Need more equipment. They have like one of each machine , keep taking new clients , gets over crowded due to the inconsiderate people that don’t know how to act in small places. Nasty bathrooms , toilets are never clean in like 2 years of being a member . They remodeled , if that’s what you call it , just nasty , from the bathroom to the windows when you walk in. Wish there was a closer , better gym but unfortunately the demographics and clientele of the community, it’s became the norm for franchise owned businesses.

This is at least the third time I have had issues with payments — I pay manually on the day it is due sometimes (or even before then), knowing the default card can’t make the payment. Then I get charged a late fee despite having proof I paid on time. When I called about reversing the hold, I was told it would get reversed. Today I saw that the late fee went through. Between this happening multiple times, and the fact that I was told when I signed up that the big fee was one-time and not annual (that was a lie) I am pretty fed up with this gym. I like the night staff that I see and interact with but the morning people I’ve had to talk to on the phone have been incredibly unhelpful, and I am about to start exploring other options.

Editing to add: my late fee was credited and then just a few days later, CHARGED AGAIN. Two late fees charged within 5 days! The customer service number is always useless so I am not calling or I will end up angrier than I was to begin with.

I just joined this gym about 2 weeks ago and it's aight. Some of the machines need servicing or replacing. I go early, usual before 6a, and have yet to see anyone working there. I would like to get a trainer since it's included with my membership. I guess we'll see how that works in time.

The staff is amazing. The gym is terrible. It's super small and everything is right on top of each other. They have wipes in a few spaces but you have to go all over the gym to get the wipes to clean the equipment. I signed up and attended twice. The two tines inwas there I didn't see anyone cleaning after they used the equipment. Also the equipment is so old that you can't even adjust anything. The bathroom is outdated, sinks are so low, and they have soap pumps...unsanitary. Again, the two staff...very nice. Their information doesn't match, not on the same page, but they are nice gentlemen. My advice, if you're considering this gym, get a pass ...they have a day and one for a few days. They don't tell you this but ask and it's on the wall. Utilize these options before making a purchase...waste of my time and money.

This place gets a 1 star rating from me I signed up today in the morning, and canceled this afternoon and was told I wasn’t going to be issued a refund and I didn’t even touch the inside of this gym going to end up spending over $150 and won’t get to even use the gym and didn’t have my membership for a day. Do not use this Gym they are horrendous to deal with and will give out all your details to 3rd parties like ABC Billing who will constantly call you,leave messages and treats of messing with your credit score and They are Totally in the wrong
I signed up before Christmas 2023 and paid $100 cash that night, I used the gym 2 nights in a row and had to move to Alabama for work for a few wks and I never used it again, I called the gym to cancel and they wanted me to come into gym to cancel when it can easily be done on the phone, The guy agreed to cancel my membership and I thought that was the end of the matter, Now I have collection agencies calling constantly and leaving voice mails saying I owe $158.00 and I need to pay up asap or it will go against my credit rating, I have the better business bureau looking into this matter, This Gym is a scam I've had to change my bank details also, 0 Stars out of 5 they are the worst.

Several workout exercise machines are worn out, to the point they have holes in them. I have notified the owner several times and it still hasn’t been replaced and it’s been close to one year. This is the problem I have supporting black owned businesses. They want your business but don’t want to do the work to keep your business. This is a reflection of the owner. I really like this gym. Staff is nice.when I first started a year ago. For the past 3 wks it has go down hill. No music have the time no sanitizer wipes, sometimes you gotta pull it threw cuz no one did it B4 leaving. No tissue in girls bathroom 2ice .and my husband thought it was mth to mth and we can cancel anytime. Yeah when u pay the bill.i had to change my stars. It's sad cuz I was enjoying it close to my house but I'm going have to change if they don't. 😔

BEWARE OF CANCELLATION POLICY. They won't cancel your membership until your account is completely paid off. This company's policy is to continually charge you until they are ready to cancel you. Tried to stop my bill from accumulating after being 3 months behind. They REFUSED to cancel. I asked them when do they cancel after someone has not paid. I could not get a definite answer. So, it's when they get ready. This policy does not seem ethical.

