post-work “rush,” I don’t feel like the gym gets too busy to navigate.

I am truly enjoying my experience here & am so happy they offer such excellent child care so that I feel great about leaving my kiddo. This is my kids first time away from me and the ladies have been so patient and kind to him, I can’t say enough good this about them! The gym is always very clean and I’ve enjoyed taking a few classes so far. I’m also really excited to attend the Tennis in No Time clinic soon too! As a first time mom, joining WH has been the best decision ever for my mental and physical health!

I've been going to Windy Hill AC for around 2 months now, and I can honestly say that it has been a wonderful experience. The hospitality from the staff is great, the facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the gym goers are also clean and courteous - it's wonderful. Yeah, it's expensive, but if your insurance/company will reimburse a portion, isn't it worth it to actively want to go somewhere every day?

We rejoined Windy Hill Athletic Club after taking a year off, thinking we’d save money—turns out, the only thing I was saving was belly fat from not working out! This gym truly has everything you need, from top-notch equipment to amazing group classes. I just wish there was a Barre or Ignite class at 6 AM on weekdays (5 AM classes wouldn’t be bad either—I might actually start my day earlier, lol).
The food here is surprisingly good, and the staff is fantastic—super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a well-rounded fitness experience. PS: If my review convinces you to join, use my name as your referral! 😂🫶🏽

I’m so happy that I chose this athletic club to be a member. I had the best massage from the massage therapist Noellle. She is worth my total membership cost !
She was very attentive to my needs and was knowledgeable of how to relieve my tension from certain muscle groups.
She allowed me to choose my own music and that made the massage even better!
I am booking a massage with her Monthly!

I joined this gym not too long ago, and I’ve already noticed a shift since the leadership changed. The quality of the club seems to be declining. We used to have amazing classes with great instructors who made workouts both challenging and enjoyable, pushing us to our full potential.
Lately, the energy isn’t the same. Thursday evening classes used to have over 30 people when Caroline was coaching, now, there are barely seven. It’s evident that the quality has dropped, and the excitement around classes just isn’t there anymore.
Additionally, the new manager, April, comes across as very rude. She doesn’t seem to understand that for many members, this gym is an escape, a place to reset and recharge. I’ve even seen her sitting on the floor in the back of classes, watching instructors in a way that clearly makes them uncomfortable. It creates a tense atmosphere that wasn’t there before.
I haven’t been a member for long, but I truly hope things turn around. This club has a LOT of potential, but it needs leadership that supports both members and instructors.

I have been a member here for over 30 years. During that time we have used most of the club's offerings. In recent moths I have noticed a positive move towards friendliness at the front desk, as well as other areas. While all employees are great, Michelle is especially helpful and recently helped me with a membership need. April, who is the fitness director, has been energizing the aerobics class schedule and very attentive to listening to my questions and needs about the offerings. Thank you Windy Hill!!

After having a very detailed phone call with Kinda I scheduled A tour of the club. I was looking forward to checking out all the amenities looking at the class schedules and the childcare. My husband and I showed up a little bit late because there was quite a bit of traffic on our way there. We filled out a waiver, received some complementary smoothies, And sat down with Kinda before the tour. My husband and I planned on being members for only a few months since we will have to move out of the area soon for work. After mentioning this Kinda informed my husband and I that there is a 12 month commitment you have to sign to become a member. This was not mentioned during our phone call or anywhere online. We left the club with no tour or an option to become members for a couple of months. She informed us that if we moved 50 miles away we can cancel our membership with a $50 fee. But she was pretty much talking us out of becoming members for the few months we would have. This was disappointing and I was really looking forward to touring the facilities. The 12 month contract should be mentioned on the website!

Overall, I love coming to Windy Hill! I think the group fitness classes are amazing. They are hard but not intimidating. I appreciate the level of skill and effort the instructors put in with each class. Also a big fan of the protein smoothies from the cafe!
I do wish the Pilates reformer classes were included in the membership pricing… or at least half the price they currently are. 😆
Suggestions for upgrades to the locker rooms - offer disposable products such as combs and razors, nicer soaps and larger/longer bath towels. All simple fixes to really elevate the space.
It would be incredible to see Windy have similar upgrades to the Midtown Chicago location!

I signed up for the club last June, I was lucky enough to get 2 hours of free services, I opted for tennis lessons. I’ve never played tennis, I figured it will just be whatever. Was I wrong. Pedro was my instructor, I cannot say enough good things about him. He the definition of a good coach, makes you appreciate the game. Since I’ve lessened with George, Marcelo, Alex even jumped in one day. Their whole team is just spectacular. I also recently started with Private Training, Tyler is also beyond amazing. This gym used to be great, but they recently added more group classes that take up all the equipment and jacked up the prices. The group classes take up all the equipment in the weights areas, so if you're hoping to workout before 1 pm or after 5 pm, good luck. This is no longer worth the high monthly fees considering I can't even get any of my work outs done anymore.

