his company does not prioritize the well-being of the kids. My daughter could barely walk after being pushed to extreme limits by the instructors, including practicing in unsafe heat conditions indoors. I attempted to cancel before the stated cancellation deadline, but the instructor pressured me to keep her enrolled. Classes began on 9/2/25, and when I tried to withdraw on 9/9/25, they refused to release us from the contract. Please be cautious before signing—these contracts are very misleading, and the company is unwilling to work with families!

BEWARE owner is very bad person GREEDY IS UNDERSTATEMENT. DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILD THEY WONT LET YOU OUT OF CONTRACT WITHOUT CHARGING YOU EXTRA MONTH THEN REPORT YOU TO CREDIT BUREAU OVER YOUR KID NOT WANTING TO ATTEND. Do not use these people. My child didn't enjoy the classes she was there maybe 5 weeks. These people will keep billing you knowing you told them you were not returning. Beware their contract is terrible for YOU. They will ruin your credit KNOWING your kid was miserable there because the girls are clickish, snotty and youre the outsider. Do not go here.

All the staff are amazing! GREAT competition cheer teams for all ages! They offer a wide variety of classes for all ages as well. They put on a show at the end of the year for all classes even the non competitive classes and it stayed true to its name - the BIG SHOW! It was a whole production! Would recommend WE for anyone looking into cheer, dance, or tumbling for their child.

My daughter started tumbling and recreation cheer a year ago at WE and she has come such a long way in a short time!! We are now doing competition cheer at WE and absolutely love it! I love how much our girl has excelled in her tumbling and cheer in just a year!! We love the staff there. Everyone is always so nice and helpful!! Definitely recommend WE!

We love winnersville! Both of my girls have taken cheer and dance for years at Winnersville. My oldest daughter is shy, and they have helped her come out of her shell and build her confidence! Competition season is so exciting. Everyone is so kind and like family at Winnersville. The big show they put on every year at the end of the season is so amazing. My girls talk about Winnersville daily, their classes, their coaches, and friends. I would recommend Winnersville Elite Cheer and Dance.

My daughter has been going to this gym for 4 years now and loves it. we've done everything they offer . We are here 7 hours a week. All the staff has been amazing as my daughter is handicapped and suffers from seizures, and they have ALL worked with her very well. She had brain surgery a year ago, and they checked on her through her recovery and made sure we weren't pushing her to fast to get her back up and going. My daughter loves this gym and wants to be there. She has never not wanted to go. She's been at other gyms she would hate going to. I would and have highly recommended this gym.

If you are looking for a cheer home, this is the place!! My youngest started cheering here 3 years ago and they have became family to us. The coaches have helped her grow and gain so much confidence! I can not say enough great things about Meagan, who has helped us tremendously!!! She is there to answering any questions I have, she has helped point us in the right direction for many things, whether it be a billing question or a question on where to find certain attire! My child came in with a back injury and she pointed me where to go and I had an appointment to help her with in 10 min!! She also has given my oldest daughter the absolute most encouragement and confidence that she needed to start cheer at 13 and for that I can't thank her enough. I can't say enough great things about Winnersville💜

This is the best gym and staff. These people love this kids like their own. My oldest Daughter been cheering for here going on Four years. She loves it!!! My next daughter takes tumbling classes. New review. If you like your money taken and provided with nothing, this is it. Desiree threw together a team of girls that should not be a team and then refused to refund parents when she was called out. She should still refund parents for her lack of integrity. She will move your child up too soon to fill a slot or hold your child back a year when they should advance. Now they're attending events interfering with school. How they're still open is a mystery. There are better places to enroll your kids for cheer and dance. Do your research. Buyer beware!

I appreciate your reply. I was there when refunds were requested and denied. I was there when the girls were given no choice but to attend a competition during a school day. Your amazing business practices have obviously paid off with Desirees new Red Owl in Hahira. Kudos. You have a great day.

Beware she will ruin yr credit if you withdraw your kid ..Bad business practices. Do not sign a contract it is like pulling teeth to not be billed continuously. It was supposed to be fun tumbling for my toddler but he literally did not want to go. So I tried to stop it and got billed forever when they KNOW my child did not want to attend and I wasn't going to force him to go.

This place has very poor customer service. They are not easy to deal with, and they don’t respond in a timely manner to emails or phone calls. Be sure to read the fine print in the contract. You have to give a 30 day notice to cancel, and if not they will keep billing you.

I do tumbling and hip hop here and I absolutely love it!!! Mom,Dads,and gaurdians if your child is looking for a place to cheer,dance,or do tumbling then I recommend Winnersville!!!!♡♡♡♡ =)