I had called about getting a week pass for while I was in town for Christmas. Reco gave me a quote of $25 for a week. I sent a family member in to prepay so I could have access when I drove in on Christmas. Reco charged them for a full month membership without explaining what he did. I received an email showing a $49 (2x what I was quoted) charge and replied right away explaining that wasn’t what was discussed. I never received a reply, so my family member returned to ask. Reco admitted he charged the full month membership to give me 24/7 access as the week pass only allowed access during staffed hours, which wasn’t explained originally over the phone. Very disappointed in how this situation was handled, unprofessional and deceptive. Thankfully was able to cancel and refund, will not be doing business here.

I have been coming here for over two years and it has always been clean and well taken care of. The price is very affordable, and Simeon will make you work during your free monthly session. Kids sneaking in their friends (11pm to 12pm) - same group of "men" everytime hogging ALL the weights, especially from the women. A bunch of trash in the men's bathroom and urinal. The same kids never re-rack their weights and leave weights scattered EVERYWHERE! Y'all need to start checking your cameras and revoking memberships! And last but not least, the A/C is never working. Someone is bound to have a heatstroke this year. Shameful. I plan to take pictures this week as proof and send them to corporate. This gym is slowly declining!

few times visiting they were not open when they should have been. 9am. Became Uninterested in the gym afterwards . never answered phones . Sometimes the phone was disconnected. I called the phone while on a machine and it didn’t ring. Corporate was no help.

Been coming to this gym for several months now. Its got all the basics but if you are looking for a bodybuilding gym this isn’t it. Only one cage and one “real” bench. All the cable machines you could want though. Rap music on 24/7 so if thats you all good, if its not bring headphones. Everyone I have met in here including staff have been kind and willing to help out.

Cleanliness could definitely go a long way. Bathroom is always nasty and machine cushions are starting to show their age. Sanitation wipes are hit or miss. This has gotten worse over the past few months.

For 20 bucks a month it gets the job done and is one of the only places in the area open late at night. Just wish they would keep the place a bit cleaner.

Phones disconnected, came in two months ago to cancel membership (due to move not quality of service) Bring in the written notice, sit down with staff, get written confirmation of cancellation. Worked out at this gym today as a visitor with my brother. There were sanitation wipes all over the place. Everyone wiped off their machine before and after working out. Everyone kept a good distance from one another. There was a great friendly black trainer who was working with a group of people very friendly and also had them at a healthy distance.

There is also an amazing hydro massage chair that left me feeling greatly relaxed as I left instead of tired.

You better not bring ANY guess here, its the ultimate sin apparently. Recently joined here had a nephew visiting from out of town that i have been trying to convence to start working out. When we arrived staff wasnt around so i went to look for someone to discuss the additional fee for him to be there and the female staff member i finally spoke with did a Dr Jekylle and Mister Hyde, was very rude with an attitude telling me "if you bring him in here again im chargin you $10", its not what she said but how she said it, i will be cancelling my membership here cant deal with nasty people.

Really enjoy working out here, the gym is small but it never really crowded . Simion (probably spelled wrong lol) is an awesome trainer there. The last few weeks he has been there by himself doing everything on his own, but he always has a positive attitude, a smile on his face, and he still provides amazing workout sessions, even though he sometimes has to stop and assist other customers.

I actually just recently started there a couple days ago trying out this 7 day membership me and my girlfriend really liked it so much we are possible gonna switch over cause its so cheap compared to rest the gyms and actually have working equipment. Its cozy all honesty just need know time before someone leaves that works there cause i work 10-7 and why im on this little 7 day membership to see if i continue to like id rather go in after work and see how enjoyable it is but i like it great place clean litterly seen a woman going around cleaning . nicely done cheap memberships and the trial is nice to see if someone will feel comfortable there again great place i like.

False advertisement that you can cancel at anytime! Instead when I gave my 30 day cancellation, I was charged for the 30 days during cancellation period plus 15 additional days that I wouldn't even have assess to the facility. If you are advertising that you can cancel at anytime, then you should be a company that stands by its word. I have no problem paying for the 30 day cancellation period, but I do not like paying for gym membership and do not have access to the gym. Greed.