I’ve been a member of WHAC for 2 years & I’m a satisfied customer. I love that the gym is rarely overcrowded, the staff are nice & polite & the facility is clean. My favorite highlight & the reason I’m dedicated is because of my trainer Kate. Kate is amazing. She’s always a ray of sunshine on even the gloomiest days & motivates me like no other. What sets her apart from other trainers? She’s gone through her own weight loss transformation & can relate to anyone whose goals are the same. This is a game changer for me. If you’re looking for a trainer who cares about you, ask for Kate. I would like to see the gym invest in upgrading the facility, not just equipment. We pay a lot & we should see more bang for our buck.

To ALL prospective customers. PLEASE Go to the near by planet fitness or LA fitness, check their weight training equipment, size of the weight room. Dont let the them fool you here. They weight room is two dungeons which is usually overcrowded and equipment are rusted out.
This is a club only for tennis players. They spend lot of money for its upkeep and nothing on the Gym. DO NOT SIGN THE ONE YEAR CONTRACT WITHOUT DOING YOUR RESEARCH!
This gets worse and worse. If you ever go to a buffet with a sign that says "don't waste food", chances are it's a low end buffet.
So this high end "club" starts to put signs on telling you how to behave, you know it's an overpriced gym. Trip wants your $200/ month and teach you gym etiquette in his most undersized free weights room in Atlanta.
Don't believe me? See the uploaded picture. Also you have to wonder the number of 5 star reviews given by users with one or two reviews....are they faking their reviews? There's no way this is a 4.5 star gym
Replying to Trip's response below:
Please address or restore at least one of the items in the list I have mentioned. Then I know you are serious and we can have a conversation. Otherwise, its going to be another standard reply from you!
I am a member, and been one for 20 years. I only go now because of proximity. New and prospective members...dont be fooled. This was once an elite Club. Now its just a glorified LA fitness. Here's the reason.
Since Trip B (we call him Trip Bast#rd) took over we lost the following
1. An exclusive club and membership feel. Its now over crowded with waits for popular machines. (He did not plan ahead).
2. No more free coffee. Free snacks.
3. No more frequent social events were food and beer was provided for free.
4. No more annual member appreciation holiday party where everyone comes in formal attire for an amazing night.
5. No more razors in the locker rooms.
6. Lost Racquetball court
7. No more ping pong balls and paddles
8. End of an active Squash program/community
9. End of easy and cost friendly tennis programs.
10. No more coffee machine and fruit bowl from executive locker room.
11. Force you into a new annual contract if you have to add someone to your membership.
12. Extremely limited guest passes.
13. Loss of so many good trainers. Increased turn over rate of good employees.
The list goes on. Of course when you ask Trip about these, he's going to tell you. "The Head office made me do it".

I absolutely love this place. The facility is so clean and the staff is very friendly. Windy Hill is a breath of fresh air, and creates a wonderful experience. I recently started working with Personal Trainer Kate. Her approach to fitness and over all well being is exactly what I have been needing. She is an amazing listener, patient, and compassionate. I was needing someone who would be mindful of my fears and concerns about coming back from an injury. Kate has found the perfect balance of challenging me while still providing a safe atmosphere to meet my goals. In just a few weeks I have felt huge results both physically, mentally and emotionally. Kate’s approach and delivery has been the perfect addition to my self care practice!

While the club itself is nice, It’s a little pricey and could certainly use some updates here and there. I wouldn’t mind a few more machines and a revamp of the outdoor pool. However, I LOVE coming to Windy Hill because the staff is TOP notch.
For me, the standout is Kate Lipa, my personal trainer. In my many years of various fitness pursuits, I’ve never met a trainer that was able to both motivate me while.making me feel valid and comfortable in the skin that I’m in. Kate does not pursue personal training from the angle of fixing someone; no awkward and uncomfortable shaming or pointing out "problem areas". Her style is highly methodical, rooted in science and data, and designed to deliver results while also ensuring that the mental side of fitness isn't lost and forgotten. She’s so deeply trained and knowledgeable in the human body and so many different styles of exercise that I fully trust her to guide me.
As a whole, I'd 100% recommend Kate and WHAC.

My fiance Scott and i manifested Windyhill in our lives. We wanted to appreciate our life together by solely focusing on our physical health, mental health ,psychological health and also relationship health and boy oh boy little did we know we needed Windyhill in our lives.
Ever since i walked into those doors my eyes opened as if i just walked into a new planet, the staff ,the service at the door just made me realize that it was what we manifested .An environment that matches our intention towards life goals..
The neatness, the ambience, the facilities , the smiles its an ongoing list. I want to say that i do appreciate the existence of Windyhill and its associates and all who work there always know that i fully appreciate all those smiles and your efforts in keeping Windyhill our second home..So much love and Abundance to you all..( 1,000,000 Stars )

I was in both body pump and body attack classes. After a year and half, I felt much fit. While keeping the same weight, my waist is down almost three inches. My rest pulse has dropped to mid 60s. Thanks to all the instructors, Laura, Irina, Jeremiah , and Joshua. They have done a fantastic job to keep all of us energized and push us to reach our potentials.

I recently joined the Windy Hill Athletic Club and I am incredibly happy with my decision. I became a member just this week, and from the moment I stepped in, I was met with exceptional hospitality. The entire staff has been extremely welcoming, always smiling and eager to help.
I would like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Megan. She gave me a comprehensive tour of the entire complex, explaining every detail and making sure I felt comfortable. Her dedication and thoroughness were truly impressive.
Another special mention goes to Mr. Jay B., the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. I suffer from severe back pain due to long hours of driving and poor posture. After just one session with him, my pain disappeared as if it was never there. He was incredibly attentive and careful, asking questions before starting the massage to ensure he addressed my specific needs. His professionalism shone through as he identified potential problem areas and taught me effective stretching exercises to prevent future pain.
Thank you to everyone at Windy Hill Athletic Club!

Really enjoy the Friday Zumba classes with Maria - great energy and playlist! Would be nice to also have a Saturday/Sunday option to make it more convenient.
Overall, the club amenities are good and the staff are friendly. Would be nice if there was better coordination between the high impact classes and the yoga/ReGen classes to allow members to easily transition from high impact to stretching classes. Also, I get that profit margins are important but the tennis add-ons are excessive and aging out dependents under the family membership is not good customer service.

After getting a 'severe osteoporisis' rating from my DEXA scan, I knew I had to do something and it was going to require extra support, knowledge and experience from someone else. Ibam so glad that I found Justin at Windy Hill. From day 1 he has been nothing short of an amazing Personal Trainer! He's guided me through proper warmup and cool down stretching, taught me how to use all of the weights in the weight room including the dreaded 'Assisted Pull Up Machine'. ;) When the time was right he's added weight to push me to the next level, all the while encouraging me that I can do it. And he's added in cardio pushes to round out my workouts - whether that's on the turf, spinbike or elliptical. I feel stronger, healthy and happier. I still have more work to do, but am so grateful I'm on the right path and receiving the best support along the way. Thank you Justin!!

Overall the best things about this club are the trainers (Kate and Katie especially ) and boxing class with Tiago. Oh, I also absolutely love the body pump class with Meg on Mondays. I’ve enjoyed training with Kate Lipa over this past year! She’s such a joy and a great motivator. I’ve definitely became stronger and reach my goals because of her. I also really join the reformer Pilates class with Katie. But there’s still a lot left to be desired. I ended up also getting a membership at another gym as well because the equipment options are very scarce here. The weight room is super small and because the options are so limited, I always end up having to wait in “line” just to use the machines because there’s only one of each type. Compared to my other gym where there sooo many options and multiples of the same equipment so that I’m not waiting in line. The executive lockers room could also use updating. I didn’t notice at first that I’m paying the extra premium for the “women’s executive locker room” but those lockers are way outdated compared to the nicer lockers in the normal women’s locker room. The only true benefit is having a dedicated locker with a key to leave my things over night if I wanted.. The spaces are tight so I’m always having to squeeze by someone or wait for them to exit in order to actually access my locker because of the tight space. But at least the staff is overall nice and kind at this club. Really the only reason I’ve maintained my membership while still having my other gym membership, is because of the proximity to my home, access to the basketball court, and training with Kate Lipa.

I've been a member of Windy Hill Athletic Club for a few years now, and I am thoroughly impressed with my experience. The classes and personal training sessions are exceptional. One of the features I particularly appreciate is the flexibility of attending classes without the need for prescheduling, which makes it convenient to fit workouts into my busy schedule.
Currently, I am working with Archana as my personal trainer, and she has been outstanding. Her insight into body mobility, flexibility, and posture is remarkable. Archana provides valuable information that helps me understand my body better and maintain proper form and efficiency while exercising. This has significantly enhanced my workout experience and overall fitness.
Overall, Windy Hill Athletic Club offers a supportive and knowledgeable environment that caters to a wide range of fitness needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive and flexible fitness solution.

I have been a member of Windy Hill for several years and have worked with head coach and personal trainer BRAD REID for most of that time. I would recommend him regardless of where you are on your fitness and health journey. I think his niche is working with clients that may be working towards their fitness and overall health goals but may have some physical constraints they have to manage to. His approach is very simple and it’s easy to make progress. He speaks to food management just as well and offers practical advice and suggestions. More strength, better balance, weight loss and understanding the food equation are just a few of the results I can speak to. I highly (highly) recommend him!

When I first joined Windy Hill Athletic Club, I was horribly out of shape - with bad knees, aches and pains, and some limited mobility. As a new enrollee I received an assessment and coaching session from one of the clubs AMAZING personal trainers - Katie S. Katie listened to my exercise history (none) and overall goals, and suggested ways for me to approach fitness and health. I am definitely not someone who ever thought I would have a personal trainer, but I signed up for a handful of sessions with Katie and discovered her vast knowledge and skills for implementing exercise correctly, introducing me to pilates, and encouraging me to attend the numerous exercise classes that occur throughout the day. 2.5 years later, I still see her twice a week. I've gained muscle in places I didn't know I could gain muscle, but more importantly, I feel good, and I have Katie to thank for that!
I always feel welcome coming to the club, greeted by the front desk staff, Kristin at the snack bar, and the various trainers and staff that I've come to know over time. I'm lucky I found a space that not only bursts with positive energy and support, but really helps me be a better me.

I’ve been with several gyms in the past 25 years and hands down Windy Hill Athletic Club is the BEST! This club offers everything and more. Warrior and Battle class with Ben and April give me a dose of HIIT and Strength. Boxing with Allison and Irving are great for cardio. And Sonny with Barre is one of the toughest but rewarding classes I’ve taking in a long time. The Adult Tennis TNT with Pedro was a great beginner course for me. I also have to say that the Youth Tennis program has been great for my daughters teaching them beginners level skills. However I do hope that the communication between the youth tennis director and parents improves greatly with the new director coming in, this so far has been my only negative experience with the club. I have attempted to reach out to Nicole via email/phone communication with scheduling questions and concerns and have had messages go unanswered. I have had my daughters class rescheduled with no communication about the change until I’m walking into her normally scheduled class only to be told that the class time has been moved and a very short “sorry about that”.

If you’re looking for a gym with an indoor track to walk or run, a basketball court to play pick up ball, sauna and free classes this is the spot! I would have given it a 5 star if the executive showers had all 6 shower’s working. We only have 2 functioning at the moment! Besides that it’s a great club!

I’ve been a member for about 6 months and have enjoyed my experience. The classes and different fitness alternatives like basketball and swimming have helped me reach my fitness goals.
My favorite class by far is the vibe spin class with Kirk. I had never done spin before but now I go 2-3 times a week.

Archana at Windy Hill helped me prepare for my Ironman. Staying in balance was key to my training. She worked with me to address whatever my body was needing at the time. Two years post Ironman I still go to her for personal training. Coach Keith was also instrumental in getting me ready for the swim. Could not have made it through without him! It’s a great team at Windy Hill!

Archana is a huge gift for Windy Hill AthleticClub. Her Pilates skills have improved my strength and balance. Plus she has helped me recover from a knee replacement, broken foot as well as debilitating bursitis.

This gym is truly everything and more!! I tell anyone I can about all that the club offers; steam room, sauna, a ton of classes to choose from, basketball, tennis, pools, smoothies, dining, DAYCARE!
The classes are amazing along with all the trainers that teach the classes. My favorite classes are Battle and Warrior all taught by various AMAZING trainers; April, Tonia, Laura, Jordan and, Jeremiah. Shout to you all, thank you for making me my gym experience better every class!
Please open a club in Boston, Ma next!!!

This is by far my favorite gym to go to. The facilities are clean, the people there are super nice and the coaches/trainers (like Kate L.) are AMAZING! They understand that we are all different and that what might work for one person, won't work for everyone. Highly recommend!

Windy Hill is definitely expensive, but if you are looking for a gym with all the amenities and unlimited classes it’s the best option in the area that we found.
My fiancé and I pay $320 per month. But we’ve loved some of the classes and instructors and found a schedule that works really well for us.
Our favorite classes have been Vibe (cycle) with Kirk and Miraya. The two instructors have different types of music and classes but both are great workouts. We also have loved Les Mills Body Pump with Josh which is a low weight high rep weights class. But they have so many class options depending what you are looking for.

Becoming a Windy Hill Athletic club member has been the best decision I've made since I've moved to the Smyrna area my favorite part about the gym other than the excellent customer service and the top of the line equipment is the great classes specifically the vibe class with Kirk. He always has the best music and great energy, and a big reason that I am so happy about my decision of becoming a member
